(1/5): Bad - I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel, involving the receptionist on duty on16.06.2025 about1400 [ My guest came to visit me during the day to collect some belongings. When they arrived, the receptionist behaved in a highly unprofessional and rude manner. Despite my explanation that the guest was only visiting briefly and not staying overnight, she refused to allow them entry without payment. Her tone was dismissive and aggressive, and when I attempted to clarify the situation, she stated, “I don’t want to listen to anything.” More alarmingly, the receptionist asked about my nationality. When I told her I was from the UK, she said, “You are not British.” When I questioned her on this inappropriate comment and suggested that perhaps I was being treated differently due to my ethnicity, she confirmed, “Yes, because you are from Asia, you will be treated differently.” This was said openly and without hesitation. This behavior is discriminatory, offensive, and entirely unprofessional. It goes against not only hospitality standards but also basic human decency and anti-discrimination laws that should be upheld in any reputable establishment. Furthermore, there was no prior information during booking (including on Booking.com) stating that daytime visitors are not allowed. If this is hotel policy, it should be made clearly available to all guests before they make a reservation. I expect a formal apology and an explanation of the steps you will take to address this issue and ensure that such behavior does not happen again — to me or to any other guest. During my stay, I had a guest visit me briefly during the daytime to collect some personal belongings. However, the receptionist on duty—a Russian woman—treated both me and my guest with extreme rudeness and hostility. Despite explaining that my guest was only coming to pick up items from my room, the receptionist refused to listen, cut me off, and insisted my guest could not come in unless payment was made. When I tried to explain the situation calmly, she responded, "I don’t want to listen to anything." I also mentioned that there was no clear information provided on Booking.com or at the reception that daytime visitors are not allowed, which should have been stated clearly. The most disturbing part of this interaction was when she asked me where I was from. After I told her I was from the UK, she responded by saying I’m not “British” and admitted that she would treat me differently if I were white. She explicitly said that because I am from Asia, I would be treated differently. This blatant racism and discriminatory behaviour are completely unacceptable in any setting, especially in a hotel that caters to international guests. No guest should be treated with such prejudice, and the fact that a staff member openly admitted to this is alarming. There was water on the bathroom floor which needs sweeping otherwise it becomes a puddle. Photo attached.

There are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops near, 1 minute by walking. - The curtains in my room did not cover the entire window, so when the sun came up all the light came in. Also, the privacy since you see the buildings in front of you.

• Thamasha (7/5): My stay in Antalya - I stayed at Yeşilyurt Otel during my solo trip to Antalya and overall had a decent experience. On arrival, I had arranged an airport pickup through the hotel. Though the 30-euro charge (cash only) felt a bit high, it was handled professionally—both the hotel lady and the driver came to pick me up, helped with my luggage, and made me feel comfortable, so the service and attention somewhat justified the price. I booked a budget single room, which was basic but clean and manageable. It met my expectations given the price. The staff was friendly and responsible. A special shoutout to them for being genuinely concerned about my safety as a solo female traveler—especially when I had an early morning pickup for a hot air balloon tour. Their care made me feel safe and looked after. The location is ideal—right in the city center, making it easy to explore Antalya. One thing to note: although Booking.com mentioned breakfast availability, it’s actually handled as a special request by the Russian lady who owns the place and comes at an extra cost. Since it wasn’t included and could cost more in euros, I opted not to try it. Also, once I became more familiar with the area, I didn’t use the hotel for my return airport drop-off as I found cheaper options like Uber. Overall, it’s a simple, centrally located stay with good staff and basic facilities—suitable for short solo visits or budget travelers.

Air conditioning works well which is Important in the heat , off the main road so quiet area but only few minutes walk to all the shops restruants and transport network The shower in single room, is not very practical as it's to small and to close to toilet the water was not draining well , spreading around the small bathroom as there is no actual floor partition for the shower area So .used it only once but then opted to use the bathroom attached to the double room which I had also rented that shower was practical and much better so wasn't bothered by the single room shower over all however we enjoyed the stay , it's a nice place with good location at reasonable costs and nice staff .

I was on the phone in the reception area and the lady receptionist was saying give the key back it is not a gift from us. I think that comment of " it is not gift" was completely misplaced and unnecessary. I just down played to avoid a further nasty comment.

• Sarah (6/5): Had a pleasant stay, it is good if you just need a place to stay for the night. - Kind and helpful staff. Good price for one night. Good location. The floor was a bit dirty, but having slippers provided was nice. The mattresses could use a good deep cleaning, when i pulled back the sheets there was dirt and a few dead flies in the crevices of the mattress.

Generally easy to find. Non-smoking rooms. Bathroom in the twin room has a horrible design (shower and toilet are not separated by anything); therefore lots of mold (no daily cleaning). No hand towels. Body towels are not changed (you need to ask the staff yourself if you need). Cold tile floor. It may be good for one night stay if you are a minimalist and only need a place to sleep.

• Usman (1/5): Not Recommend - Location was ok Pets were not allowed but the Russian reception lady was keeping the pets the dog which was hindering all the way in the reception. The lady was rude as such that I have never seen such rudeness that too when you are at the reception of a hotel. She did not even return the change may it be few cents but the attitude matters. Not recommended at all. Warm water timings were there that they turn on the geyser on request from 0900hrs till 1600 hrs. I think it was on solar maybe. But isn't it ruthless that in so much cold weather you are not getting warm water ridiculous.

• Uy (7/5): Good - I like how close it is to everything. Market, beach, foods, and etc.
• Giorgio (9/5): Superb - Location, clean, walking distance from old town, next to tram stop for airport The room was really small, yes, it was written 'small room', but didn't imagine that small. Anyway, I slept just fine.
• Radev (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, room had all needed and staff was very helpful

• Cornel (10/5): Exceptional - All was Super. Recommend. Just 1 place parking in street. No private parking .

• Asad (6/5): Pleasant - Everything except the staff. The lady at the reception seemed over exaggerating things. We were also asked for a security deposit of 400 TRY for this purpose only to be returned later once once one of the staff member goes in the room to make sure no one smoked in there. Staff member was literally smelling the room and asking if I had smoked there like he couldn’t trust his own senses lol. Later he asked my friend for a cigarette 😂. Would prefer some place else next time where guests are trusted and are treated with respect.

• Velimatti (4/5): I will hardly stay again, same area a lot of other hotels to choose from. - Location The hotel did not allow late check out, not even a half of hour, although they had plenty of rooms available, rather strange, strange atmosphere.

• Osama (10/5): Nice Stay - Great location near everything mark antalya , tram , bus station , resturants , cafe and nice economic room , clean bathroom , wide window , good AC , strong presure cold and hot water at shower , elevator , reception lady so helpfull to anser any inquiry will be my first choice when i come to antalya again Nothing
• Elizabeth (7/5): Good - This hotel is in a great location close to the centre and only 15 minutes from the airport. The wifi is good and the room is clean. It is very basic and the air conditioning isn’t great but it’s ok. I couldn’t stay longer than 1/2 nights but would stay again.
