• Patrizia (7/5): Praga è bellissima! - Hotel comodo, facile da raggiungere e vicino al museo nazionale, in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro e la città vecchia. Personale gentile ma poco socievole, camera abbastanza grande e comoda. Il giorno dell'arrivo nella doccia non c'era l'acqua calda, lo abbiamo segnalato e subito hanno provveduto a ripristinarla. La camera dava sulla strada e di notte era molto rumorosa, la ventola di aerazione del bagno che non si fermava mai, nemmeno di notte, ha dato molto fastidio. Era pulito superficialmente ma c'era molta polvere sotto i letti e in giro, sicuramente la pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata. Nel locale dove si fa colazione ho visto qualche ragnatela, il cibo era passabile ma non è stata certo una colazione eccezionale.
• erica (6/5): - Posizione comoda, vicina alla metro e alla stazione e a due passi dal centro. La zona era molto caotica, tuttavia le camere (vista giardino) silenziose. La struttura trascurata (lenzuola bucate) e poco pulita (cattivo odore in camera e molto polverosa) I cuscini veramente scomodi.

Es que hay un autobús que sale cada media hora entre la estación central de tren y aeropuerto de Praga, y solo 7 mins a pie desde el hotel. El desayuno está un poco cutre. En vez de sale el zumo de naranja desde la máquina de zumos, sale agua. Debería poner una indicación.

• Nadine (6/5): - Ein schöner kleiner Hinterhof zum Abends gemütlich sitzen. Da unsere Zimmer mit Gartenblick waren, war es auch recht ruhig für Prager Verhältnisse. Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein und zu eng, somit war es auch sehr laut zum Frühstück. Frühstück (z.B. Brötchen) wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

• GUO (2/5): Terrible hotel with broken facilities, poor service and unfair pricing. - quiet No elevator, it’s on a steep hillside with difficult access roads. The shower fixture in the bathroom was broken. Worse still, when I reported it to the front desk, they didn’t offer to change my room. Instead, they said they’d log the issue and told me to just make do with it. Later, the showerhead fell off and hit me on the head. That was definitely the worst moment of the entire trip. The prices fluctuate wildly—never book when the rate is above 40 euros, because it will almost immediately drop by half. You’ll end up paying a premium for a hotel with a broken shower.
• Patrick CAZALS (7/5): Séjour agréable mais prière de bien accueillir le visiteur lors de son arrivée ! - La chambre était agréable, vaste et commode, située dans le pavillon donnant sur un petit jardin très calme au coeur de Prague, à deux pas du Museum. Elle nous permis de passer un séjour reposant après les journées intenses de rencontres que nous avions à mener. Par suite d'une difficulté de transmission des codes d'accès à l'entrée de l'hôtel, nous avons dû à notre arrivée faire appel à l'hôtel voisin qui lui était ouvert pour récupérer et le code d'accès à l'hôtel et le numéro de notre chambre qui n'étais pas inscrit sur la porte ! Une double peinte qui finalement nous a mener à éteindre la lumière et enfin nous reposer à minuit passé ! Un accueil un peu rude pour une arrivée après le voyage par avion et le bus et le métro pour rejoindre l'adresse de l'hôtel !

• Hergezelová (4/5): - Výborná poloha, skvelé raňajky. Izba bola cítiť zatuchlinou, zárubne dverí držali na dobré slovo, boli "opravené"lepiacou páskou. Bol tam stále počuť taký zvláštny hluk. Čistota na izbe nebola najlepšia, v kútoch kúpeľne boli chuchvalce prachu.

• Nam (7/5): - Čístý a pěkný pokoj, Hotel má skvělé umístění. Je to jen pár kroků od metra a Václavského náměstí, což je pro návštěvu Prahy ideální. Recepce byl milá a ochotná. Cenově to ještě jde, ale očekávání bylo jiné. Dojmy jsou spíše smíšené Vybavení je zastaralé a hotel by nutně potřeboval rekonstrukci. Nábytek jsou židle a stole staré a celkově prostor působil velmi unaveně. Zásuvky u stolu chybí. Jen jedno se nacházi spojením s ledničkou . Ostatní jsou vzdáleném místě. Nutnost odpojit zařízení, které se moc nevyužívají po celou dobu. Taky Velkým problémem jsou okna, která vůbec netěsní, takže vás v noci bude rušit silný hluk aut a lidí z ulic a celkově okolí. Snídaně nebyla moc rozmanitá. Zas tak veliký široký výběr nebylo. Prostor poměrně malý a žídle a stole jsou poměrně zastaralé.

Incómoda la almohada y la cama. El agua de la ducha te abrasaba o salía helada. Pero lo más desagradable la antipatía con la que fuimos recibidos y la falta de entendimiento, en todo momento, con recepción.

• Natnat0208 (10/5): - Гостиница находится рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом, что было очень удобно для нас. В комнате чисто, кровать невероятно комфортная — отлично выспались. Завтрак разнообразный, каждый сможет найти что-то по своему вкусу. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный.

• Jose Ramón (8/5): Merece la pena - La situación está genial, tienes el metro Muzeum línea A pegada al hotel, la plaza Wenceslao y en 10-15 minutos (depende de tu ritmo) estás en el reloj astronómico. El desayuno no está nada mal La cama y las almohadas, horribles, no pegué ojo.

The colors and cleanliness. The garden as part of the property and its location that the restaurants are just walkable and the National Museum. The windows on the road side are not sound proof that u can clearly hear the noice from outside. The smell of gas from time to time in the bathroom.

• R&K Holidays (8/5): - 旧市街に近いので、便利に滞在できた。 プラハの優雅な日を体感できました。 今回は、チェックイン対象外の時間帯で少し手間取ったのもありますが、寒い中で手間取るのは大変でした。ホテルからのメッセージも少し分かりにくかったし、どこに部屋番号があるのか確認できなかったし、事前に確認の徹底はもっと必要かなと。

Špinavé a zaprášené radiátory v ktorých sú pavúky. Kúpeľňa sa nedala zamknúť. Večer personál robil hluk, keď premiestňoval koše na smeti. Neupravený dvor, lístie pol roka staré.

• Markéta (9/5): - Oceňuji především umístění hotelu - hotel je u Národního muzea a Václaváku, kousíček od hlavního nádraží. Přestože kolem hotelu vede magistrála, tak stačí vejít do hotelu a je naprostý klid. Pokoje jsou orientované ve vnitří části domu se zahradou, takže jsme hluk z cesty ani nezaslechli. Snídaně byla skvělá a super je i možnost uložení zavazedel před i po skončení ubytování.

• Renata (6/5): - Výborná snídaně, velký výběr jídel, personál se staral o čistotu a dodávání, výhled přímo na Národní muzeum, i přesto že se ubytování nachází u magistrály tak bylo ticho, krásný udělaný dvorek ve vnitrobloku jako zahrádka, ale moc se o ní asi nikdo nestará dobře Poškozený nábytek na pokoji, větrák v koupelně který pořád mlátil a od salám z koupelny veškeré teplo, Star 4 CD obraz nad postelí kde zůstala díra ale obraz se položil na stůl kde ležela úplně uschlá květina, nedostali jsme ani heslo k wi-fi

Výborná snídaně, dostatečná nabídka jídla. Velmi příjemná paní recepční, která nám umožnila i úschovu kufrů v den odjezdu do odpoledních hodin. Byli jsme s dětmi a ty byly také spokojené, WiFi fungovala, dvě televize ok. Děkujeme.
