• Al_Tamimi (5/5): Very disappointing stay overall, with poor cleanliness and constant noise, despite polite staff. - Good location and polite staff. unfortunately the room was not clean. The bed was made by pushing two single beds together, and the pillows were dirty and extremely uncomfortable. After informing the management, the room was changed the next day, and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, we were not compensated for the first night despite the inconvenience. Additionally, there was ongoing maintenance work and noise throughout the day. Although we were informed about this upon check-in, such information should have been clearly communicated in advance through Booking.com. Overall, while the staff handled the situation professionally, the initial experience was disappointing.

• Nicola (10/5): Beautiful hotel, very modern, great location. - Very clean and such a beautiful hotel. It is attached to a mall which was very useful. Lots of restaurants in the area and we took a boat across the river. Fantastic breakfast.

Misleading information through booking.com and the hotel doesn't seem to have any power over rectifying the situation even when details of the booking are presented. • ARZOU (7/5): Dommage pour le bruit et travaux rénovation - La proximité et l’emplacement Du premier jour au dernier jour, il y avait des travaux juste à côté de ma chambre depuis le matin toute la matinée. Cela a été très contraignant pour nous. Ce n’est que au dernier jour de notre séjour que le staff a réagi pour nous changer de chambre. Ça a été un cauchemar pour notre repos, car nous travaillons dur jusqu’à tard et nous avons besoin de dormir le matin, notre colère et anxiété a été décuplée par rapport à ces bruits et à la non réactivité du staff.

• Juliana (8/5): This will always be my fav hotel and would always recommend to all. - It is accessible to the mall, Deira City Centre. Near the airport too and taxis never decline to go to Pullman DCC, Also Maya and from the reception were very helpful. The front lobby is small and can get crowded with cars. Breakfast menu can be improved as it seems to be the same everyday.

Breakfast was value for money although I would have preferred more Indian options The TV didn't work and the curtains had stains- cleanliness could be improved . I didn't complaint on the TV since there are no channels for a tamil visitor to watch .
