• SUHAIL (8/5): Desayuno flojito y cobro en pesos distinto a lo que te dice booking - Muy amable la atención del señor Andres. Sin embargo, el desayuno solo medialunas/Tostadas y Café. No hay un jugo, No hay yogurt. No hay fruta. Por comparar con lo mínimo que se ofrece como desayuno en un hotel. Pague en pesos y me cobró mucho mas de lo que decía la página de booking, todavía no se a qué tasa coloco el dolar 😏 (Justo venia hospedarme en otros dos lugares y ambos cobraron en pesos según lo que me decía la pagina)

• Maria Candelaria (10/5): - La ubicación es a mi gusto perfecta, está en las cercanías del centro llegando caminando a cualquier lado: supermercados, panaderias, locales de comida. Acorde Check-in más temprano y un check-out más tarde sin inconvenientes. Tuve un problema con el código de la cerradura de la habitación que resolvieron al instante que di aviso. Atención cordial y respetuosa.
• Calvaroso (10/5): Hostel recomendable bien ubicado y tranquilo - Mi estadía en el hostel fue muy buena. Está ubicado en una excelente zona, cerca del centro y del puerto, lo que hace todo muy accesible. El lugar es acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad del encargado, Andrés, siempre muy atento y predispuesto. Sin dudas, un lugar recomendable. Como sugerencia de mejora, el desayuno podría tener un poco más de variedad, ya que actualmente ofrece opciones básicas como tostadas y medialunas. Aun así, es un lugar muy recomendable.

• Denise (9/5): Great location, 3 streets up from te main street. - I have stayed few nights in the rooms in the garden en last night in the “Inn”. Both places were great. I prefered the garden house, bit more feeling of a small own place and having my own water boiler (and small kitchen if you like to cook). The Inn room had a great view over the Beagle Channel Nothing really, small improvements: shower curtisn can have an upgrade ;) Houses are bit noisy during the night

• Petr (1/5): Terrible choice, rip-off - The location is good, the rest was terrible Where to start, on no account this can be considered a 3 star hotel - it doesn't meet majority of the requirements. There's no soap, shampoo or anything in this hotel, but what you get is selection of dead a live bugs. Our deluxe room wasn't in the main building, but in a back yard full of rental cars. On top of that that back yard is full of barking dogs that don't give exactly a warm feeling. Once they jumped on us and ruined our clothes. Absolutely no view for the room as there's a rental car park in front of it. If you're foreign you will be subject of little fraud. Booking recalculates the price using official exchange rate by if you want to pay in pesos the owner will use the black market one making your stay nearly 3times as expensive (in our case and time 30 000ARS/night was converted to 80 USD recalculated back as ~80 000 ARS) Paying by card is subject to additional 7% surcharge. Don't bother booking this place, it's not worth what you end up being charged! You can get an actual hotel for a third of the price!

• Benjamin (10/5): Wonderful solo travel stay in Ushuaia in a cozy hotel! - Location is great - far enough away from the town center where it is less busy but close enough to walk to the grocery store and restaurants within 5 mins. Extremely clean and cozy feel. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your stay - when Andres called a taxi and it didn’t show up, he took me to the airport himself! The property is a little challenging to find at first and a bit older compared to the newer hotels in Ushuaia, but it is good value for the money for travelers looking for a less expensive option that is not full-service. I believe I got what I expected during my stay!
• Mary (7/5): It was fine. Very doable for 2 nights. - Proximity to city center. Staff was very kind, friendly, and hospitable. Extremely small beds, room was HOT, but they finally turned off the heat. Noisy at night - Kids playing/screaming in street, dogs barking - but there are a lot of dogs here and it seems they all bark a lot. Seemed a bit expensive.
• Kimberley (1/5): Not Worth the Price - It was near the main shopping streets. When I arrived, the owner noted that if I didn't pay by PayPal, it was $139 rather than $95 which was not communicated to me before I arrived. The room's decor was from the 1950's with lighting from old Western movies, no table and there were large areas of the room's walls that were cut out, had holes that were badly filled with putty or were marked. . After staying in two other hotels in Ushuaia, this hotel was definitely the most expensive one that I stayed in Ushuaia with the most run-down furnishings.
• George (10/5): Not fancy but a wonderful place to stay - This is not a fancy place but it's comfortable, great location, and Andres, the proprietor, is a great guy. He explained everything in detail and he really goes to great lengths to make sure you have everything you need. He is a great source of information about the area. I look forward to staying there again the next time I'm in Ushuaia.
• Rose-marie (7/5): Great location, average room - Great location, the room itselft is okay, spacious and some kitchen equipment to reheat food or make tea. Attentive and responsive host. Not great value. For the same price you could find better I’m sure. We had a room outside the main house so it felt really motel-y. Be aware that there is a dog on the premices. He was barking a lot everytime we would enter the background and when his gate was not closed, he would just run to us - and was not really friendly. If you’re not comfortable with dogs, don’t stay there. If you stay here I’d suggest at least booking a room inside the main house, but I’m sure you could find better for the price.

• Alexey (1/5): Bad - nothing I was scammed at this place. Ushuaia is such a beautiful city, but this scammer ruined the experience. I got a room in which it was not possible to sleep. Every time someone in the hosteria used water, the pipes made a lot of noise. They were also noisy at night. I was able to fall asleep only at 4 am, when absolutely everyone stopped using water. I told the owner about this problem - he began to imitate acting (like a "oh my god"), and then he tried to convince that there was supposedly no such sound at night (but it was). At first he promised to change my room, but in the morning he refused to do it, refused to refund also. I left a complaint with Booking.com support, they apologized for their service and returned only 30 dollars. But this guy took 310 dollars in cash and did not return. Also, he took a thousand pesos for a taxi transfer to the airport and also did not provided it to me. This person is a scammer. He sells unacceptable rooms and thinks it's the right thing to do. I had to leave and rent an apartment via another well-known service. Who is writes these positive reviews here? Looks like fake. Because I heard the neighbors were also unhappy with such noise. I left a complaint with the Ushuaia Tourism Secretary. Never book here! This man is a scammer - he takes a lot of money, and he thinks that he can sell you such disgusting rooms!
• Éric (10/5): Wow ! - Andrés is a fantastic host! He goes out of his ways to be accommodating. I had a few odd requests, and every time has been exceeding my demands. He also lives on the first floor of the hotel, so he is very responsive and available. The rooms are very clean, plenty of heat and hot water.
