• johan (6/5): - Ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Er was geen WC papier op de kamer en één handdoek lag op de grond. Geen vertrouwen dat deze handdoek vernieuwd was of niet. Voor de prijs die moet betaald worden voor de kamer, mag verwacht dat alles tiptop in orde is. Toch wel prijzig.
• Harald (1/5): Sch… - Ich hatte meinen Aufenthalt um einen Tag verlängert. Das Personal vor Ort war zunächst nicht in der Lage meinen Zimmerschlüssel (elektronische Karte) neu zu programmieren. Die Verlängerung mit Programmierung hat sich über eineinhalb Stunden hingezogen. Als ich dann abends von meinem Geschäftstermin zurück kam hat meine Zimmerkarte zwar die Hoteltüre aufgesperrt (Hotel ist ab 19 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt!!!), mein Zimmer ließ sich jedoch nicht mehr damit öffnen. Die Hotel-Telefonnummer war nur mit Werbeansage ohne Rufumleitung, die Person an der „Landzeit“- Notrufnummer konnte auch kein Hotelpersonal vor Ort erreichen. Nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit hat mir die Hotline schließlich ein anderes Zimmer freigeschaltet in dem ich zumindest in einem Bett schlafen konnte. Am nächsten Morgen hat das Hotelpersonal über eine Stunde gebraucht um meine alte Zimmertür aufzusperren damit ich meine dort befindlichen Sachen (frische Wäsche, Dusch-und Hygiene Artikel) entgegen nehmen konnte. Ich finde es eine Riesensauerei daß über Nacht keinerlei Personal vor Ort ist das im Notfall zumindest eine Tür aufschließen kann und tagsüber nur „neues“, nicht eingewiesenes und unqualifiziertes Personal im Haus ist. Eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten habe ich leider noch nicht bekommen.
• Robert (6/5): - Great convenient location. Spotlessly clean & comfortable bed. No tea & coffee facilities in the room. Not even bottled water. For €150 per night, this is extremely poor. To the point of disgraceful for the price point. Very very low standard.

• Татьяна (1/5): Avoid the hotel if you can - First of all, price in the booking was 220, at my arrival receptionist wanted to charge me 330, eventually after I told him there is no way I will accept this price, I ended up paying 240, which is not that far away from the booking price. They literally scam people on the arrival.
• Doris (9/5): Das Hotel zweckmäßig, ok. - Das Hotel an sich ist zweckmäßig und empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht aus einem besonderen Grund bucht. Siehe negative Erfahrung ;-( Ich habe das Hotel speziell für die Silvesternacht gewählt, da mein Hund auf den Lärm stark reagiert. Im vergangenen Jahr hat das tadellos geklappt. Heuer scheinen Hotelgäste zwischen Autobahn und Hotel vor Mitternacht Raketen gezündet zu haben. Leider war der Zweck meines Aufenthaltes sabotiert. Da es auch andere Hundebesitzer aus diesem Grund in Ihr Haus geführt hat, werde ich nicht die einzige sein, die sich dadurch gestört fühlte. Ob ich es nächstes Jahr wieder versuche, weiß ich nicht.

• Aurel (5/5): Careful, they shut everything at 19:00 - It's a lovely place. Nicely designed and with a welcoming atmosphere. When opened.. Where to start.. They shut door and everything behind it at 19:00, including the restaurant or bar. Forget food or drinks after that hour. It's mad really. We came at 18:58 and barely made checkin. Everything shut down in front of our eyes and were recommended to eat food at the petrol station. Who on Earth shuts a motorway restaurant/ bar at 19:00? What about the people who arrive later? And what do you expect your guests who come earlier to do all evening after 19:00? What's the point of paying extra to come to a nice place, when nothing works anyway? People spend the day in the car travelling and want to chill in the evening. Nobody wants to finish driving at 17:00 and then stare at the wall after 19:00. There is no logic at all whichever way you look at it

• Vittoria (1/5): e’ stata la peggiore esperienza alberghiera di tanti anni di viaggi. vuaggi - le stanze erano molto belle il servizio clienti e la reception,che secondo il sito Booking era aperto fino le 21,invece alle 19.20 non c’era piu’ nessuno.La mia prenotazione che era stata confermata non risultava nel sistema automatico.Il numero da chiamare era la reception di un altro albergo della catena,che non ricevendo risposta dall’albergo ,ci ha esortato ad andare ad un altro albergo un ora da li.

• Pamela (8/5): - Este un hotel ok pentru tranzit. Foarte apropiat de autostradă, destul de îngrijit. Cu ani im urmă am mai fost cazați aici, însă serviciile erau mult mai bune. Recepție și restaurant închis începând cu ora 19 mi se pare total nepotrivit pentru un hotel de tranzit. Restaurant închis după ora 19.
• Orsolya (3/5): Never again - The property did not charge me for the night, and the restaurant staff kindly gave my daughter a free coloring set and a paper crown. I messaged the property at 7 p.m. to inform them that we would be arriving around 10 p.m., but I received no response. We arrived at 9:30 p.m., and the terminal did not accept our reservation number. The key holder also rejected the PIN code. The phone number listed on the website didn’t connect to a live person — instead, it played a pre-recorded message about the restaurant’s wide selection of food. There was no doorbell on the building, and we couldn’t find anyone to ask for help. In the end, we had to make a new booking through the terminal. I used to have such fond memories of Landzeit from my childhood, but this experience completely ruined them. The next morning, we finally managed to speak with the restaurant staff, who tried to convince us to have breakfast for €41, even though only part of the food was available.

• Ismet (8/5): Stay was good but the stale smell in corridor not good - Location and rooms There was a smell in the corridors and we got approached by people asking for money outside the hotel
• Patrick (3/5): Poor - The value for price was below par. Especially the restaurant was outrageously expensive for what was received. The hotel prides itself on its food selection and it was was not as promised. I made a reservation via booking.com and they were not aware of this. We were lucky to get a room. We requested a cot in the booking and there was none there. Nor were there any additional pillows for the baby.
