Fatemeh (8/5): - While I found the room rate a bit high for a hotel that doesn't serve a full breakfast, the staff's warm greetings and excellent manners made a great impression. It’s worth noting that only tea and coffee are available at reception, rather than a meal. It was quite disappointing that the heating didn't work. Yerevan’s nights are very cold, and the lack of warmth made my stay quite uncomfortable.
Miren (1/5): Bad, not recommended - The bed was comfortable and the location is proper. The price is also very convenient. The ceiling is very short almost my head could touch, it does not look like in the pictures specially the bathroom that was unclean. There were to towels for shower at the arrival and although staff members are very welcoming and nice, anything they did at reception could be heard from the room as noice cancellation from the wall is inappropriate. I also asked in advance if i could do late check out as it was essential for my stay but only answers upon availability were given, unfortunately they were unable to host me for longer, which makes me dissatisfied.

Miller (10/5): - Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und ist ideal, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr fair und absolut angemessen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist einladend und entspannend. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für jeden Aufenthalt in Armenien.
Vahram (10/5): - Útulný rodinný hotel s perfektní polohou. Pokoje jsou čisté a pohodlné, atmosféra velmi příjemná a personál ochotný a milý. Velkou výhodou je skvělá lokalita – vše důležité je v docházkové vzdálenosti. Za tuto cenu nabízí hotel opravdu výborný poměr kvality a ceny. Rádi se sem znovu vrátíme.

mohamad reza (1/5): - Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Completely Misleading This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Everything about this place was misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. They first told me early check-in was not a problem and even confirmed that a room was available, but then suddenly changed their position and charged extra money for it. I specifically booked this hotel because breakfast was included. However, in the morning they claimed that they do not serve breakfast at all and blamed Booking.com for the mistake. Despite this clear misrepresentation, they refused to offer any refund or compensation. The staff were unfriendly and purely money-driven. They even charged for a small bottle of water, which is unacceptable at any decent hotel. The room conditions were terrible. The ceiling was extremely low — to the point that I hit my head multiple times. There was no window at all, making the room feel suffocating and uncomfortable. They repeatedly pressured me to leave a high rating and write a positive review, which is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the authenticity of their ratings. Additionally: • The air conditioning and TV were not working. • Only one toothbrush was provided for two guests. • There was no blanket upon arrival; we had to ask for one. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of a 2-star hotel. Overall, this hotel is completely misleading and should not be listed the way it is. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Beatrice (1/5): Terrible experience - Nothing We booked a room for three people. The room was located directly in front of the check-in desk, offering no privacy, and the ceilings were only 2 meters high. The third bed was an armchair converted into a makeshift bed, which was very uncomfortable. The worst part, however, was the issue with the water: we were unable to wash ourselves. When we contacted the manager, she told us that the water problem was not her responsibility but ours, and therefore no refund would be provided. Not recommended.

Sergey (7/5): Неплохое место, немного шумное с открытыми окнами. - Расположение, завтрак, опыт проживания. Убираются два раза в неделю, просил заменить расходники (мыло, шампунь) но в итоге их доложили лишь после уборки через день.

Customer like me usually go with the information they advertise in booking.com which is not true. Once you paid you are lucked. Overall, the hotel is old there is not no window in the room & bathrooms are small. Room did not have window you breathe small room to place your clothes. The towels they gave you every morning to clean yourself were old. No fresh air in my room. Old refrigerator bathroom small & towelette bowls broken. But staff was friendly haha?

