• Corinne (10/5): Étape Hôtel - Nous traversons l'Albanie. Nous nous sommes arrêté à mi-chemin. Nous avons aimé l'accueil très chaleureux, à votre écoute, la chambre parfaite, la piscine super. Nous avons pu aller à pied mangé le soir, à 10 minutes de l'hôtel. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans problème.

• mirosław (8/5): Wygodny i spokojny hotel. - Przyjemny rodziny hotel. Czysty basen. Śniadanie serwowane do stolika, byliśmy jedną noc, więc nie wiemy czy jest zawsze to samo. Do plaży 10 minut spacerem. Blisko sklepy i restauracje.

• Nina (8/5): Very good - The hotel isn't new, but cosy. We liked the stuff, they were friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was plain, healthy and quiet tasty. The location is ok, but the sea there wasn't so clean as we expected and really shallow. Maybe for families with small children, it's a perfect place.
• Rose (10/5): Our Favourite in Albania - Our favourite accommodation in all of Albania after a month long trip there. Highly recommend. The staff are so lovely, it is family owned and feels like a home away from home. Our room was newly renovated and very luxurious. The pool was wonderful, always clean, perfect temperature. Breakfast was 10/10. Plenty of parking, short walk to shops and beach, restaurant onsite, beds are comfortable, aircon in the rooms, everything was spotless. Highly recommend, we extended our stay and are already planning our next trip back for a longer stay. There is a water park across the road. There are no negatives

• Timo (9/5): Great family hotel - Very nice location just off the main road from Durrës, close to beach with good amenities. Wonderful and very kind owners, great breakfast included. Pool is available during summer which is nice. Parking spaces in the yard for rentalcar. Rooms a bit basic but had good AC and fridge!
• Воловідник (9/5): 👌👍👍👍👍 - We stayed at Blue Balcony with family for one night and were very pleased. The hotel has a convenient location — the beach and shops are just a short walk away. Breakfast was tasty, although not very varied. We especially appreciated being allowed to use the pool even after check-out — a great bonus! The atmosphere was cozy, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

• Milot (10/5): Would come back. - Great location, close to the beach 5-7 mins walking. Breakfast very fresh and tasty. Even that's limited because you get to choose only Sweet or Salty breakfast per person, we tried both and they were fresh and tasty. Loved it. I was on the highest floor and the room was very big. Ac was working good. Good balcony with clothes holder. A tiny fridge which did a great job into cooling the drinks. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit tiny. The toilet was tiny and you get to touch the curtains of the shower so that was not comfy. The facilities for example the closet was old but big enough. In the room there was no mirror from where you could sit and get ready.

It was very close to the beach but we could enjoy the peace and silence of not being right there in the middle of the beach walk. Our stay was really good. We got to see the sunset at the beach, enjoyed a walk and the pool, night and morning). The only “negative” note is that we woke up by the sound of music at the pool.

• Petra (10/5): Great stay for great price! - The hotel staff were very friendly and had no problem arranging anything, the hotel was absolutely great for a 3 star hotel, walking distance from the sea 6 minutes, the pool is being finished, so in the future it will be possible to use the pool in the hotel, otherwise there is a complex opposite where you can go for a small fee to the pool for the whole day. Breakfast at the hotel was fine.

• Linda (7/5): Better stay elsewhere!!! - Only location for that money. Water problems- the water did not go away, all bathroom was bad smelly. Also you have note that you can't bring inside food and drinks. Of course, we was on vocation, its mean we had dinner in a redtaurant and after that wanted to drink wine at our balcony. No glasses at room, there were no chairs. The view of the countyard was tragic. We do not recommend this place.

The breakfast is good, also the cappuccino. :) Flavio and his sister, and their mother, the complete family is super nice people, they help in everything. I had tooth problem, and Flavio’s sister even searched me a dentist on a Sunday, and they toke me there by car. :) I very much enjoyed staying there. :) Highly recommended! :) Faleminderit sum for everything! :)

• Agnieszka (9/5): Very nice hotel - Very nice hotel. The room had balcony and comfortable beds. There is a heardryer in the bathroom and fridge in the room. Secured parking space is provided in front of the hotel. It's five minutes walk to the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. It would be nice to have some hooks on the wall in the room for jackets and maybe a table. At the breakfast we were served meat which we do not eat but no one asked what we want. I had to ask for tea and coffee as we were just offered a sugary orange flavoured drink. It may be a good idea to ask guests what they want. It would help to avoid waste.
• Shehroz (3/5): Couldn't get any sleep - Nice breakfast and room size. Dogs barking all night long plus mosquitoes continuously torturing me made the night just horrible despite having windows and shutter down. As soon as you walk towards the elevator you have loads of mosquitoes waiting for you. Management must do something about this. Also saw a file of ants walking in the toilet. Very disappointed as the staff and overall service was good but the fact that I could not have 1 minute of sleep speaks volume.

Coffee (any kind of coffee) was not included on the breakfast, thing that seems ridiculous, The room was so small because a third bed not needed was inside, then fridge was over the sidetable and no space to open the luggage properly.

• Michel (5/5): Passable - Good location, not far away from the beach. When we entered the room, the shower was not cleaned and the towel was still wet from the last user.
• Paul (3/5): Not worth it - The location, parking and price was good. Air condition Good fridge in the room. Looks good from outside. Big disappointment that they didn't have a pool as promised. The toilet was loose and therefore it smelled bad. The sink and shower were so close that the sink was useless. Look at picture. The staff was not nice and only the manager understood english well. When I orded one black tea for breakfast I got two herbal tea and have to pay for both.
• Hazim (3/5): Poor - Not recommended! - Swimming pool has been advertised, as renovated, but actually the hotel doesn't have one at all, - Poor breakfast - a cup of coffee and tea ordered with breakfast, extra charge. - The access street flooded with the sewage water.
