The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful , they truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and it was served on a terrace with a stunning view , a perfect way to start the day. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The hotel is also very close to beautiful beaches, making it an ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed . I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

We were very satisfied with the hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff were extremely attentive. Breakfast was also very good and more than sufficient. My room had a small balcony & a gorgeous view of the turquoise-water cove and surrounding hills. Everything else about the room was great - comfortable bed, nice bathroom, etc. The hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast on the roof. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful to us. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast had plenty of selection and is served on the top floor with great views. The bathrooms are a bit small and the rooms are quite tight ( the bed is very big) to be able to access contents of luggage.

- Michaela (9/5): Beautiful hotel with stunning rooftop views and amazing breakfast - The hotel itself was wonderful, modern, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, which offered absolutely stunning views. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of freshly made dishes, good bread options (for Germany :-)),a nd fresh fruits. While the beach directly in front of the hotel was quite packed, even during the off-season, the staff was so kind to recommend quieter, less crowded beaches nearby, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with great service, beautiful views, and a top-notch breakfast experience. Highly recommended! This comment isn't meant to reflect on the hotel itself, but it's worth noting for those planning a relaxing getaway. Although the hotel is located in a quieter area, we were surprised by very loud music coming from a club in Ksamil, which continued until around 1 a.m. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful, restful environment, it's something to consider, Ksamil may not be the best choice.

Le ménage de la chambre et changement de serviette et draps réguliers. Bel hôtel et jolie chambre. Si vous souhaitez une piscine il n’y en a pas, mais la mer est pas loin. Privilégiez un scooter car très pratique pour aller partout en évitant d’énormes bouchons car beaucoup de circulation et rues très étroites.

- Stephanie (10/5): Very peaceful and comfortable. - Hotel Olive Ksamil is a modern property in an excellent location with an exceptional view of the sea and close to 3 of the best beach clubs in Ksamil. We were greeted with a big genuine smile at the reception upon arrival by Mr. Uzeir . Even though we arrived early at 10 am and our room was not ready yet , which was expected , he kindly checked us in and explained everything and stored our luggage. We then walked to the very close beach clubs Principote and had a faboulos day ( only 200 meters walk from hotel ) . We got back late in the evening and he was waiting for us and gave us our luggage and room keys. They have an elevator . The room was a lovely , clean and modern suite with a nice seating area and with a separate bedroom , full bathroom and a big balcony. We had a restful sleep and the next morning we had a faboulos open buffet breakfast ( great service too) with the most wonderful view of the sea and beaches. We highly recommend Hotel Olive in Ksamil, Albania. Thank you again Mr. Uzeir for your hospitality. Nothing

- Nikiforos (10/5): Άψογο προσωπικό πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό κατάλυμα. - Μου άρεσε η άψογη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού και ειδικά του Λαζαρου που ήταν στην reception όπως επίσης εντυπωσιάστηκα από την καθαριότητα που είχε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και ότι υπήρχε parking. Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε.

- Yiğit (9/5): - The hotel had everything you could expect from a small hotel. Our room had a small balcony with a nice view of the sea. The room and the general areas of the hotel were clean. The restaurant at the terrace was a gem. The breakfast was above our expectations and the view from the terrace was amazing. The staff was friendly and nice. The actual reason we preferred the hotel is because the location is a little further from the chaos of the center and we slept peacefully at nights. A bonus is the hotel had a parking lot. Parking is a life and death in Ksamil. Must recommend. The location is a little bit far from the good beaches and the center where all the shops and restaurants are (about a 20 min walk). There is a private beach just in front of the hotel, it was ok but did not have very good quality.

- Adela (9/5): - Locație excelenta, liniște, nu se auzea galagia din zona centrala. Camere curate, paturi confortabile. Mic dejun delicios, produse de calitate, gama variata! Personalul foarte amabil, recomandările de plaja, mâncare, plimbare au fost excelente!

