• Benson (9/5): Cozy apartments close to everything - Super spacious room - we loved that there was a kitchen and that we got to cook our own food. The pool was super nice and the daily cleaning gave us peace of mind. The sauna did not really heat up to the point where you actually sweat

• Mark (9/5): Great location and wonderful hotel - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offered good suggestions for excursions and local activities and were very accommodating when we had a late flight, and needed to use their facilities until late in the afternoon. The climatized pool was a great bonus to relax in the afternoon, after a hike or excursion. I would have liked a balcony or outside space, next to the room, to relax in the evening

• Yordan (10/5): - One of our best stays in Argentina so far. The hotel is located in a quiet part of San Martin de los Andes and is very close to Lago Lacar. The apartment we hired was very clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Definitely would have stayed longer if we had the time to.

Un lugar al que volverémos !!!! - La ubicación excelente, el desayuno no lo teníamos nosotros en nuestra reserva, pero los familiares q estuvieron alojados en otra habitación si, lo tenían y comentaron que era demasiado simple.....muy poca variedad....... y poca cantidad........ Sólo el agua de la piscina....demasiado caliente uno de los días estaba en 36°.......imposible meterse, porque baja la presion

• Eleonora (6/5): - The hotel is okay, the apartment was spacious and well furnished. Very unpleasant experience with their dealing of an issue with laundry. They said we would be charged a certain price, but when we went to pay this price turned out to be triple. I had to complain loudly and involve the manager. Very unpleasant experience.

• Frank (6/5): Gute Lage - Das Zentrum war fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr hellhörig und recht dunkel. Ein Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden oder die Vorhänge geöffnet werden, da wir im Erdgeschoss gegenüber dem Aufzug waren. Jeder konnte ins Apartment einsehen. Das Personal war sehr überheblich und arrogant.
• Marianne (8/5): Aussergewöhnlich herzliches Personal - Das Personal war ausserordentlich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich von Beginn weg sehr willkommen. Es waren das Appartement sauber, die Anlage gepflegt und die Lage topp. Wehrmutstropfen war, dass unser Appartement im Erdgeschoss lag und deshalb sehr dunkel war. Da die Anlage ausgebucht war, war ein Wechsel nicht möglich. Als „Trost“ erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer - eine sehr sympathische Geste!

El funcionamiento de los aires acondicionados. El de la habitación pequeña goteaba y en la habitación principal no había uno y en verano hace falta.

Powerful wifi. +Beautiful heated pool and common areas; there is also a sauna, which unfortunately we did not have time to try. +Although our reservation did not include breakfast, they provided us with coffee, which we brewed ourselves. +Good value for money. No es necesario salir en auto al pueblo, lo puedes hacer todo caminando el sauna y el baño vapor a tiempo cuando lo necesitamos No tuvimos muy buena comunicación con el tema del aseo, pues ninguno de los días estuvo a tiempo para nosotros. Se sentía bastante el ruido de las habitaciones vecinas que no tenían nada que ver con el apartamento familiar La piscina un poco turbia el agua

La pileta, a la noche si prendíamos las luces estábamos un poco expuestos al resto de los huéspedes Creo q podrían mejorar el desayuno, nos dieron un litro d jugo de naranja, que no tomamos ni 1/3, capaz reemplazando eso por otra cosa sería un poco más completo

• Christel (10/5): Excellent stay. Wish it could have been longer. - Great apartment hotel. Everything you would need to prepare meals in house if you chose to. Bright apartment. Nice pool. I liked the location - quiet and rclose to the port - others may prefer to be closer to town centre, about 10 minute walk away.
