• Edi Province (1/5): - I didn't like anything about this hotel, nothing at all. During the week we stayed here, no cleaning was done. The shower, the room has never been cleaned. The garbage can... Every day I call out to the staff at the reception but no reaction. As if nothing is going well with them. Sincerely disappointed. I've never experienced anything like this. Please avoid this pigsty.

Leider sind viele Dinge kaputt oder wurden sichtbar geflickt, übermalt. Die Fenster sind extrem dreckig, aber der Geruch extrem schlimm. In der Nacht leuchtet das Zimmer durch die Notleuchte strahlend hell.

The room had a bad smell from the moment we entered. The bathroom tap was broken and leaking continuously. We informed the staff, and they said a technician would come, but no one showed up. As a result, water kept dripping all night and the entire bathroom floor was flooded by morning. The bathroom itself is very old and poorly maintained. The shower pressure was extremely weak, making it difficult to shower properly. The hair dryer was very loud and seemed damaged or unsafe to use. Overall, this hotel is in very poor condition and does not meet basic comfort or maintenance standards. I would definitely not recommend staying here. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell from the moment we entered. The bathroom tap was broken and leaking continuously. We informed the staff, and they said a technician would come, but no one showed up. • Megavadee (2/5): Never going back again - Location is good as the Baniyas metro station is close but hotel itself is not worth the price we pay. Nothing is good except the location. I asked to clean the room and they gave me bedsheets as if I was supposed to be the one changing the bedsheets.
