Lorena (3/5): Estadia Paupérrima, Publicidad engañosa, Aguardando una solución - Hicimos la reserva desde el 03 de agosto al 06 de agosto, nos retiramos al otro dia a pesar de que pagamos la stadia compelta en efectivo. Las instalaciones no son como se ve en la foto, la habitacion N°07 la tenia mi hijo y la novia, el baño un desastre, cuando fueron a bañarse a las 6 am (antes de la excursion) lo tuvieron que hacer con agua fria y a cuenta gotas, NO tenia presión el agua, NO ANDABA el agua caliente y se caian las llaves de paso al abrir las canillas, UN DESASTRE, sin perjuicio de que era una malana fria para bañarse con agua helada. No obstante, la habitacion tenia olor a encierro, lugubre, poca iluminación. Cabe mencionar, que cuando abone (lo hice en efectivo) y solicité la factura me dijeron que el sistema no andaba, que era lento, no me la dieron en el momento del check in. Al otro dia que hice el reclamo y el check out, solicite una parte del reintegro ya que desocupe la habitación antes de los esprado, no duramos ni 24 hs, estando paga por derfectos de la misma, me dijeron que el reclamo se hace por booking y que son ellos quienes me lo tienen que resolver. Como estaba enojada, de nuevo solicite la factura porque abone la tarifa mas iva de una factura que no habian realizado, y recien en ese momento me la realizaron, no obstante, tuve que esperar mas de 15 minutos para que me la entreguen, porque claro el sistema era lento. Realmente considero las fotos como "publicidad engañosa", no es lo que se ve in situ. Asimismo, ahora espero que Booking me atienda el reclamo y me reconozca algo del monto pagado por un servicio deficiente.

Dorothy (3/5): Not a pleasant stay - Location It was not a hotel , more like a motel . The room had no safe , no fridge , no facilities like a kettle or hairdryer . The towels were old , hard and quite disgusting .
Tayze (6/5): Bom custo benefício - Passamos uma noite, um bom custo beneficio. O quarto era espaçoso, o nosso com 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro. As camas eram moles pra quem está acostumado com colchões mais firmes. Café da manhã era simples, mas ok pra uma noite. Só não tinha água quente para o banho da manhã. A noite sim, mas de manhã não tinha. Ainda bem que era verão. Tinha piscina, mas não chegamos a usar.

Verified traveler (8/5): Correct - Très bonne situation face à la gare des bus et notamment pour aller sur le site des chutes tant bresilienne que Argentine. Chambre sommaire sans attrait ni superflu (pas de savon shampoing verre bouilloire etc). Pas de réfrigérateur mais climatisation. Piscine très agréable et propre. Environnement bruyant…c’était un week-end!! Petit déjeuner correct
GUILLERMO (4/5): Pueden mejorar. - El hotel precio calidad esta bien, pero no tenia agua caliente, el desayuno no hay variedad para otras nacionalidades, los sanitarios no funcionan bien, el trato en la recepcion de una persona fue muy mal, muy abusivo.
Oreste (2/5): - Old and poorly maintained hotel. Locks with keys from the 19th century, room with rustic furniture and no closets, no plugs on the nightstand and only two plugs in the entire room. All the equipment is of very low quality and uncomfortable. Towels are #40 sandpaper. Disco next door so there is low IQ music until 1 am. Breakfast of coffee/milk, sweet pastries, bread and cereal. There are NO eggs, bacon, cheese, ham or other proteins. Not even real butter. Very limited fruit. (photos do not correspond to actual conditions)

Anonymous (1/5): Very unpleasant experience - They overcharge the price that they insisted to add 21% tax on us, but we are foreigners and paying with foreign credit card. They refused to listen and ignored any information from the booking, neither from the regulation on our booking page nor from the email of booking customer service.

Staff not speaking English and not very attentive, airco not working properly (only one option on or off). No bidet in the bathroom.
