• Vaiva (10/5): - Great location, clean and stylish rooms, amazing breakfast. Great price. One thing could be improved in my experience, is one thing about breakfast, there is no heated storage for food. For example eggs, grilled vegetables or bacon gets instantly cold after leaving kitchen. Also only first quote small coffee cup is free, after that is 2€ per cup which I think is bit excessive.

Au petit dejeuner (buffet bien garni), vous n'avez droit qu'à une seule boisson chaude. Le 2eme café est payant!!!! C'est la première fois que je vois cela...

• Muhammed (8/5): Please stay with friendly staff. - The property looked great and was in a ideal location. Very picturesque, with modern design. Facilities were great, apart from odd couple things. The view from my balcony was of the back yard, which was next to an old building which was obstructing any view. The breakfast could have been better.
• Petiteame (9/5): - Idéalement situé dans une impasse perpendiculaire à l'avenue Epidamn pour la visite du quartier historique (mais du coup, loin du front de mer). La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Le petit déjeuner a été le meilleur (en qualité et en quantité) de notre séjour en Albanie. Attention, l'hôtel a changé de nom (a priori il y a 1 an) et il est connu sous le nom de Giulia Albergo Hotel (aussi dans mapsme). Pas de savon ni shampoing dans la douche, un seul tube de crème lavande au lavabo.

• Davidov (10/5): - I like the fact that the rooms were cleaned and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. the lady from the reception wasnt bothered and she didn't spoke in English with me at all. I had to guess or to ask my husband to translate. I didnt had wifi so I couldn't use Google translate. She spoke in Albanian all the time, surprisingly as the other receptionist and the colleague's were all speaking very good English. I wouldn't let it bother me as potentially she might ve have a very bad week or something and the stay at the hotel was very good for us.

• Vanessa (9/5): Schönes Boutiquehotel in der Altstadt mit fantastischen Frühstück und bezauberndem Innenhof - Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel super zentral in der Altstadt von Durres gelegen. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Innenhof, in dem man bis 11.00 Uhr das wirklich fantastische Frühstück und die Ruhe genießen kann. Das Personal ist sehr nett insbesondere der junge Kellner vom Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. Das Bad gut ausgestattet. In den Zimmern gibt es einen Safe, einen Kühlschrank mit Minibar und wir hatten sogar Bademäntel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein und hatte statt einem Balkon nur einen Austritt. Auch funktionierte die Lüftung im Badezimmer nicht. Es war aber unsere eigene Schuld, uns wurde ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Wir wollten aber nicht umziehen.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir noch eine Nacht länger in Durres geblieben sind als geplant. :-) Zimmergröße - wir haben aber einen angebotenen Zimmerwechsel abgelehnt, daher unsere eigene Schuld.

• Marianne (9/5): Das adrette Hotel liegt sehr schön und ruhig in der Altstadt gelegen - ich würde es wieder wählen. - Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, mit Blick über den Innenhof (u.a. Frühstücksplatz) auf die Altstadt. Der Parkplatz liegt vis-à-vis (Lek 1'000.00/Tag). Als ich ankam, gab es keinen freien Platz. Ich konnte dem P-Hüter den Schlüssel überlassen, er parkierte mein Auto, als es einen freien Platz gab. Ausserordentlich umfangreich war das Frühstück. Die Vielfalt von salzig bis süss war einzigartig - auch vegan gab es für mich eine schöne Auswahl Die Empfangsdame und jene bei der Abreise haben noch Luft nach oben... Am späteren Nachmittag in der Hausbar einen Trink zu geniessen war nicht möglich, die anwesende junge Frau kannte sich damit offensichtlich nicht aus.

The shower in the bathroom had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was amazing, and the service was excellent. Our room was cleaned thoroughly during our stay. As a courtesy, one water bottle and coffee capsules were provided. The location was great, with easy access to the bay and the main stops in the city. There was a strange, strong and unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but we noticed the same pattern in reviews of other places in the city. For this reason, I think the issue is city-wide rather than specific to this particular room.
• Iva (7/5): Nice hotel in a city center - Very good breakfast buffet and comfortable bed No iron and bottle opener in the room, had to ask reception for it. Got the iron but no ironing board. Also no leaflets/info about the hotel/room service menu in the room or on smart Tv. Also music playing in the corridor was heard in the room and some very loud Italian tourists shouting outside of my room every night. Would be nice with some soundproofing

• Hans (10/5): Ein Hotel, das zum Wiederkommen einlädt - Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das immer wieder ergänzt wurde. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Tischdecke hatte 2 Mal Löcher von Zigaretten. Das passt überhaupt nicht zum sonst ausgezeichneten Eindruck. So etwas sollte das Personal sehen.

• Enea (7/5): Overall amazing experience, very good and fun for a weekend getaway to rest!! - The property had amazing location where you could see the castle, it was close to everything, it was very quite and cozy, the breakfast was delicious and the terrace has a very good atmosphere, the staff was very nice PERFECT and ready for whatever you asked! We were 3 people and they didnt prepare the extra bed, we had to ask twice for the full bedding…Also there was no parking we had to pay extra 10 euros!

• Wayne Genthner (10/5): Great stay, great people! - The staff were kind, professional and capable. They really made me feel at home. I'm allergic to many fragrances. After they cleaned the room each day with a disinfectant soap I fixed the issue by keeping the balcony door open a bit to air the room out. Had I suggested that they don't use that product, the issue would have been solved. That's on me, so really it's no fault of theirs for servicing the room.

• Anja (7/5): Good hotel, but there is room for improvement. - The location is great, breakfast has many options, and staff is friendly and helpful. I was on first floor and there were times I noticed unpleasant sewage smell coming from bathroom. My colleagues on the second floor did not have this problem. Also the cleanliest of bedsheets was not up to standard, there were some old stains.
