• Blerina (1/5): - The location was ok. But that didnt inform me that the hotel was close and ate 18.00 oclock when I arrived there was no one there. I started looking in the road for another hotel and I was with my baby with me. Really not normal this behaviour.

Bella accoglienza e ci ritornerò sicuramente se vengo a Korça! Personale di una gentilezza è cordialità estrema! Più che soddisfato!

Les chambres sont confortables et la literie de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est également copieux et varié Le parking juste en face de l hôtel est un plus. Proximité du vieux bazard parfait pour se restaurer. Malheureusement le bâtiment au coin de la rue ne fait pas très accueillant mais l hôtel n y peut rien..

Kostenloser Parkplatz im bewachten Innenhof gegenüber Hotel. Das traditionelle Frühstück war bescheiden, war aber in Ordnung, bloss der Milchkaffee war schrecklich. Sonst alles bestens.

Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο και ενώ κλείσαμε τη σουίτα για να έχουμε μπαλκόνι ( ανέφερε ότι υπάρχει μπαλκόνι) παίζει να ήταν το μόνο δωμάτιο που δεν είχε. Κάναμε αίτημα για τσεκ ιν 10-11 και έγινε αποδεκτο. Πηγαμε 12 το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένουμε μία ώρα.

My rate included breakfast that had a good buffet selection. The staff was great. They went out of their way to answer my questions. They even washed my laundry for free. Nothing. All good

• Olivia (10/5): J'y retournerai - Un très chouette hôtel familial de grande qualité au niveau des équipements, décoré avec goût dans un style moderne. Beaucoup de petits détails (différents types d'éclairage, kits brosses à dents à dispo, des miroirs). Nous avions pris deux chambres à côté l'une de l'autre pour 4. Une était plus petite (203) mais avec balcon et un lit queen size très confortable, l'autre (204) avec un petit salon et un lit king size. Un très bon petit déjeuner au calme dans une très belle salle au mobilier là encore très confortable. Hôtel très bien situé à deux minutes du vieux bazar. Tout était top, mais un petit frigo serait apprécié.

Weirdly, our bathroom window was so ridiculously bright in the morning that it was blinding! Assume its to do with the glass reflecting off the crome in bathroom with a low sun or something like that but my daughter and I couldn't see when in there until 10am! Suggest a blind in rm 302 bathroom!

Der hilfsbereite Parkwächter (und Tabakwarenverkäufer) hat jedoch mit der Besitzerin telefoniert und die Karte für das Zimmer ausgehändigt.

Lack of staff to ask for anything in English although communication through Booking.com platform was easy and successful.
