- Eni_und_Kiki (9/5): Hotel mit sehr liebevollen Besitzern - Die Gastgeber im Hotel sind wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der kleine Hinterhof lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein, hellhörig. Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr ansprechend und man läuft ca. 2,5 km in die Innenstadt. Im Vergleich zu unserem Hotel in Gyumri, das genauso viel gekostet hat (aber ein doppelt so großes Zimmer hatte), stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier für uns leider nicht ganz.

Все настолько душевные, приятные, что реально очень приятно. Рядом остановки, в центр и аэропорт доехать быстро. Пешком до центра тоже 30 мин. Очень маленький номер. Но это известно было заранее. В кране нет горячей воды, только холодная. В душе есть. Душ очень маленький, крупным людям будет сложно развернуться.

- Svetlana (10/5): - Идеальный семейный отель, очень чистый и уютный. Красиво оформлен, удобно подъехать на авто. До центра 10 мин на такси. Идеальное соотношение цена-качество. Брали самый дешёвый номер, небольшой, но, все есть и очень чисто. Темные шторы и кондиционер, также, в наличии. Во дворе прекрасный сад с абрикосовыми деревьями, оформлена зона отдыха с соответствующей мебелью. Отдельное, уютное кафе во дворе. Вкусные завтраки. Остались очень довольны и обязательно рекомендуем!! Все отлично!!!

- Varvara (1/5): Психбольница где кровать к кровати и сразу дверь - Было окно Отсутствие уборки, за весь период проживания ни разу не убрали номер, не поменяли полотенца, ни вынесли даже мусор. Шкафа не было и комода. Туалет не спускался, но вечером выключили свет и воду, поэтому отсутствие спуска в туалете уже не беспокоило.

The hairdryer was not working, however they replaced it with a new one. There were some insects on the bed and in other places of the room too, maybe because the main entrance door was always open.

- Elena (9/5): Отличный вариант для нашего случая - отдохнуть между двумя полетами. - Прилетели в Ереван поздно ночью. Несмотря на это нас без проблем заселили. Утром прекрасный завтрак и мы пошли гулять в центр. Отель расположен на тихой улочке между аэропортом и центром, до центра полчаса пешком через парк 2500-летия Еревана. Нам любезно разрешили оставить вещи в отеле, самолет был поздно вечером. После прогулки забрали вещи и поехали в аэропорт. Всё замечательно.

Less than 10mins to city centre on off-peak hours (traffic could vary during rush hour). Walking distance to supermarket and bus terminal - easy to get around if you need anything. Amenities are great with reliable internet connection. Host and crews/staff are friendly, polite, and professional — where they try to understand you despite the language barrier — they give the homey vibes away from home. Breakfast is excellent, despite starting at 9AM, which could be a little late if your tour starts early. Nevertheless, they serve delectable local cuisine. Great value for money. Will definitely come back.

- Svitlana (10/5): - Очень приветливые хозяева-семейная пара. Говорят по русски,разрешили оставить вещи,так как самолёт был аж вечером, подождали оплату пока мы снимем в центре. До центра дошли минут за 20 пешком. В номере чистота,свежая постель,нет пыли, есть миниатюры шампуней и все необходимое. Рекомендую для отдыха перед следующим полетом,ТК недалеко от аэропорта и напротив автовокзала.

- De Leon (10/5): - The owner and staff are very nice, and the backyard is peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a quiet stay. I also loved the breakfast! It's a buffet-style setup with a good variety of food, which is great for filling up before a long day of touring and walking. There’s also a nearby grocery store where you can easily buy anything you need during stay. So far, no major issues. There was a small mishap with the booking, but the owner quickly resolved it, and I was able to enjoy a restful and pleasant stay

O quarto é confortável - ventoinha, ar condicionado, frigorífico e TV. O horário do pequeno almoço : 9h às 11h00. Poderia começar mais cedo. O quarto precisa de uma pintura e o chuveiro um arranjo.

- LiveRoad (9/5): Отличный небольшой отель почти в центре Еревана - Небольшой двухэтажный отель недалеко от центра. Я считаю это хорошее расположение, есть где припарковать машину, номера не очень большие, но аккуратненькие. Работал кондиционер - что тоже большой плюс. Окна выходили на маленькую улицу. Завтрак просто великолепен! 10 из 10! Шведский стол с домашней вкусной и сытной едой. Это были лучшие завтраки в Армении. В коридорах стоят бойлеры с водой и стаканчиками, очень удобно! Снимали несколько номеров, в одном номере не работал фен, это надо починить! И еще в одном номере был холодильник,а в других нет, только на коридоре, хотя в броне написано, что вроде должен быть.

But fixed well and pretty soon)

If you’re planning a short stay, it’s a good option at a reasonable price. Breakfasts were delicious — just like homemade. The staff was friendly and helpful 🙂 The room was a bit small, and the shower wasn’t separated from the toilet, which felt a bit unusual.

- Vadim (10/5): One of the best recommendations to Yerevan's properties - affordable price and lovely hosts! - Honestly speaking it was one of the best stays while traveling with my mother, who wanted to visit Armenia and Georgia in one shot. The hosts are super friendly people and have a lovely hospitality. It was a great stay in March 2025, 7 min bus/mini bus to the heart of the city, place is just 2 minutes walk from the Central Bus station which allows you to wake up and take a bus to any other city. Nice breakfasts, all people who work here are very kind and had a natural smile to you. My mother was not feeling quite well in the 1st day - and they helped us to get the necessary pills and made all what was possible to help us - so they did it like for the family members and not just for another regular guests! I am sure we would visit Armenia next time, as we haven't been to quite a lot of places like Sevan, Giymri ect.. we had all these in the list but the weather made some corrections. We love to eat the omelette everyday! The toiletries is not complete, we were expecting to have toothbrush, soap and shampoo. However, only shampoo was provided.
