Very reasonably priced. The AC could work better and Breakfast could have bit more variety. However, not complaining as excellent value for money.

• FATIMA ZAHRA (10/5): - Il s agit d'un boutique hôtel familial, à proximité direct de la mer.La chambre reservé etait conforme au descriptif, très spacieuse et très confortable.Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil plus que chaleureux, on se sentait chez nous.Toute l equipe était au petit soin afin de subvenir à nos besoins.Nous avons pu beneficier de l accès à la plage privé à proxmité de l hotel.Ce qui constituait un plus.Le petit déjeuner était varié, copieux.Encore une fois , je tiens à remercier tout le personnel qui grâce à eux , notre séjour s est déroulé dans les meilleures conditions Je recommande vivement ! • László (9/5): - We spent two nights at Hotel Portanova and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious—just the right way to start the day. We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the owners. They assisted us with parking the car and were very accommodating with our late check-in, which wasn’t a problem at all despite our late arrival. They even allowed us to stay a bit longer in the room after check-out so we could enjoy one last swim in the sea. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Portanova to anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly, and welcoming place to stay.
• Joan (4/5): Hotel familiar mejorable - La chica de la recepción muy amable. Si buscas vacaciones de playa la tienes a 3minutos, aunque como es casi todas las de Saranda para estar cómodo, tendrás que pagar la hamaca y la sombrilla. Las playas públicas están bastante apartadas. La habitación justa, pero limpia y funcional. El desayuno escaso y malo. No te puedes hacer una tostada. El café horroroso y si quieres uno de máquina recién hecho, has de pagarlo. El parking gratuito pero no en el hotel. Es un descampado que depende como coloquen los coches los demás no puedes salir y tienes que avisar. Ojo con el agua caliente. Un par de veces tuvimos que llamar porque no había. Hago un llamamiento a todos los hoteles, las duchas por favor cerradas. Es muy desagradable salir de la ducha con todo el suelo del lavabo lleno de agua.

Consiglio davvero la - Moderna, comoda e pulitissima Posizione abbastanza strategica, in pieno lungomare ma abbastanza lontana dal frastuono del centro. Letteralmente vicinissima se non adiacente alla spiaggia. Personale cordiale e gentilissimo. La stanza dotata di tutti i comfort è davvero molto pulita, con un balcone bellissimo fronte mare.

Facilities in the room could have been better. There was no tea, coffee facility in the room, not even glasses for water. There was no drawer in the cupboard. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We were only provided two small bottles of water during our welcome. Breakfast could have been improved a lot. Breakfast options were limited. Nobody would like to eat cold breakfast specially the omelettes and poach. There was no bus stop near the hotel. So you have to walk up/down to go to the Saranda embarkment.

O café da manhã é modesto, mas adequado pelo preço pago pela estadia. O estacionamento é próximo ao local.

• Arianna (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza del parcheggio, fondamentale in zona. Comoda anche la spiaggia che si trova proprio a due passi. La porta del bagno era difettosa e ci siamo ritrovate chiuse dentro ( purtroppo ci hanno avvertito di non chiuderla solo il giorno dopo). Colazione con scarsa varietà e qualità nella media.

Gostei do atendimento, pessoal atencioso e muito gentil. café morno e leite frio. Sem suco natural. O quarto reservado no Booking afirmava que era underground. De fato era, mas um cheiro de mofo impossível de se ficar mais que 20 segundos dentro. Logo a recepcionista já ofereceu outro quarto, mas o tal quarto nem deveria está na lista como disponível. Não dá para um ser humano dormir lá.
