• Λευτέρης Βαϊγκούσης (3/5): - Όσον αφορά τη διαμονή, τις παροχές, το πρωινό κτλ όλα μια χαρά. Έχουν όμως ένα πολύ σημαντικό θέμα αν θέλουν να είναι σοβαρή επιχείρηση. Υπήρξε μια κρυφή χρέωση στην κάρτα μου το μισό ποσό της κράτησης (δεν μου ήρθε καν ειδοποίηση) παρ' όλο που το κατάλυμα δέχεται πληρωμή μόνο μετρητά και η κάρτα ως γνωστόν μπαίνει ως εγγύηση. Αφού λοιπόν πληρώθηκε όλο το ποσό τοις μετρητοίς και τους ανέφερα το θέμα με τη χρέωση της κάρτας, υπήρξε πλήρης αδιαφορία και μεταφορά ευθυνών στην Booking. Έχουν περάσει 3 εβδομάδες και άκρη δεν έχουμε βγάλει ακόμα. Απλά απαράδεκτο.

• Marie (3/5): - Im Restaurantbereich gab es einen Bereich der als Buffet für das Frühstück vorgesehen war, dieser war beim Frühstück am nächsten morgen nicht bestückt. Stattdessen bekamen wir etwas “vorgesetzt” was wir uns am Buffet, hätte es eines gegeben, nicht genommen hätten. Wir wurden somit nicht satt, wurden auch nicht gefragt ob wir noch etwas oder was anderes haben möchten und mussten auch noch für die Getränke beim Frühstück bezahlen das man uns im vorhinein nicht mitteilte und auch nicht bei Booking dabei stand. Für uns: Sehr entäuschend!!!

• Alba (6/5): I am not coming back - The room itself was very nice. We booked the executive suite with a jacuzzi bathtub for a romantic getaway, which was suitable for four people, although we were only a couple. The room was beautifully furnished with a touch of traditional design. The view was above a small garden. The room had all the toiletries from the toothbrush kits, bath caps, robes, and slippers. The breakfast was good enough. Although it lacked the food labels and refills, the food was delicious and plentiful. The location was 20 minutes walk from the busy area, which offered the peace and quiet we needed. Unfortunately, the service doesn't match the room's vanity, and the room furnishment only was not enough for us to have a wonderful experience. We did not feel valued and cared for during our stay. The suite we booked was on the fifth floor with no lift, and no one offered to help us with the baggage. There was not even a complimentary card for the welcome. There was no room service. The first night, I asked for the fireplace to be lit. The receptionist first agreed. When we came back, she told us it would not be possible because they had no wood. It ruined the mood because we booked this suite at double the usual price for an accommodation in Korca, especially for the amenities such as the fireplace and the jacuzzi. I booked a month in advance, and I did not expect that answer. They didn't even apologize nor tried to make an effort to secure wood for the second night. Although we stayed two nights, the room was not cleaned and tidied during the second day. They did not even change the trash or foot towels. After we used the jacuzzi the first night, I was expecting them to clean it so we didn't have to deep in our own filth. I had to wipe it with my antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser for us to be able to use it the second night. When we checked out, no one asked if we had a pleasant stay. When my husband asked to pay for the two bottles of water we used from the minibar, the receptionist didn't accept and said he needed to check first if we had consumed anything else from the minibar, as we would hide if we had consumed anything else. We said we would be having breakfast, so we could settle this afterwards. The receptionist could not wait for us to finish, but came chasing us with the bill at the breakfast table. He said you had just consumed these two bottles of water, so I am leaving the bill here so you can pay it to the waiter. The waiter came instantly to take the payment, and we asked him to let us finish. After paying 130EUR/night, we could not have a 20-minute breakfast in peace and were interrupted three times to settle a 2EUR water bill.

• Birxhilda (10/5): Best experience in Korca city! - I recently stayed at Dim’s hotel and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and were very helpful during my entire stay. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I especially liked how quiet the hotel was, which made it easy to rest. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, with many different options to choose from. In the morning, the breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. The excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great food made it an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. ⭐ It was wonderfull nothinf to say

• Cobo [C] (7/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the kind staff, though there are a few things that could be improved. - I liked that the property was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was a bit small, but cozy, and the staff were very kind and gentle, which made the stay enjoyable. What I didn’t like was that the bathroom floor retained water, the TV was working but had no channels, and the internet connection was extremely weak. Breakfast was supposed to be until 11, but already by 10:30 everything was removed, and when we asked, it was served to us as if it was a favor, even though it was included in the price. The management could be improved: the key cards worked for the room and electricity, but only one card was given per room, not per guest. This meant that if one person left with the card, the other had no electricity in the room, which is not convenient. My suggestion would be to provide each guest with their own card for better comfort.

After being a regular customer i got accused for consuming chocholates from mini bar and did not pay for it. In the moment of check out i said to the receptionist that i had consume a bottle of water and i paid for it. While i was waiting at the bar for the taxi the waiter come with a bill and say to me please pay for the chocolate from the mini bar. Explained to the waiter that i did not consume anything expect water, i repeat was my rd time choosing Dims. At the end the manager or the owner just said"chocolates are not in the fridge". Felt very offended for the way how i was treated. Will never step in again.

• Uta (9/5): Ruhiges Hotel im Villenviertel von Korça - Das Hotel liegt ganz ruhig am Rand des hübschen Villenviertels von Korça und hat ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Personal an der Rezeption sprach schlecht Englisch. Das Frühstück am Sonntagmorgen hatte ein außergewöhnliche Vielfalt an Speisen und wurde als Buffett angeboten. Dafür war das Frühstück am Montagmorgen kleiner. Es gab keinen Kaffee (?), nur O'saft und Wasser. Das umfangreiche Frühstück wurde serviert und war sehr lecker. - Tolles Badezimmer. Da die Schränke und die Vorhänge in unserem Zimmer in dunkelgrau gehalten waren, war es etwas duster im Zimmer.

Attent personeel, dat hun best doet om het jou naar de zin te maken De kamer was niet echt groot. En wat niet alleen voor dit hotel geldt, maar wij op onze reis door dit qua natuur prachtige land nu al vaker hebben ervaren, is dat het ontbijt je kant en klaar op een bord wordt aangereikt; dus geen buffet. Mogelijk heeft het te maken met weinig hotelgasten (en of hotelkamers)?
• Frank (7/5): - Sehr ruhiges Hotel, im Grünen, gutes Frühstück, Parken vor dem Haus. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer, wir buchten ein Delux Zimmer und das Zimmer erschien wie ein etwas düsteres Souterrain Zimmer (303) Terasse und Balkon waren schmutzig.
