Το δωμάτιο ήταν παρα πολύ μικρό για ενα άτομο,ειχα βαλιτσα 20kg και δεν χωρούσε πουθενα να την ανοιξω.Το πάπλωμα ήταν πολύ μικρό,δεν καλυπτε ολόκληρο το κρεβατι κ δεν στερεωνόταν πουθενά με αποτέλεσμα να μην μενει σταθερο τη νυχτα και να ξυπναω συνεχεια.Τα φώτα δεν ρυθμίζονται διπλα απο το κρεββατι αλλά απο ενα κεντρικό διακοπτη στην εισοδο του δωματιου με αποτελέσμα να πρεπει να σηκωνεσαι αν ηθελες απλά λιγο φως διπλα άπο το κρεβάτι.Overpriced για τις παροχές του.

• AIMILIA (9/5): Beautiful but small.. - The location was great, near the Rathauplz and parliament. You can take tram and U metro to go anywhere. Its a cozy boutique hotel with nice decorations. A fine breakfast with basic food, and you can order eggs without extra payment, like Benedict, omelets etc. The rooms are small. Mine was a single cozy Queen room with one bed, one toilet and shower, 14m2. There is no free place to put your lagged, no extras in the the bathroom only the basic.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and on my birthday our room was decorated and we received a complimentary glass of champagne 🥂 Nothing!

• Severine (9/5): Schönes Hotel in super Lage - Die Lage: In einer Seitenstraße gelegen und in 10 Minuten war man am Rathaus. Das Design am Empfang und im Frühstücksraum war sehr geschmackvoll: tolle Tapeten und urige Möbel. So stellt man sich "typisch Wien" vor. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super! Wir haben geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere. Erfreulich waren auch der vorhandene Wasserkocher und die Kapselkaffeemaschine. Das Frühstück war hervorragend: ein kleines und liebevoll angerichtetes Buffet, das alles enthielt, was man braucht und es war sehr lecker. Jeden Tag gab es frisch gepressten Orangen- und Grapefruitsaft, einen riesigen Schinken, Eiervariationen nach individueller Wahl, Lachs usw. Auch der Kaffee war richtig gut: volles Kaffeearoma; nicht zu stark, aber auch kein "Blümchenkaffee". Lecker! Hatte ich bisher selten in Hotels. Das Personal war so richtig old school: immer freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, flott. Das Zimmer zur Straße hinaus recht laut: Morgens sehr früh schon Müllabfuhr, Leerung Glascontainer, Lieferfahrzeuge. Abends unterhielten sich an zwei Tagen spät abends (etwa 23 Uhr) für etwa 20 - 30 Minuten noch Leute vor der Tür. Wie sich herausstellte, waren es einmal sogar Gäste des Hauses. Für zwei Personen etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer: nur eine Kofferablage im Schrank. Dort, wo sich die Bügel befinden, würde sich ein Brett als Ablagemöglichkeit für einen zweiten Koffer gut machen. Ich musste meinen Koffer zwischen Bett und Fenster auf den Boden legen. Woanders war kein Platz. Trotz dieses kleinen Mankos möchte ich betonen: dass alles andere rundherum prima war und wenn man sich auf die kleinen Einschränkungen einstellt, ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen!!!

• Maria De Lourdes (10/5): Un hotel que te sorprenderá en todos aspectos - Hotel boutique en toda la expresión de la palabra, bien ubicado, excelente atención personal muy amable. Las habitaciones estaban provistas de inovaciones tecnológicas muy utiles como que se encendia una luz bajo la cama cada vez que pisabas el piso, lo que te daba una buene visibilidad en la noche al igual que la discreta luz debajo del lavabo que iluminaba tenuemente el baño. Tenian un menú con diferentes almohadas, yo pedi una memory foam con la dormí plácidamente. El desayuno contaba con un bufette de opciones frias y tenian menú para la opción caliente, además lo que más me sorprendio es que tenian jugo de naranja recién exprimido. Todo delicioso. En Viena no me hospedaria en ningun otro hotel, solo en el ARTIST Lo único que no me gustó es qe el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, o lo tenian bloqueado porque aún no es verano y el calor no era tan intenso, por lo que dormimos con la ventana abierta y no pudimos estar aislados del ruido exterior

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, es ist nicht riesig aber gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist auch super. Die Preise in der Hotelbar, die Abends öffnet, fand ich ziemlich hoch.
