• Pfiff (10/5): Residieren wie Gott in Frankreich - Traumhaftes Ambiente Persönliche Betreuung, meine Lesebrille wurde vom Zimmermädchen geputzt! Lage super zwischen Louvre und Eiffelturm. Boutiquehotel mit wenigen Suiten. Nicht billig, aber jeden Euro wert, wenn man sich etwas gönnen will.

• Cooley (10/5): The best hotel I've stayed at. - The breakfast was exceptional. Paul, from the butler staff was superb. Our room was beautiful, looked brand new and provided us with more than we needed. Our reception was likewise urbane. That we couldn't stay longer!

• Dominiek (10/5): Wij hadden een hotel geboekt om een onvergetelijk verblijf te hebben in Parijs en dat werd vervuld. - De kamer was super. Alle luxe die je maar kan wensen. De lift werkte 2 dagen niet, dus moesten we ons naar het 2de verdiep verplaatsen via de trap. Met mijn minder mobiele echtgenote was dit geen cadeau. De verwarming op de kamer maakt teveel lawaai. Bij het uitschakelen 's nachts werd het al snel te koud, waardoor het 's ochtends té fris was in de kamer.

• John (6/5): - The hotel is beautiful, and the Lescot suite was exquisite. The location is on a quiet side street, but very walkable to great shopping and restaurants. The heat was not working in our suite and it was quite cold in late December. Additionally, the room service menu was very limited and the quality of food we received was quite poor. The dining room was not available to us as it was Christmas Day and was not open that evening.

Nous avons grandement apprécié ce geste. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé et décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons passé un super séjour.
• Jade (10/5): A super stay, with amazing staff, amenities and location! - Everything. This is our second stay at Maison Villeroy and it was as brilliant as the first. The service is second to none and the staff so welcoming. It’s beautifully decorated and supremely comfortable. Situated right in the heart of the shopping district within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! It’s perfect for getting around easily by foot or public transport. They also went the extra mile as it was my birthday whilst staying. Thank you so much everyone, and Paul, part of the butler team who looked after us - you’re wonderful and we cannot wait to see you again soon!

• Nicholas (10/5): Exquisite private boutique hotel with emphasis on luxury & privacy. - This is an outstanding boutique hotel with (I think) 16 rooms, very obliging staff, and a Michelin-star quality restaurant. The emphasis is on privacy. Our suite had inner & outer doors, the front door of the hotel is locked at all times, you wouldn't know there was a hotel there unless you looked carefully. You can have 1h private use of the sauna, steam room & jacuzzi per day.

They lost three very rare bottles in my room and the so-called 30-year-old Japanese whiskey didn’t taste or look remotely anything like 30-year-old Japanese whiskey.
• Adesuwa (8/5): wonderful, attentive staff and service but poor room service selection and some room service dishes were not up to par - great location, nice building and facilities, lovely staff who were all attentive, welcoming and warm. every staff interaction was positive and a reflection of top service. wonderful to have the convenience of contacting the concierge via Whatsapp for various requests. the room service selection was shockingly poor, especially for a hotel at this price point and star level; the pizza and the fries were awful - lacking all the elements that most people love about pizza and fries.

• Jadeybicks (10/5): A beautiful, elegant hotel in the best place in paris - The property and room was absolutely beautiful. It was authentic Parisian in style and exuded elegance and sophistication. The beds were absolutely bliss to sleep In and the room magnificent. Much bigger room than other hotels at the same price point. The staff were exceptional, a huge thank you to Paul who went above and beyond throughout our stay! The cake, spa credit and champagne throughout our stay were such kind gestures and really made it special. We have stayed near this hotel before and it our previous hotel was no where near as good. The price tag is high but Paris is more generally. It is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and will not hesitate to book again in the new year. Thank you for a wonderful birthday stay, and for your hospitality! Nothing! Beautiful.

