Очень приветливые хозяева - мы забыли указать детей при бронировании, но нас все равно разместили в номере и предоставили дополнительные комплекты белья и одноразовые наборы для чистки зубов. Угостили нас вкусным пирогом и напоили кофе) Номер был чистым и уютным. Всё очень понравилось Было немного прохладно ночью, т.к. была достаточно низкая температура и кровать находится рядом с выходом на балкон.

The breakfast was excellent. We woke up to the smell of freshly baked cake that was served after our homemade omelet and bacon. The location is perfect near many museums and sightseeing.

Правда в отеле только один номер выходит на улицу ( видимо самый большой) В номере не хватало вентилятора или кондиционера. Было жарковато

• Elijah (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy family guesthouse with hospitable staff, excellent breakfasts, and overall homely atmosphere. Interior contains many details that may be a subject of interest for some guests, including piano, old furniture, LPs, etc. Although the inner-yard view room was small, it was well-furnitured with a sparkling-clean bathroom, a good mattress and snow-white bed linen. I'd be happy to visit this place again! Wish having a table at my room to work at the laptop, although I realize it's hardly possible to fit it in there. Insufficient ventilation and sound insulation in the room might also be an issue for some guests.

• Myra (10/5): Cute boutique spot in the heart of Gyumri - Toon 55 (the address) is situated right in downtown Gyumri, just a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street and the big square with the two churches. Great location. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived in the heat of the afternoon and they got us checked in then gave us cold lemonade. We unexpectedly had 4 people in our group instead of 3, and the hosts were understanding and helped make up the room for the extra person. The property is cute and totally functional. The balcony was great! It is a really busy road, so while we had the windows open to cool down the room, it was quite noisy. Nothing that some earplugs didn't solve though!

• Michael (8/5): Friendly Hosts in a Historic Building - Great location. Close to everything in city center. A nice 19th century family home. Great hosts. The shower head was a little wonky. That's my only complaint. Nice room.
• Melkumyan (10/5): Staying in Tun 55 was a very good chance to rest between two crazy business days. - Right in the center of historical center of Gyumri, very comfortable and nice. The hosts are spouses and the manager is their son, a nice and friendly people, who can help you at any time. I enjoyed the morning sunrise on the balcony watching how the old and beautiful city of Gyumri was waking up and how the sunlight was discovering its treasures. The municipality, boulevard, gardens, restaurants, cafés and shops are a step away. Will be back as soon as there is another opportunity.

The building itself is in the center of Gyumri, a couple minutes walk from everywhere. The hosts are very hospitable, and the breakfast is just amazing with some homemade heartfelt homecooking. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but that probably tells more about my taste than about the bed.

• Vera (10/5): Hidden gem in Gyumri with very friendly hosts and great breakfast - Very tastefully renovated dwelling in the heart of Gyumri with truly caring hosts who went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were really kind and respectful and prepared the best breakfast we had on our entire trip through Armenia. The room with the balcony is a little gem with a modern bathroom. Everything is very clean. The only thing that is perhaps unusual for some travelers (but very customary in the region) is that there are now shower curtains - meaning that the whole bathroom is wet after showering. But it didn’t bother us really.

The hostess is absolutely lovely and friendly and taking care of all of the place and making absolutely delicious home breaksfasts. Kids loved her pancakes and tarts. I felt in love with scrambledd eggs with tomatos which were very delicious and home brewed coffe. This house was owned by her parents and you feel that you are coming home. There is no hangers for the coats and no shower curtain in the bathroom. Room is looking on the street and it could be noisy sometimes.
