• Olaru (8/5): Unpleasant staff - I liked the room which was new and well cleaned. Breakfast was ok but can be improved. Very close to the beach. It is not really a sea view , it is more like a few buildings , some constructions and just little bit of water that you can see . We liked to stay for one more night , the receptionist told us that it is ok they have a spare room , but after 30 minutes told us that it was occupied , which was very rude from the staff. Also the staff was arguing and shouting when tourists and children were around which is not ok.

• chris (9/5): An excellent choice for a Ksamil stay. - Excellent reception. Very professional and friendly. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Shampoo was supplied but no hair conditioner. Staff tried to find some but could not. Pool area was good but pool was unheated which is likely normal for this area and water was cold as it is early season.

However, the wetroom shower set up didn’t really work aa the water went all over the bathroom floor despite attempts to stop this. The balcony was good but the sea view was abit limited and considerable building work taking place surrounding the hotel during our stay which wasn’t expected or advised off so limited use oc balcony considerably! Kahvaltıda çay içmek istediğinizde sıcak suyu damacananın sebilinin sıcak su kısmından almanız söyleniyor.Kaynar su alabileceğimiz bir olanak olsa daha iyi olurdu.

Concernant les chambres, elles sont propres, le lit est conforatable. Le petit dej n'est pas très varié mais cela dépend des goûts de chacun. Dans le couple, un était satisfait et l'autre moins donc je pense que cela dépend vraiment de chacun.

• Nicole (5/5): - Das Frühstück war ok, etwas wenig Früchte, dafür sehr leckere Brötchen mit Feta und Tomaten. Das Zimmer war mässig sauber, auch im Poolbereich wurde fleissig geputzt. Obwohl wir zu zweit waren erhielten wir nur einen Zimmerschlüssel trotz Nachfrage. Am Morgen musste man sehr lange warten, bis die Bedienung vom Telefon oder Schwatz mit den Mitarbeitern weg kam, um einen Capuccino (der gut war) zu machen. Ich hätte gerne mehr als einen genommen, aber da wären wir nicht mehr weggekommen am Morgen. Leider wurden die zwei Tütchen Shampoo trotz drei Nächten Aufenthalt nicht ersetzt. zum Glück konnten wir im Ort Duschmittel kaufen.

• Gracia (6/5): Emplacement sympa - La chambre spacieuse. L’emplacement. Nous avions une voiture de location mais vous trouverez quelques beach club et restau sympa situés entre 5 et 10 min à pied. Le parking gratuit, il y’a un parking sous terrain qui n’était pas fonctionnel durant notre séjour et des places de stationnement devant l’hôtel pour les moins courageux avec les pentes et démarrage en côte du parking sous terrain. 1. Le manque de rangement que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans la salle d’eau. Rien n’est prévu pour poser le gel douche ou le savon dans la douche donc faut tout poser à même le sol ou interrompre votre douche pour le prendre le gel de douche poser sur la vasque ou sur la cuvette fermée des toilettes. Idem aucun tiroir ou d’emplacement pour ranger son make up ou produits de soin donc tout traîne sur la vasque. 2. Pour ce qui est de la chambre nous avions réservé une chambre triple mais nous avons reçu une chambre double vu que nous n’étions que 2. Même soucis que la salle d’eau manque de rangement. L’armoire est tellement haut que l’on a dû prendre une chaise du balcon et monter dessus pour pouvoir ranger certaines de nos affaires dans les caissons du haut. 3. Le petit déjeuner pas si varié que ce que j’avais pu lire dans certains commentaires. Après c’était peut être à cause de la période où nous y sommes allés. Ceci dit une scène m’a choquée c’est quand je suis sortie en toute innocence avec un gâteau déjà entamé de la salle du petit déjeuner, une dame de l’hôtel m’a suivi pour me dire qu’il était interdit de prendre des aliments du petit déjeuner pour les manger après alors que j’avais le gâteau à la main et que je le mangeais, la preuve elle m’a vue. J’ai donc dû le finir devant elle avant de le recraché dans la chambre. 4. Le ménage n’est pas fait tant que vous êtes dans votre chambre et ceux même ci vous appuyez le bouton prévu à cet effet. Le lendemain de notre arrivée avant d’aller au petit dej nous avons appuyer le bouton pour le nettoyage de la chambre, la dame de ménage était dans la chambre d’à côté, on est revenue du petit dej, on s’est assise au balcon pour ne pas être dans ces pattes pensant qu’elle ferait notre chambre ensuite, elle n’est jamais passée pendant que nous étions là. Elle n’est passée que quand nous avons quittée l’hôtel!

• Belén (9/5): Cómodo y muy bien situado - La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, aunque nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja justo al lado de la recepción. Piscina muy agradable y desayuno muy completo. A 4 minutos de la playa caminando. Hemos bajado la puntuación en la relación calidad precio, porque de toda nuestra estancia en Albania (y hemos estado en 9 hoteles) este fue el hotel que más bajó los precios, es decir, por el precio que pagamos nosotros con antelación, ese mismo día hubiésemos tenido una habitación con vistas al mar.

• Melinda (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel - Sehr schöne extrem saubere Hotelanlage mit sehr bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt vor der Tür sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Handtücher sind sehr weich. Check out schon um 10 Uhr und das Check in war laut Angaben schon um 13 Uhr, wir kamen um kurz nach 14 Uhr an und das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Am Pool wird man tagsüber komplett mit Moskitos verstochen.

• Matthijs (8/5): Solid stay for the price we paid - Solid hotel with a nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Also has a cute terrace to drink some cocktails or play cards. Nothing too special overall but certainly fair for the price. The room was pretty small but that was alright, biggest issue was that we were with 3 adults and the 1 person bed provided was much too short to fit an adult. Also both beds with pillows were really hard so that has to be your preference

• Claire Comparin (9/5): - Superbe hôtel dans Ksamil, proche de la mer et éloigné des quartiers touristiques ! Les chambres sont propres et suffisantes, le personnel est acceuillant et serviable ! Petit + pour le petit déjeuner en buffet chaque matin qui est succulent !
