• James (8/5): Great deal for car-free visitors to Munich. - Very friendly staff - always met guests with respect and a smile. Short and easy walk into the historic city and right by the train station. Loud neighborhood. The windows shut out the noise, but open windows in the summer could make it difficult to sleep. In that case, book an inward facing room.

Fenster nicht schallisolierend, Strassenlärm hörbar. Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, Sanitärbereich renoviert. Kosmetiktücher wären super!

• carlos (9/5): Excelente opción para alojarse. - La cercanía a la estación así como el rápido acceso a todos los puntos de interés a pocos minutos. Es un hotel con aspecto antiguo pero en excelente estado, todo está impecable. La amabilidad del personal en especial a Auro (española) quien nos facilitó todo lo necesario con un trato muy amable. Nos facilitaron un jarra eléctrica y todo lo necesario para hacernos té en la habitación. La limpieza “impecable” y muy cordial. El piso es de moquet pero está tan limpio que impresiona. Muchas gracias 👍 Nada, supero nuestra expectativas en todos los aspectos.

• Christine (8/5): Alles in allem würde ich wiederkommen. - Es war die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiterinnen im Hotel. Bessere Kopfkissen und ein nicht so angenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer.

• Reiner (8/5): Ein sehr sauberes und freundliches Hotel. Gerne wieder. - Ein großes Lob an das Personal. Sehr Aufmerksam und super freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Der Kaffee war spitze. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich kann nicht mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Leider hatte ich das Pesch und habe ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite bekommen. Der Lärm auf der Straße hat mir zwei schlaflose Nächte bereitet. Trotzdem ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

• marion (10/5): - Ich war zum 3 x Gast in Ambiente Garni und war zum 3 x sehr erfreud über die freundliche offene Art des Personals. Leider gibt es nur Badewannen mit Duschvorhang,mit Knie Problemen sehr ungünstig. War aber vor Anreise bekannt!

• Nikola (7/5): Excellent option for short stay or train travelers - Excellent location right next to the train station and city center, surrounded by nice small restaurants and several supermarkets. Big rooms, friendly staff and solid breakfast. Good option for short stay or if you have train early next day. It's a typical german hotel, everything looks old and worn out although it's very clean and taken good care of. It's a good option for sleep over but has not much to offer besides that. The surrounding area could be a bit sketchy during the night for some people.

• Manfred (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück Das Zimmer lag direkt an der Schillerstraße, die Straße ist sehr belebt und sehr laut. Am Freitag war bis 4:00 Lärm von angeheiterten Personen, ab 6:00 wird die Straße gereinigt. Wenn Sie in diesen Hotel übernachten, achten sie darauf ein Zimmer zu bekommen die nicht direkt auf die Straße gerichtet sind. Die Fenster sind nicht Schall dicht.

• Des (9/5): Old-fashioned but welcoming - Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. After a long day of travel, this makes a difference. My room was very big with a balcony and faced inwards. The hotel might be old-fashioned as it has carpets everywhere but these cut down on noise from footsteps and suitcases. The kitchen staff are very quick to smile and clear away dirty plates. There was nothing I didn't like

Kattaydım gürültü vs yoktu, yastık yorgan temizdi rahattı, valiz bırakma yeride vardı. Otelin konumu karlplatz denen merkezi yere yürüyerek çok yakın konumu iyi fakat otelin olduğu caddede hava kararınca etrafta biraz Ortadoğulu insan profili artıyor beni biraz rahatsız etti ama gündüz gayet iyiydi. Otel eski bir otel oda düzeni biraz eski tip ve bazı eşyalarda yıpranma vardı ama ben tek gece kaldığım için rahatsız olmadım

• paul (8/5): The best value to be found in close proximity to the train station. - All of the staff were sincerely welcoming. The hotel is indeed an oasis of tranquility in a boisterous neighborhood. The rooms are a little worn, but very clean. The furniture is a little dated but very functional. The light in the bathroom was very slow to turn on (like an old fluorescent fixture). The room keys are real and not the more secure electronic keys.
