• Imran (3/5): Poor - I’m honestly shocked by the ratings this place has received. It’s extremely misleading and definitely does *not* deserve the five stars it claims — in fact, even one star feels generous. The facilities listed in the description are either unavailable or non-existent upon arrival. There was no breakfast provided, despite it being clearly advertised. The room itself was freezing cold — I spent the entire night shivering and couldn't sleep at all. There was no heating or any proper arrangements to keep the room warm, which made the stay incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the bed was rock-hard and terribly uncomfortable. The overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. To anyone — especially international travelers — please be cautious when booking this place. It’s nothing like what is promised online, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere to avoid a similarly unpleasant experience.

Advicing to everyone!!! - Amazing rooms , inside and outside so beautiful, clean and nice , breakfast was just perfect and Mrs. Gayane (the woman on reception) is just sooo helpful, positive and wlecoming! 100% worthy for the money!!! • George (8/5): Good value. New and clean. - Brand new beds and bedding. Firm, comfortable mattress. Fluffy pillows. Hard to find. Address on Booking is wrong because Booking doesn’t have an option for a / between numbers like they have in Armenia. Just ask the driver to take you to the police station. It’s right across a small street from the hotel.

• Charles (9/5): Superb - The hotel is conveniently located off the main road and a 5 minutes walk from the center of the town's shops and restaurants with one of the 3 lakes in between... and access to your room is just as easy with the ground floor rooms off the central courtyard. They also included a nice breakfast.

• Tomáš (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean and cozy. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. The excessively friendly approach of the receptionist may not be to everyone's liking, but I appreciate it.
