• Donna (7/5): Interesting stay. Breakfast was very good. Staff helpful. Well located on quieter street. - Weird entry into hotel....stock boxes in area. Had to go into restaurant area to find reception. Beds were pretty hard. Pillows were weirdly triangular with small amount of stuffing. Flooring extremely worn. Shower and toilet facilities ourside the room worked fine.

• Armin (8/5): - Wir mögen das aus der Zeit gefallene Hotel . Mittlerweile wäre es an der Zeit, die Zimmerböden zu schleifen und zu ölen.
• Barbara (7/5): Sfeervol doordat gebouw in originele staat gelaten is. - Het gebouw lijkt nog helemaal in originele staat met mooie details en veel sfeer. Parketvloeren, antieke meubels, leuk terras in de tuin. Mooie maar hoge krakende trappen, geen lift. Kleine badkamer waar de douche op de hoge verdieping weinig druk heeft.

• Ingrid (10/5): Schee war´s - die Individuelle Einrichtung-keine Einheitsausstattung,die freundliche und auskunftsbereite Belegschaft,die geräumige Gastwirtschaft, das Frühstück- unter dem Bild Ludwig II -war sehr entspannend und gut, Leider gab es abends nichts mehr Warmes zu essen -aber verständlich,da es spät war, und die Musik war teilweise im Gastraum sehr laut--kleine und zu vernachlässigende ,persönliche Kritik

• Charlotte Echart (10/5): My dog and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Mariandl. It's a very pet friendly place. - Hotel Mariandl is a lovely place. The hotel is cosy, full of charm and atmosphere. It's a place where you feel at home. I had a small accident on the way from the station, so I arrived at the hotel with blood in my face, and the staff was very kind and helpful, and they took good care of me, and gave me a room with private bathroom. I hope to come back again soon.

• Heike (5/5): Lage und Ambiente top, Rest eher flop - Gute Lage, Hauptbahnhof fußläufig. Beeindruckendes altes Gebäude mit charmantem Retro-Ambiente. Im Bad blinder Spiegel und kein Dusch-Vorhang, man setzt das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Aus Hahn und Dusche kommt nur ein spärliches Rinnsal. Fenster ohne Vorhänge oder sonstige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Jeden Tag neue Handtücher müssen nicht sein, stattdessen hätten wir lieber ein gemachtes Bett gehabt. Auch beim Frühstück ist Luft nach oben.
• Rogez (7/5): - La bâtisse est élégante, notamment sa façade. À l'intérieur les volumes sont appréciables, les chambres très hautes de plafond, avec un certain charme de l'ancien. La terrasse au rdc est agréable et accueillante. De nombreuses chambres donnent sur le palier. Nous n'avons pas été trop gênées par nos voisins car ils étaient calmes (si ce n'est un chien détecteur de mouvement) mais suivant sur qui on tombe, je suppose que cela peut gêner.

Sehr alt, wenn jemand in der Nacht nach Hause kommt, hört man es durch das ganze Gebäude. Treppe knackst sehr laut, so dass man alles hört. In unserem Zimmer roch es nach Abfluss. Bett war sehr hart und unbequem Ausstattung minimal gehalten, kein Föhn, kein TV…
• NASTASSIA (9/5): - Главное достоинство отеля это его аутентичный дизайн. Любителям настоящего винтажа очень понравится атмосфера. Внимание к деталям и выдержка в историческом стиле поражают. Комната была небольшая, но уютная. Для ночевки сойдет - кровать и подушки были удобными, в 11 вечера кафе в отеле закрывается и шума на слышно. Достойный завтрак, большой выбор булочек, сладких добавок. Есть ветчина и возможность пожарить яйца. Предлагают кофе и хороший чай В туалете не было мыла. Если у вас чувствительный сон, берите беруши, так как половицы сильно скрипят и ночной выход соседа может вас разбудить
• Olha (6/5): - Расположение, чистое белье Сервис оставил неприятное впечатление. Уже при заселении нам пришлось ждать не менее 15 минут. В номере отсутствовал заявленный фен, а подушки оказались крайне мягкими и неудобными для сна. Также в раковине плохо уходила вода. Уходя на прогулку, мы обратились на ресепшен с просьбой предоставить фен и дополнительные подушки, но сотрудник игнорировал нас около 20 минут, продолжая разговор по телефону. Вернувшись вечером, мы не обнаружили, что наша просьба не была выполнена, и нам пришлось несколько раз снова напоминать. В итоге мы ждали более часа, прежде чем получили необходимые вещи. Считаю, что подобные ситуации недопустимы, и персоналу стоит уделять больше внимания гостям и качеству обслуживания.

• Federico (2/5): Sembrava la casa della famiglia Adams - La posizione buona La camera , il bagno sporchi, pieno di polvere . Le lampade dei comodini rotte e piene di polvere . Il bagno avrà peli sullo scarico della doccia e l’acqua per la doccia non si regolava , o calda o fredda ! Gli asciugamani indecenti ….colazione da brivido , le tazze tutte sbeccate , pochissima cose da mangiare , e se volevi l’uovo te lo dovevi fare … sporco ovunque . Se fossero stato da noi i Nas avrebbero già chiuso la struttura da un pezzo . Ovviamente senza ascensore e le scale tipo anni 30 con scalini a ventaglio dove devi stare attento per non cadere ….

• DIEGO LUIS (1/5): - Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent reservation at Hotel Mariandl for February 13–14, booked through your platform. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel had no availability, despite my confirmed reservation. Additionally, the treatment I received from the property owner was unprofessional and disrespectful, which made the situation even more distressing. Despite the fact that the accommodation was not provided, I have not received a refund for the booking. This is unacceptable, as I paid for a service that was never delivered. I kindly request that Booking.com intervene in this matter and ensure that I receive a full refund as soon as possible. I also ask that you review the conduct of this property to prevent similar situations for future guests. Thank you for your prompt attention. I look forward to your response and resolution. • Negin (8/5): In general, it was fine. - Good location. Easy access to the public transport. Responsive management and helpful staff. Room was outdated and needed renovation. Toilet was old and not so clean. Couldn’t suck the water well. Considering these, could be cheaper.

Mir wurde vor Ort gesagt, dass man im Hotel die Fotos von Booking.com nicht sieht! So hatte ich nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel nicht das bei euch ausgewählte Zimmer! Das war sehr enttäuschend!!!

• Constanze (5/5): Von Altbaucharme zu schlechter Service - Der Altbau hat sehr viel Charme und auch die Badewanne im Zimmer. Nicht darüber informiert, dass die Rezeption außer der Ordnung geschlossen hat - ich war ausgeschlossen und ein Zettel am Eingang verwies auf ein Versteck, wo der dann lag. War allerdings für jeden zu sehen und daher schlecht für die Sicherhejt unserer Privatsachen. Ein Mail/ Whatsapp wäre besser gewesen. Leider keine Entschuldigung/ nette Geste erhalten, bloß Schlechtlaunigkeit. Das fand ich schade und hätte besser laufen können.

• Lavinia (9/5): Wir würden wieder kommen. - Sehr angenehme Raumatmosphäre, Badewanne im Zimmer ist einfach ein Wahnsinn! Zimmer ist ruhig, Verkehrslärm ist nicht zu hören, obwohl zur Straße hin. Fußläufig vom Hbf zu erreichen. Der Stil ist wie aus der Zeit gefallen, wenn man das mag ist es nahezu perfekt :) Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte etwas besser sein. Staub etc. ist vorhanden. Frühstück ist basic aber alles da.
