pkcz (8/5): I was here just between 1AM and 9AM but it was exactly what I needed. - Denis was very helpful, he picked me up on the airport at 1AM and took to the hotel, price for transport was perfect for me. After the breakfast Denis helped me with transport to Yerevan, he called me a taxi twice (I didn't have Armenian taxi apps nor armenian phone number to register into those apps). I can recommend it.

Гоар (10/5): - В отеле остановились в первые. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Достаточно чисто, спокойно. В номере чистое белье, полотенца и чисто убрано. Есть разовые гель, шампунь и зубной набор,тапочки. Самое главное воздух чистый, район спокойный, очень красивый, ухоженный двор,есть бесплатная парковка. В гостинице есть бассейн, до 20.00 бесплатно, есть сауна за отдельную плату. До центра легко можно добраться на такси, цены не кусаются.Можно заказать очень вкусный завтрак, обед. По мне цена очень приемлемо для данного отеля.

Olga (8/5): Комфортно и чисто - Комфортные просторные номера, есть необходимый набор тапочки/зубная паста/щетка. Чисто. Можно посидеть в саду и выпить кофе. Отель в отдалении от центра и достопримечательностей, в коттеджном районе. Передвижение только на такси или личном авто (есть парковка). Рядом супермаркет. Нам надо было только отоспаться между рейсами, поэтому было удобно. Персонал очень доброжелателен, завтрак- объедение (2000 драм). От аэропорта в пробках 30 мин, без 15-20. Если планировать экскурсии и прогулки по городу, то этот отель далековато.

Hossam (10/5): I really enjoyed my time at the Hotel & I'd definitely love to visit again whenever I'm in Yerevan! - The place is like your own shared private Villa, with a beautiful outdoor garden, dining hall, & an indoor pool with showers. The room (with its own bathroom) is clean & cozy yet spacious at the same time. Good quality service and the staff really did their best to support my requests, specially with late night/early morning airport transport & my late evening dinners (Thank You Denis!). suggestions for improvement: 1} Extra services are listed clearly in a Services note in the room, but add a Kitchen Menu - 2} Add a map of the place with surrounding shops/services & opening hours - 3} Add instructions/directions on how to reach the city center by public transport (maybe supported by a larger map of the city) & how to book/request a taxi & how to get back to the hotel (specially at late night time). To be fair though, I didn't ask the staff for most of this information, so they didn't know that this was something I needed... To the Hotel staff, I wish You all the best! Thank You

Salim Almamari (5/5): - صاحب الفندق طيب جدا والفندق جديد ونظيف حتى باركن السياره كان بداخل حرم الفندق الحمام غير نظيف نوعا ماء وصغير ولا يوجد تنظيف يومي لم يتم توفير لنا صابون يومي لا يوجد شطاف .وايضا طلبت من صاحب الفندق نص يوم اضافي الى الساعه 8 بليل بما ان رحلتنا بليل ومع الاسف رفض ودفعت عن يوم كامل ياريت يتشاعلون في مثل هاي الامور

The breakfast was great and the fact that there is a personal bathroom and air conditioner in every room is a big plus. The view from the place is amazing, you can see mount Ararat in it’s full beauty. /

She gave me free fruits, coffee and cakes almost daily. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. There's a bus "18" that takes you to the city center or you can order a taxi from Yandex. There's a nice pool, garden & Ararat view.
