• Hana_y (9/5): Lovely hotel by Lake Belësh - This hotel run by a genuinely warm and kindhearted owner who clearly cares about his guests. The room is comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, as was breakfast. One small note: the bathroom layout is a bit tight, making the toilet somewhat awkward to access.

• Marco (9/5): Relaxing getaway - We had such a lovely stay at Bujtina Xhabakja in Belsh! As a couple looking for a peaceful getaway, this place was perfect. The rooms were cozy and spotless, and the warm hospitality from Edi (best staff member) made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the delicious traditional Albanian meals-fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Big thanks to the chef. The peaceful surroundings and charming atmosphere gave us the perfect chance to relax before heading back to Tirana. The only small downside was that the breakfast staff could be a bit more attentive.

We only stayed a night but we had great time walking around the lake, eating delicious fish and having very interesting and memorable discussion on Albania with hotel manager.
