Персонал очень внимательный, добрый, приветливый и вежливый. Мы ещё нигде не встречали столько доброжелательности и профессионализма. Номера очень чистые, всё было идеально. Обязательно вернёмся! Большое вам спасибо, и мы обязательно приедем снова.

• giuseppe (7/5): Nel complesso, soggiorno carino; per poche notti va bene. - Ottima posizione, vicinissima a Piazza della Repubblica, in zona centrale e ben servita da ogni tipo di attività commerciale. Le camere sono molto pulite e dotate di ogni comfort; l’unico problema è che sono molto piccole e non c’è abbastanza spazio per muoversi in due con le valigie. La colazione, se fatta in tempo all’apertura del buffet, è abbastanza buona.

• IOANA (9/5): Hotel ok, într-o zonă excelentă - Locație excelentă, ești în inima tuturor lucrurilor. Cameră curată, cald, e ok pentru 1-2 nopți petrecute acolo. La 1 minut de hotel e un market deschis 24/7, ceea ce e excelent. Mic dejun ok, am găsit destule chestii pe gustul meu, ar fi binevenit, totuși, un prăjitor de pâine și ceva care să mențină mâncarea caldă. Ai cafea și ceai gratuite în recepție, la orice oră din zi și din noapte.

• ALEXEY (9/5): - Небольшой отель в самом центре - удобно везде пешком. Хороший ремонт, внутри тепло зимой (нормальные батареи и окна). Завтрак для такого отеля вполне себе неплох. Шумоизоляция через входную дверь средняя, но это не было проблемой, тк на этаже всего 2 номера.
• Maria (10/5): A perfect little gem of a find - It's a tiny hotel which delivered way above expectations. Staff is amazing, breakfast is delicious, room was super comfy. There's nothing to not like about the hotel.
• Dragana (8/5): - Such a good location! 5 min away from main square. Little market store just around the corner. Good value for money. Excellent coffee for breakfast, not "the bad one wattery" like usually in the hotels (De'Longhi machine). Breakfast is quite poor by my taste. I can't say there is not enough food, but just "poor".

• Svetlana (9/5): tout est bien sauf le payement via booking.com - la chambre était assez grande et propre les échanges en live sur WhatsApp personnel sympathique. j'ai réservé via le Booking.com sur lequel il était indiqué que j'avais payé. Le 10 aout on m'a demandé de payer sur place. J'ai du chercher une banque et payer et donc j'ai perdu du temps. Il faut vous mettre en phase avec le site Booking.com

• Vasileios (8/5): Πολύ καλή - Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Δημοκρατίας, στην αγορά, στα εστιατόρια, στα μπαρ. Περπατώντας τρία λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στην καρδιά της πόλης. Επίσης βρίσκεται πίσω από δύο υπουργεία και υπάρχει ασφάλεια όλο το 24ωρο. Σε κάθε περίπτωση δεν νιώθεις κίνδυνο στο κέντρο του Yerevan μέχρι πολύ αργά το βράδυ. Το δωμάτιο έχει εξαιρετική ηχομόνωση, είναι καθαρό, διαθέτει γραφείο εργασίας. Οι παροχές του είναι πολύ καλές. Το πρωινό είναι αρκετά καλό, με ποικιλία, με πολύ καλή μηχανή καφέ. Σε μια πόλη με πολύ πράσινο η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου βρίσκεται πίσω από δύο υπουργεία ανάμεσα σε πάρκινγκ. Αν και δεν υπάρχει πράσινο, έχεις μπροστά σου ανοιχτό χώρο αλλά δεν νομίζω πως τελικά ενοχλεί. Το δωμάτιο όπου έμεινα δεν είχε κάποια επιφάνεια για να αφήσω τη βαλίτσα. Αναγκαστικά στο πάτωμα πολύ κοντά στην έξοδο. Αυτό δεν είναι πολύ πρακτικό. Δεν υπήρχε καλάθι για σκουπίδια στο δωμάτιο παρά μόνο ένα μικρό στο μπάνιο, και μάλιστα χωρίς καπάκι, και αυτό μου έκανε εντύπωση. Επίσης εντύπωση έκανε πως οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου, τις οποίες άλλαζαν καθημερινά, ήταν πολύ λεπτές και κάποιες από αυτές ήταν φθαρμένες. Στο πρωινό δεν ευχαριστήθηκα μόνο το ψωμί και τον χυμό. Νομίζω πως όλες αυτές οι μικρές ατέλειες διορθώνονται.

• Ed.V. (7/5): Still good enough to stay for a reasonable price. - The location now is the most attractive thing about the hotel. It is very close to the Republic Square, the parking is still available near the hotel, but will not be available during the mid summer or other popular periods. Fairly clean and still nice breakfast, but would be better to recall what it was some 5 years ago. It needs a renovation. When I first stayed at the hotel, I liked everything about it, the design, the location, cleanness, the breakfast, quietness, parking etc. Now, all those things went one or two notches down. It definitely needs refreshment. The hotel still has that good potential and it's time to recall those good old days. Lastly, would still stay there, if some minor improvements would be made.

• Muhammad Masri (10/5): Exceptionally excellent hotel - Exceptional and excellent! I like everything. The location is perfect near the republic square. The breakfast is varied. Room facilities are excellent. The kitchenette is a big added bonus. I would definitely stay here again anytime i visit yerevan. If you have ocd with cleanliness you will see mold in the bathroom but it didn't affect my review that the hotel is exceptional :)

• George (9/5): - The Hotel was a wonderful hotel in the center of Yerevan, within walking distance of all the major attractions, with perhaps the only exceptions being the Genocide Memorial. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was very good, the staff was extremely polite, the room was cozy and warm, beautiful and modern, with a very comfortable bed, a very good shower with strong pressure and very hot water.Each floor had only two rooms, which shared a small balcony.They agreed to store our suitcases after checkout.I would definitely choose this hotel to stay again.The room was cleaned daily, and every day they refreshed two complimentary bottles of water, along with coffee for us to use with the room’s kettle. --

• Nazila (6/5): - It was about average, like a regular hotel. The bathroom in our room was almost broken and quite annoying because water leaked outside the shower area. Getting from the room to the breakfast area was a bit difficult, and the breakfast space was small. The breakfast items were usually cold unless I reheated them in the microwave. The only real advantage was its location, and the housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning the room.

• Michał (8/5): Service of a hostel. Prime location. Zero breakfast varierty - The location is perfect close to ministry of foreign affairs - even though it is a bit difficult to find initially. The rooms are clean and modern. The stuff is decent and it is great that you can take a coffee whenever you want from a decent coffee machine. It is not really clear if this is a hotel. For example nobody would carry your luggage to your room. The elevator is outside, the layout of the reception area is confusing, the offered airport pickup is pretty pricey (3x the Bolt, uber, Yandex price). The breakfast have zero variety.
