• Abdullah (7/5): سعودي وأفتخر - الموقع ممتاز الخدمات في الفندق جيدة هدوء وعدم ازعاج نهائيا مثل بعض فنادق دبي اي شي تطلبه من خدمة الغرف يوصلك في دقيقة عدم وجود بار بالفندق و ديسكو يعطيها تقدير واحترام ++++ ما يقبلوا صعود طلبات المطاعم للغرف ولا يرسلوها مع عامل بالفندق مع انهم جالسين 24 ساعة وهالشي يسبب معاناه بعض الاحيان خصوصا لو تعبان وكل مره تحتاج تلبس وتنزل وشغله طويلة —— الامر الاخر عند تنظيف الغرفة ما يغيروا مفارش السرير مع انها تكون متسخة والسرير يكون فيه بقع ومع ذلك العامل يدخل ينظف الغرفة ولا يغير المفارش

• Nauzad (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut paar Minuten zu Metro entfernt, viele Supermärkte und Restaurants waren in der Nähe und Personal sind sehr freundlich. Fernseher und Internet Verbindung muss man jedes Mal sich anmelden.

• Mohamed (1/5): The place smells bad and there are insects. - I am writing to complain about my recent stay at your hotel. The room was extremely unclean, had a bad odor, and was infested with insects, which caused multiple bites on my body. I reported the issue and requested a room change, but the response was not satisfactory. This is unacceptable, and I request a refund or appropriate compensation. I have evidence and will escalate the matter if needed.

• Gamage (10/5): A very good stay overall — comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable - The rooms are exceptionally well‑maintained, featuring comfortable beds, high‑quality linens, and thoughtful touches that make the stay relaxing. Many rooms offer great views and quiet surroundings. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, within walking distance of key landmarks, restaurants, and public transport. It’s ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The room was good overall, but a few small details could be improved like Lighting and controlling of Air conditioning.

• Deepu (1/5): I highly don’t recommend a stay there. - Nothing special Rooms are not clean I requested the hotel to change my room coz it was too stinky and smells cigarette as i booked for a non smoking room. But still the rooms were not clean.Moreover there is no windows in any of the rooms to have some fresh air. The swimming pool was closed throughout the stay.

• Tristan (2/5): - In the center of Deira and near almost everything Reception unaccomodating Said they didnt have dental kits, it is put of stock, but when asked the housekeeping directly, they have. Room Carpet is dirty, wifi is slow. And they will even charge you for water. The only positive experience is the bell boy who helped me with my luggages and valet. As well as the indian housekeeping guy who should probably be in the reception facing people because he is so warm instead of the 2 receptionist there.

• Hamza (1/5): Very bad hotel. - Nothing. Bad at all. The hotel rooms have a strong damb smell, cant sleep due to a strong damp smell in the hotel rooms. Cant breath, no oxygen no ventilation. It was a very bad experience, i checked out from the hotel at the same night of check in and go to another hotel. They didnt refund me till now. I send a complain to booking.com and still waiting their reply regarding the refunding. Thank you.

• Saeid (1/5): The worst hotel in world - Actually nothing. It was not clean at all. It was not worth the price at all. The breakfast was very limited in variety and poor quality. The fuse in my room blew in the middle of the night. It took an hour for someone to come and fix it.
• Amir (1/5): Terrible, not recommended at all. - Nothing, 👎 Extremely unpleasant stay. The room had a very strong and unbearable odor, felt damp, and there was visible mold everywhere. The carpet was extremely dirty, and the bathroom floor had constant water leakage. There was no proper ventilation or air circulation in the room. We also encountered bedbugs, and in some hallways there was an intense chemical smell that made it hard to breathe. I paid around €160 per night, and the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. This stay ruined my holiday. With even a small amount added to this price, I could have stayed in a far better hotel. It truly felt like I threw my money away. The property clearly requires a complete renovation—if not a full rebuild. Even the staff seemed stuck in a place that is far below acceptable standards. Pest-control vehicles were constantly moving around the building, spraying chemicals. The whole situation was disturbing, and I sincerely hope I haven’t brought any bedbugs or fleas back with me.

• Ysmael (10/5): Overall an enjoyable stay and if in Dubai again id stay here - Its location as i needed to be near Dubai hospital but also there are local malls etc worth visiting and really liked eating filipino food located on 1st floor of the hotel- Mayou! A must try! If i had to find A fault it would be a little bit too much wear and tear in the bathroom - plugs coming away from tub or bathroom sealant was a little grubby but nothing major.
