• Dounia (1/5): À ÉVITER - Rien du tout Nous sommes arrivés avec mon époux à l’hôtel. On nous annonce que l’hôtel est full en sachant qu’on avait réserver 3 mois en avance la chambre. Le gérant nous a inviter à trouver un autre hôtel (moins bien que le sien + sans forfait petit dej) il n’a pas voulu nous rembourser notre déplacement et n’a pas voulu nous payer notre autre hôtel.
• Judit (1/5): - Megbízhatatlan szállás, az érkezés előtti nap éjfélkor szóltak, hogy keressünk más szállást mert nem tudnak fogadni. Semmi segítőkészséget nem mutattak a helyzet megoldásában. Nem ajánlom senkinek.

• González (2/5): - Nada Me han cambiado de hotel justo antes de entrar con la "explicación" de que los cuartos estaban llenos, me enviaron a otro hotel lejos del centro. Cancele a última hora porque yo quería un hotel en centro no en las afueras. Es de mal gusto que acepten reservaciones y luego cancelar por insuficiencia. Fue desagradable porque había viajado toda la noche sin dormir nada.

• Lesley (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED - To be fair staff were pleasant just unable to help Toilet, bidet and shower leaked continuously, their first attempt to deal with it was to wrap towels around base of toilet and bidet and along the front of shower. All this achieved was wet floor and piles of soaking wet towels with ants crawling all over them. The second day we pointed out their solution was not working but we were going on a trip for 2 nights, could they fix it while we were away or change our room. We returned to same room with soaking wet towels covering the floor. They did send cleaner in to mop floor so we could prepare for bed as it was too late for us to go anywhere that night. In the morning we moved to another hotel and the owner agreed to give us a refund for the last 2 nights that we were not going yo stay but no compensation for the 5 nights we had paid for with a totally unacceptable room.
• Roxana (1/5): - Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero pessima in questo hotel. Dopo aver prenotato con anticipo, quando sono arrivato mi è stato detto che non c’era alcuna camera disponibile. Nessuna soluzione, nessuna assistenza concreta: mi sono ritrovato semplicemente senza alloggio. Sono rimasto profondamente deluso e arrabbiato per la totale mancanza di organizzazione e di rispetto verso i clienti. Dopo un viaggio, trovarsi in questa situazione è inaccettabile. Non mi è stata offerta un’alternativa adeguata e ho dovuto cercarmi da solo un altro hotel all’ultimo momento. Non consiglio questa struttura, soprattutto per la scarsa affidabilità nelle prenotazioni e la gestione poco professionale dei problemi. Esperienza negativa e stressante.

• David (3/5): Decayed hotel - The staff was great, always willing to help, very kind. But they had too much work for one single person. There was a balcony, and the café in the garden was very nice. No shampoo, no soap, no toilet paper, we had napkins instead! When my wife started a shower, the rubber tubing cracked open and she had to finish her shower using the hole in the hose! No remote for the TV and no button on the TV, so no TV. Air conditioned was difficult to start and its remote was complicated, anyway it wasn't heating enough. No lift. Breakfast wasn't good except for the coffee and the chocolate croissant, no open bar, just a small plate with stuff.

Izskatījās, ka nav sagatavojušoes tūristu uzņemšanai, kaut norezervējām jai sen. Jebkurš dzēriens btokastīs tikai par maksu.

• Afrim (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. La pulizia è impeccabile, le camere sono molto curate e sempre in ordine. Lo staff è estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Un altro grande punto di forza è la posizione, davvero strategica, che permette di raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse e i servizi nelle vicinanze. L’atmosfera è accogliente e si percepisce grande attenzione per il comfort degli ospiti. Sicuramente tornerò e lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi

I ne čudim se što im je ocjena mala. - Objekat je u sporednoj ulici i morali smo napraviti 5 krugova oko naselja jer se nama gdje parkirati auto da bi se napokon neko od osoblja udostojio da nas odvede na parking. Platili smo jednu sobu a kad smo došli dobili smo drugu jeftiniju jer su onu našu već izdali drugom gost. U banji nije bilo šampona a kada je puna gljivica. Odnos osoblja prema gostima je loš. Više nikada ne bih boravila kod njih.

Pulizia sotto zero, ho trovato le ragnatele in camera. Non ho trovato nemmeno una saponetta per lavare le mani. Puzza di fogna nel bagno, stanza indecente. Siamo rientrati all’una di notte e abbiamo dovuto svegliare un signore che dormiva su un divano per aprirci, era colui che “gestiva” la reception in orari notturni. L’ultima mattina la colazione non ci è stata servita, dunque un servizio pagato e non usufruito. Posizione unica cosa decente, ma questa specie di struttura è situata in una stradina buia ed inquietante.

