• Angela (9/5): Great Homelike Stay - It was like a home stay, such a great experience. The hosts were so sweet and accommodating! The value was exceptional! Location was good, with many shops, restaurants, and street foid vendors within easy walking distance. The rooftop patio was a great place to hang out. I would definitely stay here every time I visit Saigon. The dryer always seemed to be busy. The bed was a little on the hard side for me, but I like a very soft one.

• Catherine (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy Ho Chin Minh! - I highly recommend this place. Very central in District 1, perfectly located in a small alley, yet incredibly quiet and well soundproofed. Honestly one of the very few places in Vietnam where I couldn’t hear any noise once inside my room. Everything was super clean. What I also loved is that the reception is part of the owners’ home , which gives the place a unique charm and atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. I arrived very early in the morning after a night bus, and they kindly let me rest in the common area before check-in, which I really appreciated. Don’t miss Charm Bakery nearby — the owner is incredibly kind, the mango smoothies are delicious, and the bánh mì are generously filled and absolutely amazing.

• Duc (7/5): Nice value for the money in terms of location and convenience. Room a little small. - Very good location. The family who runs the place is very friendly, the mother (who was in contact with me even before we arrived to arrange our stay) was very communicative and helpful. The kitchen is equipped with every kitchen tools and utensils that you might need. The room is a little small, we had three suitcases and it was sometimes hard to move them or ourselves around the room. Maybe having only two chairs instead of only one would make the room more spacious. The bathroom was relatively clean although sometimes the “bathroom smell” wad a little strong, some kind of fragrance stick would be nice in there.

• Tai (9/5): - Great for a quick stop, but even better for a long stay! I was only there for one night, but the studio suite has everything you need for an extended trip. The automatic gate and helpful on-site owners made everything very easy. My only minor issue was that the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough, which was noticeable since the April weather was so hot.

Fa un po' strano passare dal soggiorno dei proprietari per arrivare all'ascensore e alle camere ma in Vietnam è la normalità! Rapporto qualità prezzo direi imbattibile.

• Carole (4/5): Needs a deep cleaning..shower has mold. - The room desperately needs a good cleaning and an upgrade. There are tiny ants that appear here and there. Some of the utensils had not even been washed. The bed is extremely hard. The most disappointing of all is that I specifically rented because we wanted a patio but the space is used for the businesses laundry needs. Yes, there is a table and two chairs that you can used on the upper courtyard, but you’re surrounded by laundry drying on racks plus their stock of towels and soap etc. The plus: very nice elevator, the owner is very nice and polite and she even found a needle and thread that I needed. I wish I could give a better review because of the kind family but the premises were just were not up to par, according to the photos on the site. Cleanliness and upkeep, ants, hard bed, patio was overtaken by the business laundry…

The location is very convenient, the room was spacious and super clean, and everything went smoothly during my stay.
