• Louise (10/5): Très agréable séjour, endroit charmant et tranquille - Notre chambre était très grande et bien décorée, avec une très belle vue sur le jardin de l'hôtel et le lac. Nous avons apprécié le confort du lit et la propreté de la chambre. L'hôtel est doté de plusieurs salons et d'une grande salle à manger. On peut commander un petit lunch au besoin quand on part pour la journée en excursion. L'hôtel est situé à une dizaine de minutes du centre mais il y a par contre deux très bons restaurants juste à côté. C'est un endroit que je recommande absolument.

• Ming (8/5): Nice place to stay overnight in that area - Overall a good and comfortable place for overnight stay. Depend the room allocated, we have to work two flights of stairs then deep down the corridor. Carpark at the front (on the main road) is very limited.

• Brian (3/5): Unfortunate place to stay for last impression of El Calafate, a beautiful place. - The only good thing was the young man at reception who tried his best to make up for the hotel's issues. Heat did not work. Sheets were dirty. Other than the above mentioned young man at check in, the staff were unfriendly.

• ALVARO (7/5): Calidez y atencion es lo que vas a encontrar en este hotel - La disposición del personal de recepción. Nos ayudaron un montón para conseguir excursiones o las consultas que le hicimos. El desayuno no era completo, mas bien básico. El hotel No tiene ascensor, y luego de un dia de trekking que venis muerto bajar en desnivel para llegar a las habitaciones o subir despues cuesta mucho, pero solo en ese contexto. En otra situación está OK

• Jillian (10/5): A comfortable hotel to stay in for sight seeing - Breakfast was ok. Fresh fruit slices and whole fruit was available. A good selection of bread for toast plus a range of hot dishes and some pastries to go with coffee. The room was spacious with a view to lawn and gardens. The hotel is a short distance from the 'tourist centre' of El Calafate however still in a good position. Nothing to report here!

• Catalina (10/5): Excellent hotel, highly recommended! - I loved that they had a hot tub, a small pool and a sauna - all great for a post-hike afternoon/evening. We were also big fans of the bed - very comfortable and the breafkast was delicious and a huge variety. We didn't have hot water or any water coming out of the shower on our first night, so we showered in the pool/jacuzzi area - gladly, they fixed it for the remainder of our stay.

• Ute (8/5): Gutes Hotel für Touren rund um El Calafate. - Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der City und daher in ruhigerer Lage. Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man ist schnell am See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben uns Touren und Transfer gebucht. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück hat viel Potenzial nach oben!

• Sylvie (5/5): Rapport qualité prix : peut mieux faire... - Le personnel a l accueil a ete d une grande aide, que ce soit pour porter ma valise qui etait lourde que pour trouver un taxi. Je les en remercie. Pour le prix : . Il etait noté "vistas" sur le doc booking. La vue de la chambre s est résumée a la vue sur la route passante juste au raz des voitures, bien bruyantes. . Pas d ascenseur alors qu il faut monter ou descendre pour atteindre les chambres. . Les rideaux occultants etaient trop courts en largeur. J ai du les fermer avec des pinces a linge pour ne pas avoir la lumiere exterieure. . Pas de frigo dans la chambre. . Le petit dejeuner etait banal, j ai eu mieux et plus local ailleurs pour moins cher. En fait, l hotel etait le plus cher de mon sejour en Argentine, mais pas le plus confortable.

• Marcelo Henriques (8/5): Recomendo! Um bom hotel, bem localizado e com garagem, porém sem frigobar e ar-condicionado. - Jan.26. Hotel localizado na avenida principal da cidade e com ótimos restaurantes nas redondezas. Edificação ocupa grande terreno, limpa, moderna e bem cuidada. Dispõe de grande estacionamento gratuito, privativo, mas descoberto. Seus ambientes, recepção, quartos e restaurante são bons. O quarto que utilizei era amplo, bem decorado com TV flat, armário para roupas, 3 camas solteiro com colchões firmes, mesinha entre as camas e luminária na parede acima das camas, porém sem tomadas elétricas laterais e frigobar. O banheiro tem bom tamanho, com pia, vaso sanitário e chuveiro. O café da manhã é bom e servido no restaurante com alimentos quentes, frutas, pães, bolos, café, sucos e bebida láctea. Recomendo! Recomendo a instalação de tomadas laterais às camas, frigobar e ar-condicionado

• Ricardo Elias (8/5): Ótima opção em El Calafate - Ótima opção pra quem visita El Calafate. O hotel fica na avenida principal e dos quartos se vê partes do Lago Argentino. Tem um gramado lindo de onde se pode ver o lago e também tomar um sol da tarde tomando um vinho ou mesmo um chimarrão.

• Federica (8/5): - The staff was really helpful and polite. The room was of a decent size so you didn't feel crammed in. The bathroom was also bigger than usual. The breakfast was also good, but maybe not too much variety (it wasn't a problem for us). The hours are also extended and generous (6-10) so it was perfect for early tours. The hotel is very close to the lagoon. 24/7 bakery in front. If I have to find something I would say that the central heating was a bit too hot at times, and we couldn't find a way to turn it down so we would wake up a bit dehydrated. Another thing that would be good to have is a mini fridge. Many tours start early and you need to bring lunch with you but because of the heat in the room you don't want to buy food the night before in case it spoils. However, this is easily solvable because in front of the hotel there is a 24/7 bakery! For us it wasn't a problem but the hotel is not in the heart of the town. It is reachable walking (maybe. 1 km, all flat) but maybe not everyone is up for that.

• Annick (8/5): Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel agréable et bien placé - La situation dans Calafate avec l’accès direct au centre ville On ne peut l’améliorer mais on entend le bruit de la route ( c etait l’été et nous avions ouvert les fenêtres car il faisait trop chaud ). Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré car pas beau luxe choix.

• Wesley (8/5): - Perfect location, spacious room and comfy beds. It was a bit noisy from both the street and people on the hallway. The central heating went on at night making the room very hot, I couldn’t turn it off and had to open the window which made it even more noisier.

• Revital (7/5): Nice location and garden but not accessible - The location in El Calafate is perfect. Close to the main street by foot. The atmosphere, lobby and gardens are enjoyable. We were not told that all the rooms were not accessible and it wasn't easy to carry the luggage to the rooms. The rooms are basic, no air condition and no minibar or caffe/tea.