Po odebraniu pokoju pierwszego dnia okazało się, że nie jest on zgodny z opisem, ponieważ zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z tarasem a ostrzamalismy pokój z małym wąskim oknem. Na recepcji otrzymalismy numer do managera, ale udała się z nim porozmawiać dopiero kolejnego dnia pomimo kilku prób kontaktu i interwencji recepcji. Manager był uprzejmy i po kilku godzinach wymienił nam pokój na taki, który był zgodny z opisem. Ponadto w obu pokojach czystość była na bardzo niskim poziomie (pajeczyny, grzyb w łazience, kosz ze śmieciami po poprzednich gościach). Oprócz tego zepsute sprzęty, wypadające gniazdka ze ścian, brak mydła.

Nie podobało mi się zachowanie personelu , który obiecał, że przygotuje prowiant na drogę zamiast śniadania, a tego nie zrobił. Nie podobało mi się śniadanie, którego praktycznie nie było.

• alejandro (1/5): Si quieres que tú viaje salga bien NO VAYAS A ESTE ANTRO!!! - Nada, no pudimos ni entrar Hicimos la reserva a través de Booking, y cuando llegamos a las 2h de la madrugada nos dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible, y como no había hoteles disponibles a esas horas, tuvimos que pasar toda la noche en la calle con dos niños de 13 y 14 años. Una vergüenza que esto pase en 2025. Además el señor que nos atendió al llegar al hotel, un hombre de unos 70 años semidesnudo que olía a alcohol muchísimo, nos hecho de allí casi a empujones sin dar ninguna explicación. Espero que cierren este tugurio muy pronto.

Las chicas de la recepcion son un amor y el señor que cuida la recepción por la noche es entrañable. Desayuno sencillo, autentico fresco y hecho al momento. Café buenissimo. Posición excelente, lugar central y silencioso. Pedí una habitacion con una ventana mas grande y me dieron una habitación maravillosa con balcon en medio de arboles y yedra. Maravilloso, estoy muy agradecido. Me encantó alojarme aquí. Gracias por todo. Cuidaría algunos detalles de limpieza y mobiliario, pero nada importante.

• Takashi (9/5): ロケーションを考えればお得 - 市内中心部で最高のロケーションです。 レストラン併設のホテルですが、どちらかと言えばレストランがメインでホテル部分の部屋数は少ないです。 朝から夕方までの時間帯は、若い女性スタッフたちがレストラン業務と宿泊客対応もしていました（とても親切で皆さん美人でした） 朝食はフルーツが多くじゅうぶんなものでした。 部屋は大きなバルコニーが付いた部屋でした。 エレベーターが無いので重いスーツケースの移動は少し大変です。 ソープやシャンプーは無いので、自分での準備が必要（タオルはある） 洗面台の排水が悪かった。

You are entitled to one slice of cheese, three olives, a quarter tomato and cucumber, melon, and a peach. You are entitled to one slice of bread and a drink. You are also entitled to one croissant and a chocolate bar. The employees tried to help, but they were constantly on the phone with their boss, asking questions. They have an unhelpful boss who won't allow anything. Check-in time is 11:00. After this time, they cut off the water in the room. I couldn't take a shower when I left the hotel. The bed is uncomfortable. The sheets are dirty. The floors are very dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. There is no soap for washing hands. The shower cabin is broken. The toilet doesn't drain. They only accept cash. If you drink anything at the hotel, they ask for cash. I parked my car in front of the hotel. An hour after I left, they called me asking for parking money. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. I regret staying here. I don't think this hotel should be on Booking.

• Monika (6/5): - Bliskość centrum 15 min spacerkiem. Miejsce oddalone od ulicy, zatem ciszej. Miła obsługa. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z poduszkami bez poszewek ( kontakt z twarzą ! ) . Mimo 3 krotnego upominania się nie otrzymaliśmy ich na naszą noc. Jeszcze nigdy z takim czymś się nie spotkaliśmy, musieliśmy spać na ręcznikach, które notabene też nie były pierwszej świeżości.
• Luciana (6/5): - Posizione buona ma comunque più distante rispetto a quello che dice,colazione buona,unica pecca la mancanza di nutella per i cornetti,solo marmellata. Ho trovato la stanza non pulitissima, sotto i letti molto polverosa,poche prese elettriche, 5 in totale di cui 2 non funzionanti.nel bagno non c erano detergenti o altro,La tavoletta del bagno era spaccata,e addirittura ho dovuto richiedere la carta igienica perché c era solo un rotolo quasi finito e completamente bagnato. La sera siamo usciti e rientrati la notte alle 2 e abbiamo trovato la porta chiusa e dentro c era un uomo che dormiva sul divanetto, lo abbiamo chiamato e invece di venire,da coricato ci chiedeva chi eravamo. Per i servizi che offre,il prezzo è un pò alto.

• Berke (6/5): - Location "The room wasn't clean, and there was no soup. The bathroom wasn't clean either, and it didn't have a shower glass. I prefer a smoking area, but they didn’t provide one. The breakfast was very poor. The beds weren’t big; they had combined two beds, and I always fall into the middle. That's why I sleep on one side and never turn.
