- philip (10/5): Lovely up market hotel near to bus station - We were upgraded to a lovely large room The next day after a 13.5 hour flight arriving at the hotel I saw in my emails my booking had been cancelled because there was a problem with the card, I had booked this hotel a while ago and meanwhile my bank card had been renewed since and the hotel much have tried to get payment before we arrived even though we were to pay on arrival, the message from Booking.com said we had 2 hours to register a new card but as we were on a long flight I had no access to my emails to see this message. At check in this was not mentioned although we were upgraded to a very nice room, I imagine because they did not have to pay Booking.com any fees because the booking was cancelled

- SALAH (5/5): فندق عادي جداً بنفس السعر هناك افضل منه - موقع الفندق وتعامل الموظفين الفطور في الفندق سيئ وعدد الاصناف جداً محدود تكلفة افطار الشخص 95 درهم ، سعر مرتفع ، بجانب الفندق يوجد مطعم يقدم افطار متنوع وجميل جداً مع بريق شاي ب 65 درهم ، كان من المفترض ان ادارة الفندق تطور الافطار الصباحي ،

- Kamran (8/5): Apriciated and countinue - Thier communication is very nice. Everything was very good, but I noticed one thing. In today’s era, with so much development, it is difficult to watch Netflix or YouTube when rooms don’t have smart TVs. They should have smart TVs in their rooms.

- Eisa (10/5): - The location was excellent, it was connected to the mall and several malls and many restaurants were within 5-10 minutes driving from the hotel and it was very convenient for my kids and the hotel itself was very convenient, clean, quiet with very friendly staff

- Elmer (8/5): Over all stay was good and enjoyable. - Breakfast was good with some different varieties. Location inside city and accessible to Al Wahda Mall. Staff are hospitable with courtesy. They were polite and assisted our requests well especially Main Reception and Spa. Television is not functioning properly.

- Tatiana (8/5): I was upgraded to a suite and it was a pleasant jesters - Convenient location, spacious room with good amenities The staff could not help with a phone charger as there was no USB port in the room and I only had a cable. I called the reception and I was just told “no I am sorry we don’t have”