• Ana (7/5): Over all it was a good stay! - I did like large space in my suite with high ceiling's. Great interior. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great Sauna, Ham-am and Jacuzzi facilities. Room service menu is very poor, not many options. We have been told that they can get us pizza or something like that which is not up to my liking. One night hotel restaurant was completely closed, so we went to sleep hungry. Shower gel is a very small tube so for two people was not enough to shower. I was not warned about construction noise that would wake us up every morning. Prep for the summer Olympics 2024 didn’t help either as the road to the hotel was blocked and I had to walk with heavy luggage to the next street to catch taxi.

• Cifelli (8/5): Great service, beautiful surroundings, and elegance slightly marred by a few peculiarities. - I liked the beauty and elegance of the physical surroundings, the quality of the breakfasts, the staff's helpfulness, and the neighborhood, as a change of pace from my usual locations. The shower enclosure should have contained a plexiglass or similar glass-like closable door rather than an ill-fitted and cheap looking shower curtain - embarrassing, really. I would also have preferred that the bar be tended from time to time, rather than having to request a drink from staff, who thereupon sent someone to provide the service. Finally, I would prefer a conventional front door with public access, rather than the necessity of using a key card upon every entry, regardless of the hour.

• Victor (10/5): Perfect wedding anniversary stay - Everything was absolutely focused on quality service and utmost attention to detail throughout our stay. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here but we only had planned a few days in Paris so the location was perfect, allowing us to see many sites with great accessibility to transportation. The staff was very helpful answering our questions and providing recommendations. Perhaps the only thing to consider is that the view from the room is a view of the nice Parisian city street , but there are no particular landmarks or monuments visible if that is something you are interested in for your trip. Overall well worth the stay and I would definitely return.

They go the extra mile for their guests. Such beautiful hotel and neighborhood. I could go on and on. There is not a single fault or issue. Did I mention the exceptionally kind and generous staff? The Butler team can’t do enough for you and whilst I commend every one of them, Charlelie was above and beyond at every minute prior to, and during, our stay, We only stay in 5* properties and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in as a well seasoned traveller. Can’t recommend enough!

• Seulki (3/5): Upsetting experience - During our 3 nights stay, movie crew stayed the mansion and filmed drama series 2 nights in a row. They were out of control. They were so loud and noisy until 4am in 2 nights. We could not sleep at all during those 2 nights. Maison villeroy did not inform us about that noisy filiming schedule when we booked the room. And They did not tell us about the filming noise until we made complain at that night. Maison VIlleroy did not do anything about that messy, noisy circumstance in mansion. Even elevator was wrapped with duck tape and construction paper all over. Elevator looked hideous. It was worse than cheap motel. We actually thought that dunken people were fighting crazy and heavy outside our door during the whole 2 nights. We cancel our next reservation that was going to happen at the beginning of April at Maison Villeroy.

Would have enjoyed it more if they had offered a few buffet things eg fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, juice, etc which you could help yourself to (felt too much food came out at once) then the option to order cooked breakfast perhaps it’s just personal preference. We left early (before commencement of breakfast) and had paid for breakfast, but they didn’t offer a to go breakfast not even a coffee and pastry 🥐

• Candice (10/5): Fabulous stay, didn’t want to leave - The property is a 10/10, and perfectly tucked away near the luxury shopping areas and across from a stellar view of the Eiffel Tower. However it’s almost unnecessary to leave the property, because it’s an oasis in itself. The spa was such a great pickup me after a long day and the hotel is rather quiet and cozy so it feels like you’re the only person there.

The hotel is not crowded. The rooms were spacious, had a cozy king size bed with free internet. if your room is facing the street, you might be annoyed the sound of infrequent motorcycles passing by at night.

• John (10/5): Blown away with how personal the hotel was, as if it was your private residence w an amazing staff. - For breakfast, there was a wonderful variety of high quality items offered - fresh squeezed juice, amazing brioche/croissants, great omeletes, etc. Dinner was perfection - everything was creatively prepared and presented and the staff was cordial and friendly - a wonderful experience.
