• Sylke (7/5): Ein Hotel mit allem Nötigen und wenig Charme. Für Geschäftsreisen zu empfehlen. - Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und die Lage im Zentrum waren sehr gut. Vor der Anreise wurde eine Mail mit den wesentlichen Informationen zur Zufahrt und zum Hotel verschickt, die leider nicht mehr ganz aktuell waren (Das Restaurant hatte kurz vor unserer Ankunft seinen Betrieb eingestellt). Im Zimmer standen eine Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln bereit. Saunazubehör war vorhanden. Die Sauna sah sehr gemütlich aus. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der angekündigten Öffnungszeiten war die Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft um 15.00 Uhr und auch später am Tag nicht besetzt. Der bereit gelegte Brief, den wir nach Fernöffnung der Tür erhielten, enthielt nur eine Schlüsselkarte für 2 Personen und keine Information zum Türcode, so dass wir abends im Regen erst lange probieren mussten, durch welchen Eingang wir wie mit der einen Schlüsselkarte gelangen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Für den Preis hätten wir doch etwas mehr Auswahl erwartet. Die Saunazeiten von 17.30 bis 20.00 Uhr bedeuten, dass man sich zwischen Saunieren und Abendessen entscheiden muss. Beides an einem Tag ist nicht entspannt möglich.
• זאבי (1/5): לא ממליץ לאף אחד להזמין את המלון הזה - כלום הכל היה גרוע הגענו והמקום היה חשוך ולא השאירו לנו קוד לפתיחת הדלת אפילו בלובי חושך שלחתי הודעות שאני עם ילדים ברחוב ועד היום לא חזרו אלי התקשרתי לטלפון שמופיע בבוקינג והם לא ענו אחרי כמה שעות נכנסתי לחדר לאחר שאחד האורחים עזר לי נכנסנו באיחור רב ולא היה ניר טואלט בחדר והחדר לא היה נקי היו בו מלא יתושים היתה לנו פשוט חוויה גרועה ביותר אבל הם את הכסף שלהם גבו מחיר יקר ומלא למרות כל הצער והסבל שלי !!! אנחנו מטיילים כמה שבועות באירופה ולא נתקלנו בהתעלמות וחוסר אחריות שכזאת !!!
• Andrea (8/5): Sehr schön - Ich wurde vorab gefragt was ich als Allergiker benötige Das Personal konnte Widrigkeiten bezüglich Buchung lösen Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend Die Sauna Landschaft war wunderbar Es war alles gut Es gibt dort Zimmer ohne Kasten Darauf mochte ich in Zukunft aufmerksam gemacht werden

• Nicole (8/5): - In general it's a nice hotel, nice interior. Clean. No storage room, very strict check-in police, staff was on numerous occasions unfriendly, almost annoyed. Except on the day of check-out.
• Joseph (10/5): Sehr angenehmes Hotel - Aussergewöhnlche Zimmer im Stil von Klosterklausen mit sehr gutem Mobiliar. Sehr schön auch der kleine Wellnessbereich im obersten Stockwerk mit Dachschräge. Sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, bestückt mit einer finnischen Sauna. Erstaunlich, dass zumindest bei meinem Aufenthalt sonst niemand davon Gebrauch machte. Auch das Frühstück und die Menükarte am Abend ist sehr gut.

• Jan (7/5): OK overnight stop. - It's in the old part of Bludenz - but that area is tiny! Reasonably convenient secure parking. Good shower. Inadequate lighting in the room. Single duvet on a double bed!! No minibar in the room.

• Ran (8/5): It has a great potential - The hotel's central location is a major asset. Unfortunately, finding the parking place it was a challenge without local guidance. The parking situation was confusing due to misleading information. While the owners seem eager to help, clearer pre-arrival instructions and improved signage would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite the initial setbacks, the studio itself is exceptional. The modern decor, well-equipped kitchenette, and comfortable sleeping area made our stay enjoyable. It's a shame such a fantastic accommodation was preceded by such a frustrating arrival process. To improve future guest experiences, I recommend providing detailed, step-by-step directions to the hotel and parking area. Consider using a GPS-friendly address for the parking lot and offering visual aids like photos. A dedicated welcome email with clear check-in instructions would also be beneficial." • Anna (10/5): Exceptional - It is rare that a hotel exceeds the expectations. The attention to detail, stunning architecture and interior detail were amazing. And In my opinion it is always about the little stuff + cleanness. Being able to do your own coffee in the room in the miring - makes allllll the difference. Susan Kaufmann soap and body cream show how the guest is valued. Great personal - super friendly and responsive. All in all a really amazing place to stay! The WiFi did not always work - since it was a work travel it was a bit of an issue but the rest was so amazing I almost did not mind it.
