• Edith (9/5): Excelente calidad precio y bien conectado a las zonas turísticas - La ubicación, a solo a 3 min a pied del transporte público que te lleva al Centro de la ciudad. También la limpieza, todos los días limpian y hacen la cama y la habitación muy espaciosa. Además tenía espacio y mobiliario para guardar la ropa, mesa, sillas y dos poltronas para relajar. Buena luz y el encanto de un viejo edificio. Muy detalladas y personales las indicaciones para entrar por parte del señor que vino a recibirnos. Quizás el hecho que hay que subir un piso por unas escaleras con las maletas, aunque son escalones bajos. El hall de entrada del edificio( que se ve que es de todo el edificio , un poco descuidado. Y que no había microonda ni en la recepción ni en la habitación.

Yatak çok rahattı. Girişte kahve makinası olması ve her istediğimizde içebiliyor olmamız çok güzeldi. Check-in yapmak çok kolaydı. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım. Tuvalet havalandırması çok gürültülüydü. Onun dışında her şeyden çok memnun kaldım.

• Alexandra (10/5): kleine, feine Pension mit allem was dazu gehört - gerne wieder! - Zimmer war sehr groß, Kühlschrank war vorhanden, auch Teekocher und Gläser/Tassen, Kaffeemaschine im Vorraum vorhanden - zur freien Entnahme. U-Bahn ca 5 min entfernt (U6), Bus und Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Einfache Abwicklung bei An- und Abreise. Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt in einem Schlüsselkasten. Rechnung wurde vorbereitet. Jederzeit gerne wieder! ---

Camera spaziosa e comoda, con bollitore e bustine per il te, bagno di dimensioni adeguate. Nell'ingresso presente macchinetta del caffè con cialde ad uso gratuito.

• Maria-Helene (3/5): Nie wieder! - Das Bett war gut und die Lage günstig Mein Einzelzimmer war ein kleiner Schlauch mit ganz wenig Platz und billigster Ausstattung. Das Bad eine Zumutung. Die Toilette macht entsetzliche Geräusche, weil die Abwasserpumpe und der Abwasserschlauch offen hinter der Toilette zerkleinert und pumpt. Ein Miniwaschbecken, in dem man sich kaum waschen kann, keine Ablageflächen und alles ganz eng, die Dusche war OK. Für über 70,00 Euro / Nacht eine Zumutung!

• Gaia (10/5): - posizionata in un punto strategico raggiungibile in 20 minuti da tutte le attrazioni , staff gentile e sempre a disposizione. Anche la signora delle pulizie molto cordiale e discreta ( in una giornata che siamo scesi più tardi perché mi sentivo poco bene, mi ha passato le asciugamani pulite e la carta igienica dalla porta). Ci hanno dato la possibilità di tenere per alcune ore i bagagli dopo il check out in armadietti blindati in maniera del tutto gratuita. Insomma consiglierei questa struttura a tutti!!

• Juliane (8/5): - Es war alles gut organisiert. Der große Raum war freundlich und angemessen eingerichtet. Es gab genügend Schrankraum. Alles war sehr sauber, auch das kleine abgetrennte Badezimmer. Es war schön, dass man sich selbst Kaffee und Tee zubereiten konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Bus - und Strassenbahnhaltestellen liegen ganz nah, zur U- Bahnstation Alserstrasse sind es 7 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Geräusche von der Straße waren schon zu hören, haben uns aber nicht gestört. Alles in allem ein nettes Quartier. Wir werde gerne wiederkommen. Im Badezimmer fehlten Haken bzw. eine Stange zum Aufhängen der Handtücher.

Our room included a super comfortable and big bed, an eating table with 2 chairs, a comfy couch for relaxing in after a long day of touring, a mini fridge, a kettle and a our own private attached bathroom. The location was great with bus stops just outside our building and the 13a bus stop just around the corner which takes you straight to the train station. A Spar and Billa are right across the street, which was very convenient! We walked every day into the city centre (20-25 minutes.) Our host was wonderful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved everything!

Cok temiz bir odaydı. Binanın merdivenleri tatlıydı. Sahibi çok yardımsever, ulaşım için gerekli tüm bilgileri detaylı şekilde paylaştı. Tekrar viyanaya gelirsem hiç düşünmeden konaklayacagim bir yer buldum. Çok şanslıyım. Oda sıcak ve genişti, buzdolabi mevcuttu. En güzel yanı Emine ablaydı, cok sevimli ve yardımsever biriydi. Umarım Emine abla bu yorumu görür :) Tekrar teşekkür ederim tüm ekibe.