Personal Muy amable! - Por localización y evadirse,pero sin irse lejos del centro, de la muchedumbre de turistas y beach clubs de Ksamil; es perfecto. Tienes parking que es importante y el desayuno con muy buenas vistas. Habitación con vistas pero con básicos. Aunque viendo los precios y las ofertas que hay en la zona.. Lo recomiendo. Personal MUY amable y atento. No vayan a la playa de Lori que hay enfrente; muuuuuchissima gente.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fint hotell med god service - Vi overnattet én natt her for å se Ksamil som en del av en lengre reise. Vi ankom tidlig slik at rommet vårt ikke var helt klart, men ble tatt godt imot og fikk låne håndklær slik at vi kunne dra til stranden mens bagasjen vår ble oppbevart på hotellet. Rommet var moderne, fint og rent, og vi sov godt. Vi måtte dra igjen tidlig neste morgen, og personalet tilbød seg å gjøre frokostbuffeten klar en halvtime tidligere enn normalt for at vi skulle rekke å spise. Strålende service! Ellers var det et stort pluss at hotellet ligger litt tilbaketrukket slik at det er lite støy rett utenfor. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake :)
- Isabell (7/5): Schönes Hotel, neu, sauber, ordentlich, direkt am Lori Beach mit dazugehörenden Einschränkungen - Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön aufgebaut/eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Stil und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den gegenüberliegenden, öffentlichen Strand gab es kostenlose Strandtücher vom Hotel und das Frühstück war gut: große Auswahl und lecker. Das Hotel selbst verfügt über keinen Pool, das hatten wir bei unserer Buchung komplett überlesen, was sehr schade war und für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich rechtfertigt. Zusätzlich war die Seife leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt, was wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Bei der Buchung muss einem klar sein, dass in Ksamil das Nachtleben großgeschrieben wird und auch abends recht viel los ist. Auch tagsüber war der Strand ziemlich voll für die kleine Badebucht am Lori Beach und der Verkehr eben auch ziemlich extrem. Poserautos am laufenden Band. Zum Teil sind dies keine Punkte, die direkt auf das tolle Hotel einzahlen, aber trotzdem Buchungskriterien, die entscheidend sind. Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten, die für uns nicht ganz gestimmt haben, die aber trotzdem eine kleine Minuspunkte veranlassen. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Hotel eignet sich super, um in Ksamil einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen, wenn man eben alles mitbedenkt ☺️

- Hanneke (9/5): Mooi hotel met zeezicht. - Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het strand. Mooie kamer met balkon, met uitzicht op zee. Ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuzes. Kamer is niet groot. Ontbijt is op het dak, dus kamers op de verdieping eronder geeft geluidsoverlast (schuiven van stoelen en praten). Geen hotelbedjes op het strand dat ervoor ligt.

- Nick (9/5): - Terraces, great breakfast and an excellent ream around the hotel. Ksmail itself. This hotel is an oasis.
- Maes (9/5): - Ontbijt was uitstekend met prachtig zicht op zee vanop dakterras. Er wordt ook dagelijks goed gepoetst. Zeer proper modern hotel. Vriendelijke man aan receptie hielp ons ook aan een huurauto, taxi, strandhandoeken, businfo. Zeer behulpzaam . Goede moderne airco. goed geluidgeisoleerd. Zeer goed gelegen om te voet naar afgelegen strandjes bv natyra te gaan. Er passeert autoverkeer vlak voor de deur.

- gentile (7/5): - Buona posizione, buona pulizia, staff gentile, buona colazione e bello il terrazzo al IV piano L'aria condizionata della stanza rumorosa. Nel bagno non c'era un aspiratore, mi pare ci fosse una presa d'aria non sufficiente peró per ripulire l'ambiente in tempi rapidi

- Володимир (10/5): - Чудовий затишний готель. Приємний персонал, неймовірні сніданки. Є паркінг де можна сховати авто від спеки. Гарна шумоізоляція вікон. Дуже і дуже чисто, в Албанії така чистота в готелях не зустрічалися. Рушники змінювали щодня та прибирали. Дякую за чудову атмосферу!
