Бронировали отель по одной цене, а на месте заплатили больше. Хотелось бы, чтобы цена была фиксированной при бронировании

- Igor (6/5): Из плюсов только локация. Ну и конечно цена, что и обусловлено качеством. В общем после двух ночей съехал в другой отель - Только месторасположение Отель не свежий. Видно что была замена сантехники, зеркал и тд, но на общий фон это не повлияло. В номере нет ванных принадлежностей. Ни халатов и тд. На выбор повлияла цена и 4*. По факту даже не 3*

- Khachaturian (10/5): Excellent location, comfy rooms and friendly stuff. Highly recommended city center hotel - The hotel location is perfect. Right in the heart of capital , everything is 1 minute walking distance- cafes , restaurants, all sightseeing. There is also an Italian restaurant right downstairs- very convenient for late dinners. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - helped us with mobile sim cards purchase , navigation , etc.

Curatenia nu este facuta serios, camera arata destul de rau( pereti murdari si nerenovati), parcget foarte neingrijit, lenjeria pe pat nu era tocmai marimea potrivita. In fiecare dimineata era nevoie sa reluam acest proces de asezare a paturilor. Geamurile nu sunt cele mai bune, camera nu este antifonata, se aude muzica de la clubul de la parter si zgomotul de pe strada (mai ales seara, masini, caini care latra)

- Michail (5/5): - The location From outside of my room in front of my balcony there is a funnel from the restaurant next to the hotel that makes a noise all day until late night so i couldn't sleep. The room was in the 3rd floor without elevator. The stuff in reception they just didn't care about me. They didn't say not even good morning.

- Viktoria (7/5): It’s ok if you don’t arrive with big expectations - Perfect location , the staff is really helpful We’ve received the room on the 4th floor, without elevator, it was really uncomfortable . In the room there was only one mirror in the bathroom what was completely useless, cause it was so low under the roof.

Даже воды! Пришлось ночью искать круглосуточный магазин для воды, чтобы запить таблетки. Столовых приборов тоже нет, даже чайных ложек. Окно в номере выходило на окно соседнего номера. Был балкон, и окна на балкон тоже выходили из другого номера - я не могла выйти, там жил мужчина какой-то, громко разговаривал и курил. Периодически не работает терминал оплаты, пришлось искать банкомат для снятия налички. В общем была тут 3 раза, с каждым разом все хуже и хуже, цену вообще не оправдывает(

- David (3/5): Extremely noisy, impossible to rest. - The location was convenient, close to the center. My stay was extremely disappointing and unsafe. For three nights in a row (around 3–4 AM) there was extremely loud noise. I reported this to reception, but nothing effective was done. On the third night, the noise was so loud it could be heard even from reception, yet no proactive action was taken. I had to leave one night early, despite paying for four nights, because I no longer felt safe in the hotel. Staff were unable or unwilling to control the situation.

- Ross (8/5): - Overall, had a good stay at the Olive Hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The location is right next to Republic Square, so in the heart of Yerevan and access to all the main sights. The staff at the hotel were friendly enough. Only issues I had were to do with noise. What people say about the dogs is true, there seems to be a pack of them nearby that love to bark together during the night at random intervals. As much as I love doggos, it is annoying. It is not something the hotel can do anything about, but it is worth flagging. The other issue was to do with inconsiderate neighbours. Some of the rooms have shared balconies with neighbouring rooms. Unfortunately, the group of girls staying in room 402 on Friday 25th April are inconsiderate 🍑holes who like to make lots of noise and move between rooms throughout the hotel at 2am. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault, but then accepting drunken guests comes with these risks, and will impact other guests experiences. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

- Anne (10/5): my yerevan holiday - Olive Hotel is in a very central location, a few minutes walk to Republic Square. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent every day, and they even packed a good spread for me when I had to leave early for day tours.

Very thin walls, could hear every tiny sound (some one was walking for about an hour in the corridors around 3 am 🤦🤦🤦 I couldn't sleep) Very uncomfortable beds, it was like laying on a cardboard box. Was ok for one night but not sure if I ever will choose it again. Oh!!! No lift!! And we were on the 3rd floor!
- Iris (6/5): Great location barely any sound proofing - I would have wanted to like this hotel more than I did. It has a great location so it was easy to get to know Yerevan from there. The room and the bathroom were quite clean. The staff was also nice. But as the most important reason to get a hotel is to sleep it was unfortunately lacking on this end. The sound proofing especially from the out side is non existent. You can hear everything from the streets, street dogs barking, music being blasted from cars or apartments etc. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep even with ear plugs. And my room was towards the yard not towards the streets. On top of the nice the mattress was quite uncomfortable as it did not have a mattress topper so it makes the bed quite hard to sleep on.

- Tim (8/5): Great Hotel with great service - The location of the hotel is great. Central Yerevan, close to many sights and attractions. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. When we told them that we can't have breakfast one morning as we will leave early for a daytrip they offered us to bring us all breakfast items to the room the night before. This was a really great service! The breakfast was fantastic in general. Cleaning can be improved in some areas although it wasn't too bad.

Originally we booked a room with a balcony, but when we arrived there was no room with a balcony available. After complaints we were offered a bigger room next day (so we had to pack our stuff and move the next day) but again, without balcony. Moreover, the rooms currently do not look like the rooms on the photos (I assume the photos were taken c. 10 years ago). Also I would not recommend doing a hotel laundry there, I never paid 30 EUR for a small bag of clothes. Among others, we received the clothes totally wet.
