The hotel owner is such a kind and wonderful person, and I felt very well taken care of during my stay. The breakfast was also amazing! Marina (10/5): Immer wieder gerne! Any- and everytime again! - We will always stay in this hotel because it is in the middle of my famous place in Berlin, Friedrichshagen. Natalja and her team are exceptional hosts, extremely friendly, and helpful. The character of the hotel, the many little separate units, gives a feeling of being at home. Most of the rooms are wheelchair-and access-friendly. In the middle of the village-like Friedrichshagen, and at an address at the main road, the rooms are extremely quiet, due to their location in the back of the property. The breakfast is the best we ever had in any hotel around Europe. Nothing. It must be said, though, that this location might not be for the City-tourist. But the available public transport makes it easy to get to the train station and from there to both Berlin City centres, east and west.

Eine umfassende Renovierung wäre nötig. Das Frühstück erscheint mit 17 Euro erstmal günstig. Aber es ist nicht gut....keine große Auswahl.Frühstücksraum ziemlich und eng.
Stefan (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Unser gebuchtes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern war bei unser Ankunft von jemand anderem belegt. Diesen Umstand konnte man uns scheinbar nicht vor der Anreise mitteilen. Stattdessen bot man uns, zum gleichen Preis, 2 einzelne gegenüberliegende Zimmer auf dem Hof an (und nein das ist nicht dasselbe). Aus Ermangelung an Alternativen, nahmen wir das eine Zimmer (zum Preis des Apartments). Ich schließe mich einem meiner Vorrezensenten an - die Zimmer und Bäder müssten modernisiert werden und der Preis für die Unterkunft ist nicht angemessen. Der Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof ist zudem wirklich abenteuerlich wenn man ein Auto größer als einen VW Polo fährt.
Frank (5/5): Zum Schlafen ok - aber teuer - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und uns willkommen geheißen. Dabei wurde auch Werbung für das Frühstück gemacht. Das Haus ist alt und beengt, die Zimmer sind neu gemacht. Es ist sauber. Der Boden in den Zimmern knarzt, wir hatten zwei Dachzimmer mit Fenstern im Schrägdach, die sich nicht öffnen ließen. Obwohl zwei separate Schlafräume gebucht wurden, war das eine Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad/WC. Die Parkplätze sind im Hinterhof und nur über sehr enge/abenteuerliche Wege für Kleinwagen nutzbar. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für das Hotel nicht. Das Frühstück ist für 17 Euro hochpreisig und es war ok, allerdings nicht so gut, dass wir es am zweiten Morgen nochmals essen wollten.
Bianca (7/5): Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung ... - Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum. Kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof. Fußläufig viele kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Café. Das Zimmer und Bad benötigen eine Auffrischung, haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen .
Brigitte (8/5): - Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage für uns. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich noch schöner dort, weil man vor dem Zimmer eine Sitzmöglichkeit hat, sehr ruhig, obwohl sehr zentral gelegen.

Das Frühstück ist ein Traum - osteuropäisch angehaucht, Pfannkuchen frisch an den Platz, Fischhäppchen... Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung könnte für den Preis ansprechender sein.

Marina (9/5): Since we prefer to stay in Friedrichshagen, we will always return to this Hotel. - The location was ideal for us, but it might not be for everyone who wants to visit Berlin as a tourist. Breakfast was great, rooms were great when it comes to accessibility (wheelchair - not all rooms are ground floor though). The beds (two single) were too small in width and too soft for us. But this is a personal thing and has to do with certain medical aspects.

Be careful with nr.of people while booking! - The front desk employee who was there for check in on Friday night (Aug 1st, 2025) - unfortunately I don't remember his name - was extremely professional, nice and patient. He helped us a lot and arranged for a third bed (paying extra). When booking through Booking.com, it gives you a room with 2 beds, even if you put 3 people. According to the hotel, if you enter child it doesn't count. But there is only 2 single beds and not big enough to sleep with an 11 year-old in the same bed.

Isacc (10/5): Exceptional - As soon as we registered for the hotel, they called us to verify our needs. The conversation was excellent and everything we asked for was welcomed. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, they greeted us with joy, showed us the parking lot, the room, everything possible, from the coffee machine, the refrigerator, the TV, and the dining room. We asked if there was a possibility to do laundry, and we had quite a bit, they happily agreed and we received everything folded the next morning at a modest price. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and they happily took care of us there the whole time. It was simply amazing, excellent service +++, and most importantly, an amazing personal touch that we will never forget. I liked everything.

Could use some exterior lights near the rooms. A little difficult to find the keyhole to the exterior door without a light.

Samantha (10/5): Beautiful and cozy hotel - The room was extremely comfortable and the owner extremely nice and accommodating. We needed to arrive quite late and they found a way to make it happen. Location is perfect. All perfect, just quite difficult to regulate the hot water in the shower, at least in the room we were. Nothing terrible, just something to be aware of.
Satvinderjit (10/5): Amazing will go again it in Berlin. - Very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room had water bottles and sprinklers wine bottle. Room coffee was good too. Will come here if ever in Berlin. 5 stars out of 5. Nice and clean with nice flowers all over. Very quiet away from the Main Street.

Julian (8/5): A fun, family run hotel that is well connected into Central Berlin. - The breakfast was excellent - freshly made drop scones as well as a great buffet and a good cup of coffee. Well worth the 15 euro. We did not use the kitchenette but it was next to the bathroom.

Quiet, safe neighbourhood. We stayed here as a stop over between flights, proximity to airport was good. Crossing through the spree tunnel to the forest walk on the other side was very nice.

Sebastian (1/5): I would not go there again. - Good location. After pointing out (in a friendly manner) that the sheets have a lot of hair on them, the personal got very upset an unfriendly and just stated that the sheets are new. Maybe they are new, but they had a lot of hair (definitely not ours) on them.

Jan (7/5): Practical - Helpful and kind staff, good location outside summer season for transiting travellers, with designated parking. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious but it’s an attic with sloping ceiling. The master bedroom has no air conditioning and gets stuffy. The “tea/coffee maker” is nothing else but an electric kettle.
Shelley (9/5): Very clean, excellent value for money, truly friendly and helpful people hotel. - The breakfast was excellent - a comprehensive hot-cold buffet with very good quality and diverse cheeses, fish, meats, different preparations of eggs, vegetables, different types bread-rolls (loved the 'healthy' whole-wheat with lots of seeds!), cereals, juices, fruits, and an excellent coffee machine. It's 'only' a three star hotel, so within that band, there is not much more one could ask for - the hotel is really excellent value for the price. Perhaps the quality of the coffee and tea that is available in the room could be improved, and perhaps some biscuits or healthy snacks (nuts or fruit bars?) could be included in the room. I would also suggest that the curtains in the rooms be shortened, and possibly re-hung so that the radiators which are directly under the windows do not get covered when the curtains are closed. This would reduce the hotel's heating-bill, and circulate the heat through the rooms more quickly and easily.

Corey (8/5): Great place and great location. I was impressed with how friendly it was. I will stay again. - The staff were fantastic. They make you feel at home. The rooms are cozy. The breakfast is great. My only problem was some people loud above me. But, this is not the fault of the hotel.

Gunnar (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, clean The shower could do with an upgrade, a bit unstable temperature, and the main shower head did not work, nor did the holder for the small shower head. The staff did not speak English but we managed to communicate by talking slow and pointing.
