Guest Reviews
- Cynthia (7/5): Approved. Breakfast could be improved - Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and eager to help. The breakfast is rather limited. Jam and cheese are available upon request (which is inconvenient) and there aren't eggs.
- Mariana (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and the bed and pillows wonderful. The breakfast area was also a nice one and the location of the hotel is the very best, a few metres from the main park, around the corner from the main square, one block from the cathedral, very easy to walk to touristic places. The breakfast could be improved: the bread was simply awful and the medialunas always a bit like old (dry). The offer of food for breakfast was also very limited.

- Arthur (4/5): Rundown, grubby with inadequate breakfast. I felt deceived from the ratings which are totally inaccurate. - Centrally located but very rundown, cigarette burns on carpet, walls ver marked and dirty No ham, cheese, cereal or eggs for breakfast, just coffee and breads.
Neglected and dingy

- Mays (3/5): Great staff, but I would not stay again. - Great location. Friendly, professional and responsive staff. Decent breakfast. We didn’t visit the pool, but looking at it from the room window, it could possibly be the best part of the hotel. Lack of investment in the property. Run down. Smelled. A/C barely worked. Even inexpensive things like bed pillows were lumpy. Worst of all, my partner and 4 year old child got tapped in the bathroom because of a faulty, broken door knob. None of these things are in the control of staff. Just shear lack of investment and caring on the owner’s part. This property is a hard no for me.
- Sebastian (8/5): Very good -
