• Esteban (7/5): Estancia en una casa Bellisima - La ubicacion y el desayuno La fiesta que organizo el Vecino la noche del 1 de Enero, una verdadera tortura, aclaro que nada tiene que ver el alojamiento con esto pero la pregunta es "que? no te gusto" lo demas todo de acuerdo con lo contratado con el establecimiento.

El dormitorio tenía el tamaño correcto, las camas son cómodas, dan al jardín interno que es hermoso. El desayuno es espectacular, muy completo. Los salones de comedor, living y jardín son espacios cómodos y hermosos. Un poco caro el precio.

El desayuno muy completo y todo de buena calidad, hasta tienen opción de leche sin lactosa y de almendras. Es una casa antigua refaccionada, hermosa, llena de jazmines y rosas. La zona muy linda, el barrio tranquilo y lo mejor es que estás a 7 cuadras del centro.

• Maria Virginia (10/5): Espectacular! - Excelente ubicación. El desayuno muy completo y abundante! Impecable la atención y el comedor alegre y luminoso con vistas al jardín y a la calle.

Amplias espacios, al menos en la suite donde nos alojamos que tenia hasta un balcon a la calle Le falta quizas modernizar un poco el mobiliario del desayunador, y ofrecer un mejor cafe, expreso o de capsulas en vez del filtrado que no estaba muy rico.

Excelente todos los detalles, la decoracion muy fina destacando el chalet marplatense y los rincones para que uno se sienta como en casa. The wether was fantastic and wanted to enjoy it with the window open. Unfortunately, they allow people to smoke in the front patio and the smell comes inside the room.

• guillermobolanos (8/5): Great location, quiet, comfortable, good service, good value for price, quaint - Located next to the upscale Guemes and Olavarria streets and the new mall on the former bus station, the hotel is on a quiet upper class neigborhood and is 200 meters from a Disco supermarket and 400 meters from the select Playa Varese. It is 50 years old on a nice mansion but well kept, elegant and comfortable. Parking and breakfast are included. Prices are moderate. All rooms have tv, Air conditioning and heater and are quiet.
• Vennekilde (6/5): Nice facilities with good location...but a wrong set-up by the owners... - My wife and I chose this hotel in Mar del Plata to spend some days at the beach in Mar del Plata, and found the hotel, as expected from our previous knowledge, to be located in a very nice zone of the city. It is in the Güemes-part, where you are separated from the thousands of tourists in the very center of the city, where nice shops, restaurants, take-out options, etc. are present. In other words in a quiet part of MDP. The hotel is an old rustic building and not that big, which makes it less industry, which we like very much. It is located close (4-5 streets) from the beach and 3 streets from the main avenue Colon. The check-in was quick, and as we came very early, they offered to clean our room as soon as the prior guest left. We waited in the lobby and soon we were in our room (15). The room was not that big, and just located next to the stairs where all the guests have to pass to reach their room. That makes that room noicy and not that nice. After some hours we went to the front-desk and asked for another room, and we were transferred to (13). This room was even smaller but quiet with a view. In both cases, a small bathroom was connected and not offering that much space - so if you like a spacious hotel room with no "I-am-in-a-box" feeling, then you might chose another hotel. The stay includes breakfast which is very nice, based on the local costums. But several options regarding bread, sweet stuff, etc. The breakfast area is allowed to be used by the guests in the evening when ordering/bringing take-out - nice service. As it is mentioned in the webpage, it is a family business, but too familiar in my opinion. Part of the owners chose to have their 2 year old daugther present during the whole "work day", which of course made unnecessary noise, as the kid of course wanted to be in the present of the parents, and when not was shouting, crying for them, which disturbed a lot during breakfast - the child could even be heard in the rooms upstairs!! Absolutely an unprofessional choise and bad management of the situation. To me it becomes to much like a hostel, where you have to expect almost everything regarding noise, but not to be expected in a nice hotel. I don't guess that we will come back, and regarding recommendation: It depends on the expectations of the guest regarding set-up...so you be the judge....
