Terrazas externas con cómodos sillones y cobertura wi-fi. Desayuno debería incluir un poco más de cantidad y variedad. Las habitaciones no tienen balcón para sentarse a disfrutar de la vista. Pero si hay dos terrazas donde es posible hacerlo.

• Omar (9/5): Ideal para parejas - Que hermoso lugar! Tiene una ubicación espectacular. Hacia mucho frio pero la habitación es bien calentita. La atención de Alicia de 10. un lujo. Te cocina lo que quieras muy rico y a buen precio. Quedamos muy conformes con el precio y el lugar. Esperábamos mas del "desayuno fantástico" es un desayuno de campo tradicional. Le falta café expreso al lugar, el café de filtro con leche es como un te con leche de campo tradicional. De todas formas la atención de Alicia compensa y nos fuimos muy muy conformes! super recomendable.

• Andy (10/5): Lovely views - Beautiful view over the lake. Comfy bed. Lovely fish from the lake and mashed potatoes for dinner. Friendly staff. Not too sure why someone managed to force our room key out of the room door, insert another key, unlock the door and enter the room at 2:30am, then on seeing us, apologise, and walk out?

• MARIA ANGELICA (10/5): Una buena elección - Un lugar espectacular con hermosas vistas.Lo más valioso: el personal, especialmente Alicia y Jorge que te hacen sentir más que en casa.Impecable en todos los sentidos el hotel!!! Con respecto al hotel no hay ninguna queja . Comentaria para ayudar a otros que lleven repelente fuerte porque los mosquitos son imbatibles.

Very relaxing hotel,clean with a very nice young man holding the fort, making good simple food. Great place for a relaxing night.

Les chambres assez rudimentaires mais ok pour juste une nuit. La douche : l’eau était soit trop chaude soit trop froide. Le wifi était quasi inexistant dans la chambre.

• Jorge (10/5): Hermoso hotel boutique a orillas del lago. - La vista al lago desde la habitación, la comodidad de las camas, el aire acondicionado calefaccionaba muy bien. El desayuno era bueno y con vista al lago, no pude usar la pileta ya que fuí en invierno. El baño también estaba en buen estado, un hotel de solo 4 habitaciones donde ademas se podía cenar, muy buena experiencia. Mejoraría un poco las opciones de desayuno.

Really good value. Nice fish on the menu. Room was very basic. Shower curtain kept falling down. Taps difficult to turn off.
• Thail (6/5): Could be great, but lacking in some key ways. - The location is beautiful and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was very clean. The pool, which we were very much looking forward to using, was filthy. We did not swim. There was only one woman in the evening to take care of the guests. She was waiting tables and cooking. She seemed overwhelmed and not especially helpful or cheerful. Her daughters sat in the dining room watching a TV show very loudly for several hours making it unpleasant to hangout on the lovely terrace and enjoy wine and the view. The property is cash only which was not great because Booking said they take cards.

• Psh (8/5): Very good - Location was the best. Super view of the lake and mountains. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was fine and the a/c worked well. The internet didn't work and that made payment difficult. Breakfast was only coffee and medialunas.

• John (5/5): Passable - The location and breakfast with homemade strawberry jam were nice. We had multiple issues with our bathroom in "La Mora" room: a shower that ranged from super hot to cold with no easy way of getting a comfortable mix of water, a running toilet, ants and spiders within shower area (due to hotel being in the great outdoors and an opening in the wall where the AC duct enters the bathroom that allows critters to pass through). Finally the windows could not be locked due to defective lock design, although this is mitigated somewhat by the presence of screens. Also, when you book be aware that you need to arrive by 5 pm since they said some Booking customers do not arrive and apparently the credit card guarantee you provide via Booking is not sufficient to hold room longer. Or you can call to let them know you will be arriving later (which is great if you have telephone service).
• Margaret (5/5): Cute but dated spot. Room furniture could use a refresh, but kind staff and lovely location. - We were the only guests at the hotel on the night we arrived. Receptionist was friendly, nice views from the room, decent breakfast served in the morning on the deck. The furniture and rooms are quite dated, could stand to be refreshed. We didn’t open our bedroom windows at night because the screens had large holes in them and the bugs were getting in. The air conditioner unit in our room made so much noise as it switched on/off, it shook the whole room and woke us all night.
