Sofia (5/5): - Good location Overall, I didn’t really enjoy my stay at this hotel. For example, my room had a fake window—just a frame that faced a wall—so it was completely windowless, which was a bit unsettling. Also, I didn’t like that the hotel staff initially didn’t know how to process the payment that was already secured through Booking.com. They kept asking me to pay again, in cash or with a physical card, even though the payment was guaranteed through the system. It was quite confusing. On the positive side, I can highlight the hotel’s location.
Valeria (5/5): Stanza pulita - Colazione non c’è, non mi sono accorta di questo quando ho prenotato. Non c’è finestra nella mia stanza, non ho trovato nel Booking questo PICCOLO particolare. Mi hanno questo soldi contanti ( sono arrivata tardi per colpa di aereo) alle 23:00. Non accettavano nessun tipo di carta! Mi hanno proposto prelevare da bancomat ( commissione 5,38 euro). Se no rimanevo a dormire fuori.

Alexander (7/5): Неплохой бюджетный отель на одну ночь в самом центре Еревана. - Отличное месторасположение в самом центре. Чистая удобная душевая. Сантехника в хорошем состоянии. Приветливый персонал. На одну ночь - нормально. Кровать/матрас - крайне неудобные. 1й этаж в здании кинотеатра Москва. Часть номеров не имеют окон. Окна остальных номеров выходят во двор, в котором постоянный шум, то ли от автомойки, то ли от кондиционеров расположенного в этом же здании кинотеатра. Вентиляция в номере работает очень шумно. В итоге - сложно выспаться.

Arina (10/5): - 1.Chambre : Propre, avec un coin salon agréable. 2. Salle de bain : Également très propre. 3. Entretien quotidien : La chambre est faite chaque jour, un vrai plus. 4. Confort : Chauffage et climatisation parfaitement fonctionnels pour un séjour agréable quelle que soit la saison. 5. Personnel : C'est le point le plus apprécié. L'accueil est décrit comme "plus que parfait", avec une équipe à l'écoute, très arrangeante et toujours prête à aider. Conclusion : Une expérience hôtelière très réussie, où la propreté, le confort et surtout la qualité exceptionnelle du service et de l'accueil ont fait toute la différence. C'est une recommandation sans réserve. Les chambres ne disposent pas de fenêtres sur l'extérieur mais elles sont bien aérées. Le métro passe en dessous de l'hôtel et s'arrête à minuit.

Персонал очень вежливый, охотно шли на помощь, в отеле чисто, порадовал размер номера и чистота. - слышимость: в соседнем номере, похоже, отдыхала большая компания и шум их отдыха был хорошо слышен в нашем номере; - в номере несколько раз появлялся сильный запах табака: похоже, что через вентиляцию из соседних номеров заносило.

nakada (1/5): クソみたいなホテル - ロケーションは良い宿泊しているにも関わらず、他の部屋のリフォームを一日中しており、騒音や匂いに悩まされた。また、朝から廊下でファッション雑誌か何かの撮影をしておりスタッフたちの声や物音で起こされた。宿泊客が快適に過ごすことなどどうでも良いようだ。世界中のホテルを泊まっているが、こんなことは初めての経験で、このようなレビューをするのも初めてだ。全くお勧めしない。

Отличные завтраки, только хотелось бы побольше кофемашин, с той, которая стоит в зале ресторана каждый день была какая-то проблема, она устранялась сотрудниками, но хотелось бы улучшений в этом плане. В остальном мы остались в восторге от пребывания в отеле.

Svetlana (6/5): - The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, although my room was without a window. I didn't like the fact that there was no hotel sign on the building; it was located in a movie theater building, so there was the smell of popcorn and noise before and after the movie. It was also very inconvenient that there was no good access to the hotel; taxi drivers dropped off passengers in different places. It was one-way traffic and there were no stops.

Nicolas (7/5): acceptable for a short stay of two days, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer trips. - The hotel is quite well located, right in the center next to the cinema and Charles Aznavour Square, which makes it convenient for walking around. The comfort was overall OK, and the bed itself was comfortable. There were a few things I didn’t like. First, the general condition of the room wasn’t great – the shower was not in good shape. The rooms are poorly insulated: I could literally hear a couple being very loud in the evening, which was unpleasant. On top of that, the metro runs underneath the building, and you can clearly feel/hear it at night when you’re trying to sleep.

Das macht Spaß :-) Viele Zimmer ohne Fenster, das sei „deko“ auf den Fotos, sagte man mir / Die U Bahn fährt unmittelbar unter den Zimmern durchs Haus. sehr laut. Da passt Preis-Leistung einfach leider nicht zusammen.

Konstantin (5/5): - Летели транзитом через Ереван и бронировали номер с кроватью Кинг-Сайз на одну ночь. Из плюсов только местоположение, чистое белье и чистый санузел. Номер обшарпанный, со всех стен сбита краска, окно выходит в какой-то унылый двор, на окне не работает замок, и оно открывается периодический самостоятельно, стульчак унитаза тоже в свободном движении, один прикроватный светильник не работал. Дикий шум от метро до 12 ночи, аж стены трясло. Кондиционер спустя час работы начал издавать шум, не совместимый со сном, и его пришлось отключить. Одним словом - неуютно, и совершенно не тянет на 3 звезды, хотелось побыстрее в аэропорт.
