Thank you Dennis for making a very tired traveller smile and welcome, I booked the following night within an hour. Spa was closed, car park could do with a dedicated motor cycle flat area , still ok but im being very picky as it is fine and large for cars , probably ok for most bikes, jist not great for a Goldwings size and stability at rest.

The people working in this hotel deserve a raise and bonuses ❤️ All our questions were answered, a lot of positive energy shared. Big thank you to Dennis for making our stay so great! The hotel is indeed a bit older, but we still felt ourselves like at home: enough space, nice area in the lobby with the bar, TV and games. The Pool was yet closed, Spa not included into the package as well as breakfast.

Fuimos con algo de miedo porque habíamos leído varios comentarios sobre niños corriendo por los pasillos y desorden, pero la verdad es que, aunque coincidimos con un grupo de más de 50 estudiantes, no tuvimos ningún problema. El desayuno y la cena estuvieron muy ricos. El servicio en general fue excelente y los empleados fueron muy amables en todo momento. La habitación muy bien; se agradeció mucho el agua de cortesía, sobre todo porque la calefacción secaba bastante el ambiente. En general, ¡todo fue mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos! Todo mejor de lo esperado, así que no hubo problemas.

• Ina (5/5): Nothing special - It's a well located hotel with a very friendly and polite staff This hotel is outdated and in a poor condition. The room felt old and badly maintained, with inadequately arranged furniture and an enormous TV that made no sense for the size of the room. There was no coffee machine, no minibar, and not even a bottle of water provided, which is unacceptable at this level. The bathroom was particularly problematic: the water does not drain properly, and after a simple shower the floor gets completely flooded. The hotel urgently needs to be closed and fully renovated. While the view from the balcony is genuinely great, the balcony furniture and overall atmosphere are terrible, old, unattractive, and not at all inviting to sit and enjoy the view. As for the food, it is barely acceptable just to keep you alive. Nothing was tasty, memorable, or special in any way. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel unless major renovations are carried out or the pricing is significantly adjusted.

The breakfast buffet was abundantly decked, good quality products for all tastes. I was happy to get what I wanted from it, well done. Not able to hold a rail in the shower, I feel insecure as I grow older, and was missing a rail to hold on to whilst showering. Detail.

• Sergio (10/5): Opción ideal para corta estancia y con coche en Andorra - Si tienes pensado ir a Andorra en coche este es tu alojamiento. Su ubicación es perfecta, cerca de las pistas y a la misma vez de la ciudad, facilidad de aparcamiento algo que es de las cosas más importantes de Andorra. La habitación aunque el mobiliario era bastante antiguo cumplía perfectamente, la cama era muy cómoda, la calefacción funcionó perfecta jamás tuve frío, y además vistas al río y su terraza que te hacía disfrutar de un entorno espectacular. El baño estaba muy limpio y cuidado para los que necesitan bañera es un plus. El personal súper amable y servicial nos ayudó con un trámite urgente que teníamos que hacer vía telefónica a España. El desayuno espectacular, tiene de todo para poder iniciar el día, en un espacio muy limpio y ordenado, de los mejores que he disfrutado. El mobiliario de la habitación algo antiguo .

• Astrid (8/5): El baño tmbn es importante. - Íbamos a esquiar así que la ubicación era excelente, a 5 min andando del telesilla. El personal excelente, nos resolvieron dudas con el parking y nos dieron un par de almohadas extra. A la salida como dejábamos la habitación y ya volvíamos por la tarde al terminar de esquiar nos dieron la posibilidad de dejar las maletas y ducharnos allí cosa que se agradece un montón si luego como nosotros tienes más de 3 horas de coche de vuelta a casa (tienen baños con ducha fuera de las habitaciones ) El baño, para lo que cuesta la noche dejaba mucho que desear. La ducha era incomodísima no había ni donde apoyar ni el gel de baño (te ponen en la pared los típicos botes que rellenan pero si yo me quiero lavar el pelo con mi shampoo y ducharme con mi gel para que no me quede todo como un estropajo qué?), además de que la susodicha ducha era esquinera pero no con pantalla sino con una cortina en "C" que aún lo hacía todo más incómodo. El váter estaba tan cerca de la ducha que al sentarme me quedaban los pies dentro o me tenía que girar un poco... El lavabo sin encimera alguna tampoco para poder dejar un neceser, el secador... Enfin.
• Lamiaa (10/5): The Perfect stay to relax and to visit andorra and ski stations - I loved the hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and there was all what you need. The hotel'd view is everything and the proximity of a bus station line L5 that makes you reach the city center in 30min max. I have nothing to say except that for some rooms they should have a large bed instead of two separate ones and the furniture that is a little bit old.
