• Julia (8/5): - Great location with friendly staff. Hairdryer and teapot available in the room. A lot of space to store things. Despite the disadvantages mentioned below, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thin walls (there was obviously a party going on in the next room), a tram noise from outside, no breakfast options, and the refrigerator was more like a minibar that couldn’t cool the items. Strange cleaning routine: one day the floor was wiped, another day the bed was made.

• Ilias (9/5): - Πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο δωμάτιο. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε στάση τραμ και έτσι έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Δεν έχει WIFI.

• Sabine (8/5): Alles was man braucht - Super Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption. Man hat hier alles was man braucht. Beleuchtung im Bad zu schwach, keine Ablage in der Dusche. Vorhänge zu kurz, somit keine ausreichende Abdunkelung des Zimmers möglich.

• Alessandro (6/5): - La posizione, abbastanza strategica in un quartiere buono di Vienna, se vi serve solo un posto dove dormire (posto che non ci sia troppo rumore del traffico fuori dalla finestra), va bene. La mancanza di wi-fi (per me importante: dovrebbero segnalare meglio che non c'è su Booking). Il rumore della strada (quando il tram passa rimbomba tutto nella stanza). Gli spazi angusti della singola.

• Michael (9/5): Wenn ich wieder in Wien bin, werde ich sicherlich dort wohnen. - Lage: Straßenbahn und Buslinie 'vor der Tür', 2. Halt ist Schnellbahnstation Rennweg mit div. Öffi-Linien. 10 Min. bis zum "Ring" und 5 Min. bis Unteres Belvedere. Mit Schnellbahn in 20 Min. vom Flughafen bis Stat. Rennweg. Frühstück wird seit Corona nicht mehr gereicht. Man kann sich aber in 3 Supermärkten (Billa/Spar/Lidl) sowie in div. "ToGo"-Geschäften eindecken. Zimmer verfügen über Kühlschrank. Es gab nicht - habe bereits vorher dort gewohnt.

• Virginia (3/5): Pésima atención - Un hotel super antiguo, infraestructura antigua, tiene camas cómodas, baño super pequeño, el hotel no brinda ningún servicio. Lo único bueno es que queda cerca de la estación de metro, es todo. La atención fue pésima desde la reserva: no me di cuenta que el check-in era sólo de 3pm a 5pm (a muchos le llamará la atención porque cualquier check-in empieza a las 3pm pero es hasta la medianoche) pero aquí no, y nuestro tren llegaba a Viena a las 9pm, es decir, no había forma en que lleguemos y la reserva estaba pagada al 100%, me comuniqué con el establecimiento que dicho sea de paso, no hablan inglés, sólo alemán (felizmente existe Google para la traducción) y fueron super tajantes con el check-in sólo hasta las 5pm, le expliqué que llegaba con mi mamá (adulto mayor) y mi hija de 7 años a las 9pm en un clima de "0" grados centígrados, y me daba la misma respuesta... hasta que yo le dije en todo caso si tuviera otra dirección donde pueda recoger la llave, recién en ese momento me dijo que la dejarían en una caja de seguridad al ingreso... me pareció tan terrible todo el trato, pudo haber dicho eso desde el inicio pero optaron por no hacerlo. Al llegar tuvimos que subir las maletas dos pisos, no hay ascensor, y encima los pisos son de los antiguos con techos altos. NO HAY WI-FI, esto es una de las peores cosas, he estado en otros hospedajes tienen baja señal, pero aquí simplemente era nulo, no entiendo como en esta época un hospedaje no puede brindar un servicio tan básico! Si bien es cierto que no incluye el desayuno, muchos lugares te lo ofrecen con pago, aquí cero, y el restaurante más cercano era a 25 minutos caminando, terrible! Por lo que decidimos ir al tour que nos tocaba y comer algo por ahí. Tampoco hay tiendas cerca. LO PEOR fue el día del check-out, dejamos las maletas en la recepción y nos indicaron que sólo las guardarían hasta las 2pm, que luego no habría nadie para entregarlo!!! Cómo es posible si su mismo check-in era hasta las 5pm supuestamente, el señor super desagradable, me dio a entender que era un día feriado y por eso se tenía que ir a su casa, no sé para qué trabaja en un hotel!

