В целом остаётся хорошее впечатление. Зеркала в номере не имели подсветки, ни в ванной, ни трюмо в номере. Предлагаемые мыло и шампунь плохого качества. В номере нет ложки для обуви, кофе самый дешевый растворимый, чай невкусный и всего 2 пакетика. Скудные завтраки.

• Nikos (9/5): I will return. - The hotel is in a central place, in a nice area with many modern shops. Staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and have everything that is needed, and more. The only thing I did not like was the size of my room (single) where there was no chair to sit, neither a desk to work, only a bench.

• Michelle (9/5): A great stay, dispite my dislikes I would definitely recommend and stay here again. - I loved that the hotel was very near to the medical center I received treatment at and the building was modern. Location was excellent with many shops bars and restaurants close by. The breakfast and coffee and restaurant was superb with quality food and coffee. Wish I had booked for dinner there. I liked the aesthetics of the hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing that bothered me as clean as the room was on a whole, there was a strange smell from the bathroom. But the room itself was spotless. The mini bar (wine) was expensive too.

• Dorina (8/5): Clean, modern and excellent staff - Very helpful staff, clean rooms and besutiful modern facilities. Our rooms were tidied every day with fresh towels as needed. Staff also sent up clothing iron when asked. Also liked the free parking and location with easy access to supermarket, shops, bus station and other necessities. Very easy to get to center of Tirana. Wifi didn’t work in our room. Also we could usually hear noise from the street traffic even with the door closed. Not super loud and very manageanle if you’re using earplugs, but not great for small kids who might be more sensitive to it.

Shower door didn’t close and therefore water would appear on the floor. Pillows were either to hard or to big. Breakfast was limited and warm, never hot and fresh.

• GRAZIA (10/5): Soggiorno di lavoro per attività di cooperazione nel campo della ricerca e didattica. - Staff molto professionale, sia il personale alla reception, sia il personale del ristorante-bar, sia il personale delle pulizie. Attenti ad ogni esigenza, anche a richieste specifiche. Soggiorno di una settimana: cambio frequente di biancheria letto e quotidiano di asciugamani. Apprezzata la presenza di bollitore, tisane e acqua minerale in omaggio. La colazione include tutto, anche caffè espresso e cappuccino serviti al tavolo. Le stanze dispongono di balcone privato arredato, nelle giornate di sole lo abbiamo usato per momenti di relax ma anche per lavorare al computer. Il quartiere è tranquillo, pulito e accurato e offre una ampia scelta di ristoranti e bar alla moda. Presenti anche supermercati a marchio italiano noto. Ci torneremo! Asciugacapelli privo di griglia di sicurezza, rischio (reale) aspirazione capelli lunghi.
