• Adi (9/5): מהנה מאוד - ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד. והשירות נפלא המיקום של המלון הוא מרוחק קצת מהעיר טירנה, ואין באמת מה לעשות מסביב למלון בהליכה רגלית. כמו כן, יש לקחת בחשבון שנדרש לעלות קומה ברגל במדרגות לעניין המזוודות (אין מעלית במלון)

• Lorella (10/5): Very nice stay! - Reception staff was very nice and professional with all guests including myself and my friend. In particular I would like to thank the receptionist Miss Denisa who was not only taking care of all the check-in/check-out but also made a delicious Albanian breakfast for us, called us the taxi for the airport and made sure we had a great experience!

• Malak (4/5): Bad Experience. Would not bother visiting again. - No Elevator. When we asked Reception how can we get out bags to our rooms, she just smiled and shrugged her shoulders. We ended up having to take our own bags up two flights of stairs. We had a family Room but AC DOES NOT WORK. After multiple tries, they gave a smaller downgraded room where my 3 kids shared the same bed. Upon Checkout, they did not provide any refunds. At night between 10pm-1am, the ACs in both my room and my kid's room stopped working and it was like a sauna at night. In the morning, we complained to the reception and she said: we checked ACs now and they are working fine. Very disappointing. Would not go there again for sure.

• DEBONO (8/5): Correct - Hôtel très propre et très bien équipé. La chambre était spacieuse. La jeune fille qui nous a servi au petit déjeuner n'était pas agréable du tout, on avait l'air de l'embêter. Comme ce n'est pas sous la forme d'un buffet on n'a pu choisir qu'une assiette chacun.
• MAKSYM (7/5): - Clean, friendly staff Restroom door was broken and didn’t close🙂, as well as shower cabine door. There were nobody in hotel who can fix them. It was pretty strange. Breakfast was bad🤷‍♂️

Our toddler was whining during breakfast and the staff didn't like it so much that she made a comment about us needing to calm down our child. Saying "I'm so sorry" didn't make it any more polite.

The variation of breakfast was not big. I think you have like 3-4/5 options of breakfast. Two options of juices and a couple of teas. However, the quality of the breakfast was quite good. Quality over quantity I guess.

If this is really a 4 start hotel then I shouldn’t choose between coffee or juice in the morning, both should be available for the price I have paid for breakfast… simply food is too cheap in this country to accept this kind of poor breakfast for the price I have paid.

• Naina (9/5): Great room, generous breakfast lovely experience! - The road leading to the hotel was uphill other than that everything was a 100% The size of the room was beyond my expectation. Huge room, plenty of space and luxurious. The breakfast was yummy too. Only if they had an option of cakes and croissants, it would have been amazing for me. It is an a la carte breakfast and fills you up enough for the day. The breakfast menu in my opinion could use some sweet options like cakes etc. Also there is no lift in the property as per my understanding. So for people who have bad knees should consider this. I had no issues what so ever.
• Harriet (10/5): Decently priced luxury with a friendly welcome - Being quite a new hotel, everything felt very fresh and clean and new. It’s beautifully designed and feels luxurious. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and daily housekeeping kept this up throughout our stay. The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful, ordering us taxis whenever we needed them and answering questions. The breakfast options were good. The location is great; a quiet residential area so it felt calm, but only a 15-min taxi ride to the city centre, with a bus stop also within easy walking distance. Some local shops and restaurants nearby for anything we needed. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I was going to the same area. The hotel is up a VERY steep hill, which is a hard climb. It was ok for us (though it really tested our fitness levels!), but it would be impossible for anyone with even minor mobility issues. There is also no lift in the hotel. These things were not an issue for us but just something to bear in mind for any guests with limited mobility considering staying here.

Even though a bit outside of downtown, easily accessible by bus or taxi. Free parking in their own, utterly clean garage. Breakfast, compared to other places, a bit minimalistic, but good.

• Laatsis (9/5): Wonderful hotel with a detailed decoration in a really beautiful neighborhood of Tirana - Amazing hotel with really high end decoration details, The rooms where really spacious and the mattresses really comfy. The neighborhood is really quite and safe just a few meters from the Tirana lake. Lastly, I really likes the breakfast which was by order and not buffet. The price was a bit to high especially considering that we are talking about Albanian standarts and this comment is made from an Albanian.
• Kevin (10/5): Wonderful stay - Clean and comfortable. In a quiet area with a bus stop just round the corner so it’s really quick & easy to get to the city centre. Great staff and the breakfast is perfect.
• Francois (9/5): Despite not in the center, great Hotel for a perfect stay. - Lovely hotel, all new and spotless. Help full staff and available 24hrs at front desk. Perfect for 3 as a full bed size is provided (no sofa bed) and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is a la cart and a bit limited but the quality compensate and can be rated with a 10. Plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance, open up to 10pm, so that is practical as well. Hotel is in a quiet place and not in the center, walking to it took us 1 hour and not so easy to get there, Alternative is the bus with ZOO sign every 30 min. Hotel advertise "Airport Transfer" but that was not the case. I provided our arrival by mail through Booking.com and also directly to the hotel. Nobody attended and when asked about it at the reception, nobody knew about it. So do not bother and just get a Taxi from the Airport.

It is a small hotel but location was ok for us it is right next to the park with lake also not that far from the city center. Breakfast was ok as well but there is not much on the list so probably if we will stay a few more nights it will be boring to eat same things over and over again. I am not sure if they are changing the menu on the list. It was great honestly so nothing to mention here.

Location is quiet, very residential but good restaurants in walking distance. Great lake 2 walking minutes away for any outdoor exercise All was great. To make it 5star perfect, a kettle and cups for tea would be lovely.

The hotel had its own car parking underneath the hotel which is a bonus. There is a massive park at the bottom of the street which is great for an evening stroll. No tea/coffee making facilities in room