• Akiko (1/5): 場所は良くて安めだったが、物を盗られるとコスパと気分が悪い - 都心に近く、トラム７１の停留所まで徒歩２分くらい。地下鉄駅にも20分くらいで歩けます。冷蔵庫があるのも良い ６泊しましたが、３泊目頃の昼間に、私のスーツケースの鍵が開けられて、夜ホテルに帰ると鍵が開いている状態でした。スーツケースに２本の棒を差し込んで、鍵をかけるタイプなのですが、私は毎朝、しっかり鍵を掛けて、手で引っ張って開かない事を確認してから出かけていました。帰ると鍵が開いていて気持ち悪いし不信感が募ったが、我慢して寝ました。高価な物は何もスーツケースに入れていなかったですが、どうせ掃除人が開けたんでしょ、って思います。 帰国して確認すると、アルザス地方で買ったクリスマス用の小さな壁掛けのお土産が無くなっていました。スーツケース付随のチャック付きの袋の奥にしっかりと入れて、チャックを閉めていたので、お土産が飛び出すことは無いです。この壁掛けは薄くて細長い形で、白い袋に入っていました。袋の中がお財布だと思われて盗られたかもしれません。 まあ彼らがスーツケースの鍵を開けた時点で問題ありだし、何かを取る気満々ですからね。必ず別の南京錠もさらに用意し、２重にスーツケースに鍵を掛けて下さい。私はこのホテルをお勧めしません。２度と泊まりません。 あとレビュー通り、ヘアドライヤーも無かったです。もうキャンセルできない方は、ドライヤーを持参した方がいいです。日本の方は、ｃタイププラグも忘れずにお持ち下さい。

• Chrstoph (5/5): Für eine Übernachtung zwecks dem Besuch einer Familienfeier in Wien hats gereicht - Das Personal war ganz freundlich. Das Bad benötigt mehr Deckenlichter oder ein stärkeres Licht - in dieser "Duschzelle" war es ziemlich dunkel. Außerdem gehen die Fenster zu nem Innenhof raus - das Badfenster sollte mit ner Milchglasfolie abgedeckt werden, da konnte man von aussen durchs ganze Bad direkt in die Duschzelle reinsehen. Da das Fenster klein war konnte ich das provisorisch mit nem Kissen und meinem Rucksack abdecken während ich duschen war. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war halt auch "nur" irgend ein random Innenhof also praktisch keine Aussicht.

Die Öffis waren gut erreichbar. Ich habe einen sehr niedrigen Preis in den Informationen an der Tür gesehen. Der Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, war wesentlich höher. Wenn der Preis sich geändert hat, sollen die Informationen an der Tür aktualisiert werden.

• Ömer Faruk (7/5): Kısa süreli konaklama ve gece gelip yatmak için kolay ulaşımı olan fiyat performans otel - Tesisin konumu genel olarak iyi. Merkeze ve çoğu yere yürüyerek gitmek zor ama hemen önünde bir tramvay durağı var ve onu kullanarak çoğu yere hızlı ulaşım sağlıyorsunuz. Oda temizdi, havlular temizdi ve oldukça soğuk kış ayına rağmen gayet sıcaktı. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi Türk’tü iletişim açısından gayet hoş oldu. Yorumlarda tramvay sesi falan çok rahatsız ediyor diyenler olmuş fakat biz o kadar rahtsız olmadık zaten tramvayın çok sesi yok sadece geçerken ufak titreme yapıyor. Oda gerçekten çok küçük valizi açtığınız alan adım atacak yer kalmıyor. Tuvalette oldukça dardı özellikle uzun boylu biri olarak klozete oturmakta zorlandım. Ama tabiki 2 gecelik konaklama için ve sadece yatmaya geldiğimiz oda için çok da önemli unsurlar değil aslen. Bir de odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu bunu da eksi yazarım kesinlikle. Biz christmas vakti geldiğimiz için Viyanada konaklama genel olarak pahalıydı ve bu otelde bence çok uygun değildi fakat genel olarak bu dönemi baz alırsak fiyat-performans kategorisine sokabiliriz elbette.

• KATARZYNA (7/5): OK - Całkiem spory pokój z prywatną łazienką. Pieszo można dojść i do dworca kolejowego oraz na starówkę jak ktoś lubi spacery. Nie można narzekać - było czysto. Ręczniki dostępne, małe saszetki z żelem do mycia i szamponem również. Dobra lokalizacja - niedaleko duży wybór sklepów. Cały czas otwarte drzwi do budynku, nikt nie pilnuje kto wchodzi czy wychodzi. Pokój można powiedzieć standardowy. Cienkie pościele, ale za to można włączyć temperaturę w pokoju. Nie ma opcji śniadań
