Todos muy serviciales, esta cerca del centro sino tenes auto esta muy bien ubicada, excelente wifi que era lo que necesitaba para trabajar. Las habitaciones son un poco chicas.
• Shara (10/5): Great friendly option in the center of San Martin - Great location - nice room and very nice and comfortable communal space. Good breakfast - bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal, croissants, sweet options, coffee, juice - and Belen even brought out hot chocolate mix for my husband. The best part is definitely Belen, the owner and only employee. So helpful and friendly - gave us some great recommendations especially for hiking in the local area. Good Wi-Fi. Walkable location right in the center of town and about 15 mins to the Bandurria trailhead. If the weather is nice and you’re looking for a cheaper good option… try the food trucks by the beach Nothing really - we paid for a parking spot in the gated lot. Turns out this wasn’t necessary as street parking was free and plentiful during our stay in March.

• Petr (10/5): Excellent place to explore the area - We genuinely enjoyed the overall style and atmosphere of the place - it had a welcoming vibe that made the experience memorable. Hostess services were excellent and contributed to a pleasant visit. Plus great location.

• Peña (10/5): Descanso en un agradable lugar... - Desayuno bueno : ....pan , jugo, yogurt, cereal, fruta, café de grano, jamon, queso..dulces,..En resumen desayuno completo. La ubicación muy buena para salir a caminar. Belén super ejecutiva . Estaba en todas.. y su papá nos ayudó con la batería del auto , hablando con una tienda para comprarla... agradecidos por su ayuda. Nada que cambiar.

• Silvia Alejandra (9/5): - Me gustó mucho la atención y predisposición de Belén, la encargada. También era muy agradable el ambiente en gral. Además tiene una excelente ubicación. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente con la cerradura de la puerta de la habitación.

• Capelli (9/5): Todo lo que se necesita - La hostería tiene una ubicación inmejorable. La predisposición de Belén es realmente un lujo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien cuidadas. Todo fue excelente. Quizás pondría un poco más de variedad al desayuno pero tiene todo lo necesario.

• Clara (10/5): Grandiosa - La hostería es hermosa. Está toda reformada. Los dueños tienen muy buen gusto con la decoración. La habitación excepcional, súper cómoda, con Smart TV. Belen es súper amable y simpática, te da buenas recomendaciones y está súper predispuesta. El desayuno rico y completo. Está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo. No cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito, pero puedes aparcar en la siguiente calle sin pagar parquímetro.
• Georg (9/5): Un lugar muy bonito a corta distancia del centro - La muchach que nos atendió es muy simpatica, la habitacion muy bonito, comodo y limpio. Buena ubicacion, la verdad todo el lugar es muy bonito. El desayuno era muy sencillo y cada dia lo mismo.

• William (8/5): Very nice, comfortable and pleasant stay. - The room was nice and clean, well-maintained, as was the Hosteria as a whole. Internet service was good. The location was great, only a block off the main square in town. The owner/host, Belen, was extremely nice and helpful. Always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. The breakfast offered was average, compared to other places where we have stayed on our trip through South America. They had limited private parking, but it really wasn't a big issue since we could park on the street, either in front of the location or a block or two down the street.

Wish we stayed longer. - The house is very comfortable, everything has been thought about - sitting area, free tea and coffee throughout the day. The location was so central, you can walk everywhere you want within the town. Belen was fantastic for tips on what to do, where to go and helped with our onward journey. She was amazing.
• Manuela (6/5): Nice house, but too small rooms - Nice house and openminded family, who runs it. They are very helpful for any need you might require. The rooms are much too small for what you pay. There is no space for 2 suitcases. The 2 small beds are quite hard and too tight. The room could definitely be bigger to feel cosy. Breakfast is ok. Not much to choose from. The banana‘s were over the due date already…
• Philippe (10/5): Great hosteria right in the center - Few times has a 10 been more deserved than this time, particularly because of the warmth of the owner, who looks after every detail and instantly makes you feel at home. The hosteria is located right in the center and couldn't be better situated for exploring San Martín de los Andes. The rooms are small, but there are common areas that provide extra space, such as a reading corner with a sofa and TV and a living area where you can serve yourself tea or water, have food delivered, and enjoy it there. Not really a negative point, but just something to be aware of: the breakfast is somewhat limited because, as a hosteria, they are not allowed to serve prepared food such as eggs.

• Laura (10/5): Wonderful, homely hosteria in San Martin de Los Andes! - Wonderful, friendly hosts who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We were given super advice on local hikes as well as wider travel advice on our further Argentinian and South American travels - all in fluent English! This was really appreciated. The hotel has lovely, warm clean rooms and a very nice communal area where you can help yourself to a hot drink. Really felt like a home from home. Thank you!
• Lars (9/5): Great place, rooms a bit small, great location and great host. - Las Lucarnas is a charming place. Everything is newly renovated and decent size bathroom. Our host Belém was extremely helpful and very friendly. The location is absolutely perfect with 2 min. walking distance to the two main streets where all the restaurants and shops are. As a plus, a post office is located just across the street, which is the only place that were you can receive Western Union transfers in San Martin at the moment. I would highly recommend the place due to the location and the friendly host. The reason that we did not give a 10, is due to two things: 1, The rooms are quite small. This was not a surprise, as we read the reviews, however it does mean you are forced to keep basically all your clothes in your suitcase and since we travel with winter clothes and went to ski, one does not travel light. They could have put up one or two more shelves to help a little, though it would still not be enough. Also, there is not much space to pass between the bed and the TV. So, if you are looking to spend a lot of time in your rooms, perhaps this is not a place for you. 2. The breakfast (a minor point) was uneventful. Always fresh media lunas, which was nice, but everything was the same every day, same supermarket cake, same yoghurt, bread etc. The orange juice is the type that only contains 20% orange juice, and the coffee was not great, freshly made but hotel style coffee. As I mentioned a small point, but something that can easily be improved. But all in all, still a great place to stay.

The breakfast is much better than normal Argentine fare with meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt etc. .... all that and great value too. Rooms a bit small.
• Meuwissen (10/5): Home away from home ❤️ - The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very helpfull with all our questions. Our oldest daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay and they surprised her with cake and candle! Such a sweet gesture that absolutely made her day. They absolutely go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The location is great, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very good.

• Fabio (9/5): Host make us feel like home - The location is just perfect. One block from the main city square and close to everything! The facilities of Hosteria Las Lucarnas are not fancy, but are in a very good condition and have a excellent value to money (the same applies for breakfast). But the most important thing is how Belen, the host, makes us feel like home! She's is very polite, extremely helpful with tips about where to visit, where to eat and everything else and was always willing to help since when I booked my stay with them until the hour I left. Anytime I decide to go back to San Martin de Los Andes, I will stay in Las Lucarnas again! I have nothing to complain at all!