Hanna (3/5): никому не советую, только если вы не приехали просто переночевать - Рядом есть магазины и вся инфраструктура Потолок - 1.7 метра, окон в номерах нет, вентиляция плохая, в ванной плесень, с потолка сыпется штукатурка, на ковре пятна, которые уже не отмыть, плинтуса с дырками, полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Вы будете слышать ВСЕХ = каждый чих, храп, тарелки - это катастрофа. Электричество может пропадать внезапно, оно напрямую связано с водой и вот вы уже без воды и света, в комнате без окна, добро пожаловать. На попытки что-то изменить - разводят руками - ждем. Генератора нет, то есть повлиять на это вы никак не сможете.
Evgeny (7/5): Приемлемо, если нужно поспать между перелетами - Расположение, вода, чайник, свежее постельное белье, одноразовые тапочки. В целом чисто. На одну ночь (возможно, другие номера лучше и просторнее), чтобы просто прийти и поспать, поэтому для меня важно было только широкая кровать, свежее белье и свои туалет и ванная в номере. Снял номер на несколько часов, чтобы поспать днём во время пересадки между ночными перелетами. Возможно, это один такой неудачный номер в отеле, но отзыв на опыте проживания в нем. Номер очень маленький, двоим уже не удобно будет, для невысоких людей, так как макушкой об потолок придется тереться, если рост больше 185см, но к этому был готов, так как об этом во многих отзывах указано. Окно есть, но оно не выходит на улицу, а в лобби отеля, а кровать возле окна, поэтому всё-равно его зашторить наглухо пришлось. Неудачно расположен кондиционер, прямо над кроватью, как его не настраивай, он будет дуть на вас. Ковровое покрытие требует чистки. Лейку в душевой кабине уже пора заменить, так как половина воды уходит через дырявый шланг. Через вентиляцию в номере пришлось слышать, чем ночью занимаются в каком-то другом номере. Зачем-то на ночь закрываются двери отеля на ключ, как попасть внутрь не понятно, а в моём случае нужно было выйти в 3 ночи (предупреждал заранее при регистрации о времени выезда), спустя 10 минут поисков выхода, пришлось будить администратора звонком. Про завтрак ничего не могу сказать, не воспользовался.

I really liked that you can easily make the room warmer or colder as you wish. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Шикарный персонал всегда готовый помочь. Удобная планировка номеров. Ни разу не испытывал дискомфорта - только положительные впечатления! Когда освободился номер получше - бесплатно переселили туда для моего удобства - сервис уровень «Бог». Такого нет

Elena (5/5): Possible stay for 1 night, but pay attention to the room before you pay - Location is great and the bed, it was quite comfortable, plus tea set with tea and instant coffee, 2 bottles of water All shower place was dirty with mold on the ceiling and on the walls, we didn’t have shower that night…. But the photos look perfect, it was disappointing… the breakfast on the photo looked also great for that money paid, but that’s it, it was not such rich as the photos demonstrated… cold everything but for that money.. although the level of bathroom cleanliness must be not dependent on the money spent, the clean bathroom must be anyway.

Tomas (3/5): - Přátelský personál a dobrá snídaně Pokoje byly extrémně malé i na výšku. Na prostěradle jsme našli vlasy. Ráno nás vzbudil ventilátor, který je propojený nejspíš s kuchyní. Velmi podstatné je, že pokoj nemá okno a nebylo to předem uvedeno. Zůstali jsme, protože jsme byli v hotelu jen jednu noc, ale za tu cenu jsme v Jerevanu sehnali mnohem hezčí ubytování.
Aisha (1/5): Horrible - Rien Hôtel crade , moisissure sur les lits ! Salle de bain degeulasse 1 serviette de bain déchirée pour 2 Vu le prix que l’on paye on devrait un minimum nous respecter ! Nous sommes rester 3h dans l’hôtel, le réceptionniste nous a quand même facturer 40€

yadav (7/5): - It is well located in the heart of the city. Rooms were too small, infact anyone closer to 6 feet may have bend and walk in the room. Dental kit was missing. More options could be there for breakfast.
Charbel (10/5): Impressive - The hotel is perfectly good for a three stars hotel. The staff is so helpful and welcoming, they are always smilling and giving positive energy. The breakfast is good considering a three stars hotel. The location of the hotel is near everything by walking you can reach any place within 10 min from republic square, vernissage, restaurants, cascade, noth avenue, and tour services.
