• Daisy (10/5): Heel fijn hotel! - Wij hadden een ontzettend ruime kamer met fijne badkamer. Het hotel is schoon, er is een waterkoker beschikbaar en er zijn paraplu’s voor als het regent. Inchecken gaat moeiteloos contactloos. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! We verbleven 3 nachten en de handdoeken werden na nacht 1 verschoond. Dit was beter geweest na nacht 2.

• Tim (6/5): Leuke plek maar onpersoonlijk en stoffig. - De locatie was prima en het hotel ziet er redelijk modern uit. In- en uitchecken via een tablet en een sleutelkluis is verschrikkelijk. Verder was de kamer onder en achter het bed zo stoffig dat het leek alsof er nog nooit was stof gezogen. Mijn vriendin kreeg last van allergie door de hoeveelheid stof onder het bed.

• Joy (9/5): Great stay! - On a passé un super séjour! Les lits étaient super confortables, la chambre très propre, la climatisation fonctionnait très bien (important car il peut faire très chaud dans la chambre et impossible d’ouvrir une fenêtre). On y retournera!
• Danielle (10/5): I would love to stay here again. It exceeded my expectations! - The best sleep I’ve ever had in my life, the bed was sooo comfortable! It was not too small and I think it was perfectly laid out so it didn’t feel that small. I thought it looked really inviting. Honestly well exceeded my expectations. The walk from either station felt a little long sometimes at night but still safe which is really nice!
• Matteo Maria (9/5): Esperienza comoda, ma con alcuni aspetti migliorabili - Mi è piaciuta molto la velocità con cui abbiamo potuto fare il check in e accedere subito alla camera. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la vista sulla città di Tokyo direttamente dalla stanza e la presenza delle bottiglie d’acqua già disponibili in camera, un dettaglio semplice ma molto gradito. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo mai incontrato una persona fisica dell’hotel, né durante il check in né durante il check out o in qualsiasi altro momento della giornata. È una cosa che personalmente è dispiaciuta e che rende l’esperienza un po’ fredda. Secondo me potrebbe essere molto utile inserire un dispenser d’acqua al piano del check in per gli ospiti. In camera erano presenti tazze, bollitore e bottiglie d’acqua, quindi sarebbe stato molto carino trovare anche un paio di bustine di tè a disposizione, anche come semplice attenzione verso il cliente. Un altro aspetto migliorabile riguarda la possibilità di arieggiare la stanza. Capisco le misure di sicurezza adottate, ma rispetto ad altri alloggi provati in Giappone nello stesso periodo, qui non era possibile aprire nemmeno leggermente la finestra. Di conseguenza si accumulavano molta umidità e caldo nella camera, tanto che spesso dovevamo lasciare aperta la porta d’ingresso per far circolare un po’ d’aria.

• Heather (10/5): Very nice boutique hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend - While it wasn’t particularly close to the train station, it wasn’t especially far either. The location was perfect for walking to the outdoor markets and temple of Asakusa. Very small and intimate location with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. I plan to return to Japan soon and would strongly consider staying here again.

• Petra (9/5): Good for Asakusa - The rooms here are slightly larger than most Japanese hotels (but not massive). My sister and I had room to maneuverer our suitcases without blocking the doors. Room comfortable with desk, fridge, TV, kettle, cups. Good sized shower. Downstairs is a small reception with microwave. Within easy walking distance of Asakusa shopping streets, the temple and even the Sky building. Right next to a decent supermarket and konbini. 10min walk to nearest subway which is quite long after a long day - but taxis a reasonable price.

• Francesca Maria (8/5): Comfort in un’ottima posizione - Abbiamo prenotato una stanza doppia premium per lo stesso prezzo della stanza doppia normale, e le dimensioni erano decisamente superiori alla media degli altri alberghi in Giappone. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Doccia grande, letti comodi, Smart tv con Netflix e YouTube, asciugamani puliti extra a disposizione nella reception. Possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in / dopo il check out per qualche ora. Ottima posizione per visitare Asakusa e solo 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro grigia per spostarsi in altre zone. Ci sono anche una fermata del bus sotto all’albergo e un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24. La finestra in stanza non si può aprire (è una vetrata grande da aprire solo in caso di evacuazione per incendi), quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere socchiusa la porta di tanto in tanto per far entrare aria fresca.

• Uyen (5/5): - Good, quiet location, but close enough to walk to the main Asakusa area. Staff weren’t very attentive or accomodating and refused to help us out in some instances, e.g. booking a taxi, where they told us to go out to the street hail one ourselves. There was also an instance where they tried to get into our room at 2am, due to a fire alarm going off somewhere in the building, which is understandable given a potential emergency situation, however no one spoke English so we (2 females) were very confused and frightened being awoke in the middle of the night by banging on our door, someone using a key to open our door, and all men just shouting in Japanese.

• Kamilla (9/5): Best accommodation during our stay in Tokyo - Amazing value for money and quite decent room size compared to usual Japanese hotel rooms. Comfortable bed and room design as sink outside of bathroom. The AC/ heating system was unreliable and took time to get started. Having been there in mid March, we had to keep the heating setting nearly constantly turned on as the room would have been freezing cold otherwise given very poorly isolated windows.

Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen oli itsepalveluna sujuvaa, henkilökuntaa paikalla avustamassa jos tarvitsee. Huone oli oleskeluun hieman ahdas, eikä sisältänyt tuolia tai jakkaraa.

• Evangelos (9/5): Great value for money accommodation in Asakusa - Check in was easy and the personnel helped by receiving our forwarded luggage and putting it in the room. The services are basic but the room was quite big, with a comfy bed and pleasant style. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel, 7 eleven stores and the Iriya station is aprox. 10 min. away. Could have used a reading light and an extra chair in the room. However, these don't pose any significant problem for the hotel.

Quarto que correspondeu às expectativas no geral Lavatório da casa de banho fora da divisão. O ar condicionado muito barulhento e janelas que deixam entrar muito frio. Um pouco longe da estação de metro mais próxima.

El barrio muuuuuuy tranquilo y ya que todo Tokyo esta super bien conectado, caminabamos como 10 minutos a una estación y llegabamos a todos los lugares. La que nos atendió en recepción era un amor, no hablaba mucho inglés, pero no fue un problema. Muy facil hacer el check in y check out. La pieza hermosa y creo que es la cama mas cómoda que he dormido en mi vida, incluso mas que la mia propia jajajaja. 1000000/10 ⋆˚⊹♡⋆.°⋆ No tiene nada malo

• Humberto (7/5): Good and confortable, just not for when arriving in Japan - Quiet location with easy access to asakusa and ueno station (7 minutes walking to the subway to get to ueno station). Some rooms are large and spacious while others are tiny. They helped us forward luggage which was a big plus. Comfortable bed. No option to check in earlier if rooms are ready, so not the best option for when first arriving in japan. We often saw tourists in the reception waiting for hours, falling asleep as they were very jet lagged and couldn’t go to their rooms before 3pm, even if the rooms were ready. Staff was often away during regular hours so not that easy to get a hold of people.

• YIFEI (8/5): 舒適方便 - 房間很大，裝潢美觀，有電視還有Netflix和Disney+。有自助入住系統，七點後無櫃檯人員仍可辦理入住。 全部的燈都是一個開關控制，床邊也沒有燈開關，稍嫌不便。離地鐵站和商業區需走10分鐘左右。

• Solange (10/5): - The hotel room was excellent with good space for two people. Location and price were great. Room service every second day and the lady upfront was very friendly. Also the beds were super comfortable. There was no cutlery but that is not a major issue.
