- chrk (8/5): Sehr freundlich und zentral. - Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, zentrale Lage, Parkplatz anbei. Bankautomat und Lebensmittelladen direkt nebenan. Sauber und bequem, dennoch durchaus etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmereinrichtung.

- Jacques (8/5): As a hiker and nature lover, I truly had a great time. - Breakfast and meals were excellent, staff friendly, place was clean and beautifully located near the historic village church. My hikes with the dogs in the surrounding mountains were spectacular. I liked pretty much everything.

- Radoslav (4/5): - Raňajky som nemohol absolvovať v čase, kvôli skoršiemu odchodu. Dohoda na skoršie raňajky nebola možná, ani len káva. Balík aspoň zabalené raňajky (suché) rovnako neboli ponúknuté, pritom raňajky boli v cene. Ráno pri odchode 6.30 hotel zatvorený, recepčný ani iný personál neprítomný, telefón nikto nedvíhal, Skoro som liezol cez okno reštaurácie :)

I can't say enough about the friendliness and concern for me. Food in the resturaunt was fabulous! Rooms were decent for Europe. No A/C as to be expected.

Reception desk area looks a mess and needs cleaning. When you specify check in between 14.00 and 20.00 at least have someone on reception or put a sign up with a number to ring to check in.

- Petr (9/5): Superb - Alfenz Kurort is a very nice small town and so is this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice and helpful staff. Also the location is great, few steps from a supermarket or a bakery. The lift is about 1 km walk. We really enjoyed our stay there. Basically nothing, there is a little bit weaker wifi signal, but we did not mind at all. We came to see some beautiful nature and mountains :)

- Peter (7/5): Old-fashioned classic style hotel - Classic-style, slightly old but comfortable accommodation with a great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, although the selection was not very wide. The reason could be the time of our stay: we arrived off-season. On request, they are ready to prepare hot breakfast (e.g. ham & eggs or scrambled eggs). Overall, everything was fine, although the value for money ratio is not the best. The equipment and furniture evoke the atmosphere of the 70s. This was not a problem for us because we were expecting it, but some pieces of furniture and equipment have apparently already served their time well and could use a replacement. This is especially true for worn and thinned floor carpets.
