Lediana (1/5): Extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. - The room was in unacceptable condition. There were dirty socks left on the floor and hair on the bed sheets, clearly indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall cleanliness was far below what is advertised on Booking.com and did not match the photos online. We arrived late at night and had no alternative, otherwise we would have left immediately. This stay did not match the photos or description online.

But for 113€ a night, I expected much better quality and maintenance The jacuzzi was leaking, leaving visible water damage on the wooden side panel and water on the floor, which made it easy to slip and feel unsafe. The bidet was also cracked, which made the bathroom look poorly maintained

Door and windows full of drafts 7. Breakfast, good only the pancakes. The savoury part was inedible. Coffee cold, not a tissue available 8. Staff... Hidden away somewhere unknown. No one at breakfast, no one at reception.
