• Jose Manuel (10/5): Visita Erevan - Esta en una zona muy centrica, a 3 minutos andando de la plaza de la Opera. Tambien muy cercano de la avenida North Avenue que esta con muchas tiendas de ropa de marcas internacionales. El hotel es amplio. Tambien estaba muy correcto el desayuno tipo buffet. No muchas cosas pero buenas. Fue un poco dificil encontrar la entrada porque esta bajando unas escaleras y no es muy visible. Para acceder a la recepcion puede ser dificil para personas con movilidad reducida. A nosotros nos pusieron en otro edificio que no tenia ascensor y habia que subir 2 pisos. Es lo único a comentar que es diferente. En general para un grupo de amigos, familia es muy correcto. Recomendable.

Номер чистый, все что нужно есть, завтрак был вкусным) То что отель как бы в подвальном помещении и было очень душно, а единственное окно выходило в какой то предбанник, где постоянно кто то ходил.

• Aleksandr (6/5): No windows rooms - Considering the price, it’s not a bad choice. Spacious rooms, ok bed sheets, and very central location. These are good things. However, it’s not like it is a real hotel. It’s repurposed rooms in private condominiums on par with normal dwellers. Then, my room, for example, had no windows whatsoever. This made the smell inside it horrible: a combination of humidity and fungi and cleaning chemicals… the breakfast is not enjoyable. So, there are very little things left to like about it. Probably just the price…

• Sabahat (4/5): Rude and unhelpful staff - The location was ideal as it was in the heart of city centre right opposite the Opera House. Every attraction was a walkinh distance away. The room had AC which help alot for us to stay cool. The staff was extremely rude and purposely unhelpful. They pretend to not understand english but the fact is they didn't just bother being nice. The young guy on reception was so annoyed when I asked a few basic questions when checking in like where to park my car as there is a parking problem in Yerevan and this hotel claimed they had free parking. Anything I asked, I would get a proper response in 2nd or 3rd attempt. The hotel was extremely basic and in the basement of a residential building yet very expensive. Rooms were really small. Breakfast was served but was disappointing. We booked for 3 nights but ended up leaving in 2 and losing our money as they didn't cancel the booking. Overall not a good experience.

• Mario96.. (10/5): - La struttura è ben tenuta. Siamo stati bene qui a Opera Avenue Hotel. È sempre presente qualcuno dello staff 24 ore su 24 nel caso di necessità. La posizione è ottima vicino a qualsiasi tipo di attrazione. La stanza era ad un piano seminterrato e non molto illuminata. La pulizia e il cambio di lenzuola era quotidiana. La colazione era ok ed era presente il necessario. Lo staff si è mostrato molto disponibile e gentile nello stampare i nostri biglietti di ritorno. Super consigliata, non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

• Hakopian (1/5): Rekommenderas inte. Undvik detta hotell. - Vår vistelse på detta hotell var en katastrof från början till slut. Städningen var under all kritik – rummen var dammiga, badrummet mycket smutsigt och det fanns en konstant unken, fuktig lukt. Toaletten städades aldrig ordentligt under hela vistelsen. Lakanen var gamla och gulnade, och handdukarna luktade ruttet. Vi är en familj med två barn och fick först ett litet rum i källaren utan utsikt, helt olämpligt för fyra personer. Efter klagomål fick vi byta rum, men standarden var tyvärr lika dålig. Recensionerna på Booking stämde inte alls med verkligheten – det kändes som att de tillhörde ett helt annat hotell eller var falska. Detta är absolut inte ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, utan snarare på vandrarhemsnivå. Våra släktingar som bodde på samma hotell hittade dessutom kackerlackor i sitt rum, vilket säger allt om hygienen. Frukosten serverades i ett mycket litet rum med ett enda bord där alla gäster förväntades sitta tillsammans – det var trångt och obehagligt. Vi stannade i en vecka, men kände oss konstant obekväma och oroliga för hygien och hälsa. Vi fick klåda under vistelsen, vilket gjorde upplevelsen ännu värre.

Номер совсем небольшой по размеру, очень чистый, удобная постель, идеально белое белье и полотенца, хорошая ванная комната. В номере есть чайник, холодильник с мини баром, кондиционер, телевизор с Netflix. Предоставляются одноразовые тапочки, расческа, зубная паста и щетка. Завтрак стандартный для 3*-голодными не останетесь. Отель расположен в полуподвальном помещении, есть номера без окон - это распространенная ситуация для Еревана. Номер небольшой, очень маленький столик- недостаточно места на нем. Просьба добавить на завтрак немного овощей-например огурец и помидор.
• Sascha (7/5): Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt - Ausstattung war gut . Hotel in guter Lage . Personal meist freundlich und hilfsbereit . Check In / Check Out unkompliziert. Frühstück war gut . Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Also im 3 Stock des Hotel anbei man in ein Nebengebäude gehen muss sind die Wände derart schallunisoliert, sodass man jede Klospülung , Dusche und lautere Unterhaltungen von anderen Gästen hört. Ich denke da könnte das Hotel noch etwas nachrüsten. Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt

• David (6/5): - La Ubicacion del hotel es ideal ya que esta en el centro mismo de la ciudad. El desayuno es bastante completo. En la descripcion de la habitacion se indica que es una habitacion con dos camas dobles grandes, sin embargo la habitacion solo cuenta con una cama doble grande. En una estancia de 3 dias la habitacion no fue limpiada por el personal.

• Valeria (6/5): - The hotel location is the best in the city. Reception 24/7. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Clean . All the products in the minibar were expired. Staff of the hotel are not very welcoming and not oriented on problems solving. They launched the washing machine at night and it was creating terrible noise . Also bad sound isolation. Rooms don’t have normal window. Its the second time when my mom stay there. First stay was fine , but after the second she said she will prefer to book another place for her next stay. For one night it’s ok, but not longer.

Hotel je pod úrovní země. Okno jsme měli menší a do temnéhi vnitrobloku, tedy málo světla a hůře se Vetra. Nicméně to jsme věděli z fotek