• Ljudmila (8/5): идеальное расположение за такую цену - бронировали двухместный, дали нам семейный. Он очень просторный и чистый. Сам дом, где находится отель старый, поэтому не стоит ждать там чего-то вау нового и современного. Душевая кабинка маленького размера, крупному человеку будет там неудобно, мало места. Жидкое мыло было, душ геля нет. Телевизор очень маленький (если это кому-то надо), но мы его не смотрим, включали просто для фона. Чайник, чай, пакетик кофе, холодильник, фен, все было в номере. Не хватило зеркала:), оно было только в ванной комнате. Полотенца меняют каждый день, но мы поросили этого не делать:) Заселялись поздно, накануне получили подробную инструкцию, как получить ключи. Расположение очень хорошее. В пешей доступности исторический центр. Рядом продуктовые магазины и кафе/рестораны, где можно позавтракать. Общественный транспорт (автобус и трамвай) тоже почти перед отелем.

Чёткая инструкция по самостоятельному заселению. Легко взять ключи при входе в пансион. В номере чисто. Есть чайник, холодильник, чай, сахар. Достаточно тепло, так как хорошо работают батареи. Для Вены, достаточно гуманный стоимость номера.

• Manuela (8/5): perfekt für Kurse am Physiozentrum - Ich besuchte einen Kurs am Physiozentrum. Dafür ist diese Location ideal. Da mein Kurs zeitig in der Früh startete, habe ich darum gebeten noch vor den Öffnungszeiten meine Daten bereit zu stellen, was ohne Probleme möglich war. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads. Im Zimmer war ein Wasserkocher und Tassen. Check-in und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos Die Dusche gehörte repariert, da sie ständig fast aus der Verankerung gefallen ist. Leider etwas wenig Steckdosen, sodass der Wasserkocher zwar am Tisch stand, dort aber keine Steckdosen waren und ich das Wasser neben dem Bett aufheizen musste. Das war aber kein wirkliches Problem.

• Timofei (9/5): - I stayed there for almost a week and all the necessary stuff is provided. Tea & coffee is free, nearby supermarkets have everything else. The bed was comfortable. Location was close to the venue I was attending, but getting to the center was also easy with frequent trams. There's also a bus 13A that goes to Hbf. The facilities in the room all were in working condition, checking in and out was also easy. It's an old building with a strange floor plan, don't expect any aesthetics or fancy facilities. The amount of electric sockets in my room was barely enough, I had to unplug the TV and the bed lamp. Never figured out the towel replacement system, it seems they bring a new towel once in a while but never take the used towels back even if I drop them on the floor?

• Sultan Nilay (7/5): Nice for chill, easy stays, clean, packed, close to the center. - The room was very clean, the owner is very warm, there were free coffee and tea options, the location is amazing, it's very close to the center. The cleaning lady was very nice. The room is not soundproof. If you're sensitive to noise at night, you'll be very uncomfortable. There were people coming and going throughout the night. Some of them were very loud. It was basically like a dorm.

Direkt vor der Haustür Straßenbahn Linie 43 und 44 ( fahren zum Schottentor wo man quasi in der Stadt ist) Ausserdem Bus 13 A fährt zum Hauptbahnhof und von dort zur Pension ( auf dem Weg dorthin fährt man durch Mariahilf und Josefstadt) Ich habe Einzelzimmer gebucht zum Garten hinten raus - sehr ruhig! Zimmer natürlich einfach ( weiß man vorher) aber Preis spitze. Alles da, was man braucht, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber. Im Flur steht Senseo Kaffeemaschine- kostenlos Kaffee für alle! Gegenüber Supermarkt (Spar) und Bäckerei etc.

• Mario (9/5): Recomendable - Habitación bastante grande, cama muy cómoda, tiene nevera pequeña y pasan por la habitación para limpiar y recoger todos los días. Buena ubicación, a 15-20 minutos andando del centro y a 5 minutos en tranvía.

• Zhanna (10/5): Близко к центру, просторный, чистый номер. - В центр ходили пешком, чисто и уютно. Большая кровать, чайник и холодильник, хороший душ. Номер просторный с высокими потолками. Очень услужливый персонал. Ежедневная смена полотенец и уборка. Это практически квартира с несколькими комнатами. Нам наверно повезло, что было мало людей. Думаю, что при полном заполнении этой квартиры мы бы слышали всех соседей. Есть общий уголок, где можно попить кофе. Очень жаль, что там нет микроволновой печи. Из моющих средств только гель.
