• Aldo (8/5): Arté boutique hotel un esperienza unica da fare - Struttura molto bella e nuova. La posizione è perfetta per visitare tutta la città a piedi. Camere ampie e dotate di tutti i confort, molto bello ed accogliente il bistrot davanti all’hotel con servizio di ristorazione di qualità e con il personale molto veloce e professionale. La differenza sui servizi offerti dalla struttura è stato il personale della reception, sempre impeccabile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, in particolare la sig.na Irina che parlava molto bene la lingua italiana, molto preparata, professionale e disponibile a darci ottimi consigli e gestire le prenotazioni. La colazione non è da considerarsi a 5 stelle, non per la qualità del cibo o delle preparazioni della cucina, i prodotti sono freschi, ben preparati in cucina e di ottima qualità. L’unica nota dolente è stato il personale che ci ha servito a colazione, che non solo aveva un atteggiamento infastidito, ma non ci ha spiegato che oltre alle proposte del menù c’era la possibilità di chiedere altre pietanze, addirittura alle nostre richieste ne faceva una compensazione sul numero dei croissant che avevano a disposizione ed essendo in 6 potevano prenderne massimo 6 e se prendevano un pezzo di ciambella non potevano avere il sesto cornetto. No comment per un 5 stelle, speriamo che la proprietà intervenga sul personale di servizio della colazione e soprattutto su questa regola assurda della compensazione che non abbiamo mai trovato in nessuna categoria di hotel nel mondo.

Bookingin sivuilla oli,että parvekkeelta puutarha näkymä.Näkymä oli ruma viidakko,tosi epäsiisti takapiha,ei näkynyt kuin roinaa ja kasvillisuutta mitä ei ole leikattu n.20 vuoteen. Ei pidä mainostaa puutarha näkymää.

It was nice having breakfast next to a lovely garden. I did not like that I had to leave. I lookforward to going back there in the future.

• Pertti (8/5): Ehdottomasti vierailun arvoinen hotelli. - Erinomainen sijainti Tiranan historian keskeisiin paikkoihin tutustumiseen. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotellin lähistöllä on paljon hyvätasoisia ravintoloita ja hotellin oma ravintola oli myös laadukas. Hotelihuoneen lattiassa ja seinässä oli kulumaa, jonka varmaan saisi helposti korjattua. Pistorasioita oli vähän, yksi tavoittamaton oli ison kirjoituspöydän takana. Sängyn vieressä oleva pistorasia oli liian löysä ja herätti huolta sähköturvallisuudesta.

Very basic, toilet wouldn’t work so we asked not to put toilet paper in it (we are not in a remote Asian island!) food wasn’t good compared to the rest of the city, room was basic. Certainly not a normal boutique 5 star I’m used to and have travelled extensively. I’d say a 3 star at best. Staff didn’t help with taking luggage etc.

• Rando (5/5): Passable, but not for a 5 star hotel. - The location. I changed rooms twice during my stay. Both rooms were very spacious, which I appreciated, but the TVs were quite small. One major issue was the bathroom door, which did not provide adequate privacy. Unfortunately, the rooms were also very noisy. You could clearly hear people walking and talking in the corridor, and early in the morning there was constant noise from the main air-conditioning system located outside the building. It was loud enough to disturb sleep significantly. I did not try the breakfast, even though I was staying over the weekend for leisure. Breakfast was served only until 10:00, which is quite early. If you go out partying in the evening, you really need to wake up early to avoid missing breakfast.

• Michael (7/5): - An excellent location of a quiete clean and decent hotel We found that there is a gap between a 12-room boutique hotel and its facilities. It has a huge restaurant and , spacious guest rooms that are more appropriate for a large hotel, although the "luxurious" design is dark, gloomy and depressing. The result was a strange and alienating experience that is not like what is expected from a small, warm and enveloping boutique hotel.

• Palmer (5/5): It was okay. - Good location Spacious rooms and comfortable beds Hotel entrance was through outdoor dining area which was full of people with no designated path to walk with suitcases. When we arrived the room smelled of a strong perfume, it was very noisy, you could hear everything from the rooms around and from the bar below making it very difficult to sleep. The lunch we ordered at the hotel restaurant took more than one hour to get, the reason for this was that they were missing ingredients to complete the meal order so they had to go buy them. They didn’t inform us about it so that we could choose something else from the menu. In the included breakfast which was a la carte there was only one dish per person, beyond that you had to pay extra. The breakfast was not tasty, served on edge trim porcelain and the hot chocolate un drinkable.

The staff are super friendly but yet still professional, they will do everything in their power to make the guest happy. This is the go to place in Tirana Very glitz Nothing, but maybe get a non slip rubber Matt for the shower

Zum Frühstück kann man aus der Auswahl, die gut ist, leider nur etwas bestellen. Wir hatten noch Früchte bestellt, die kamen aber nicht.

• Shannon (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms and good amenities. Breakfast was lovely. The outdoor space is great for a drink or to sit outside. The staff was friendly and helpful - called us a taxi at 7am. If we ever find ourselves again in Tirana, we will be staying here!

• May (3/5): Not bad but it was not pleasant the money was paid was not worth the experience there is much more places better with go - The location of the facility was good all needed things was around 1- poor communication and manners 2- hygiene and cleanses 3- breakfast was limited options and one meal allowed ( which is not mentioned) water given only on first day - towel are not changed. Daily bathroom are not cleaned every day. 4- cutting was falling and the door of the balcony was collapsing

The breakfast is not buffet, you get to order one place each! The staff understand your problem but have no means to help you solve it

Très agréable, très très joli, très grande chambre. L'atmosphère est vraiment très très agréable Le restaurant pourrait avoir un peu plus de décorations; avec un sol en carrelage et une distance entre les tables, le tout donne une atmosphère pas très personnelle. Le petit déjeuner est OK mais sans plus. Un buffet serait une meilleure option.

• Zeina (8/5): - The hotel by itself is really nice .. the location in the heart of tirana close by the "sightseeing" ..the vibes..the cafes..amazing!. The ladies at the reception were very very helpful and kind..they assisted me to organise my trips during a short time. I just which a more varieties in the breakfast.. even if it is not a buffet (a la carte option) more plates could be added for the guests instead of choosing only one plate, sweet or salt 😉

• Emma (10/5): Stylish, modern, great location and incredible value for money - Great location, modern, beautiful, clean and with a stylish design. Outstanding value for money - this property gave a high end, luxury vibe but without the price tag. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of hot, traditional dishes alongside regular breakfast items. The room was big and beautifully decorated. We were fortunate to be able to get one of their limited parking spaces just outside the hotel but the staff were very communicative in giving options beforehand in case the space was taken. The only thing that was a bit style over substance was the transparent bathroom door right next to the toilet. It wasn’t a problem for us but it did mean that we had to announce to “not look through the door” when we went to use the facilities.
