• Susann (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der ersten Reihe - Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Lage ist phantastisch direkt an der Spree und mit unserer Suite hatte nwir sozusagen den Premium-Logenplatz. Die grosszügig gehaltene Räumlichkeit war sehr komfortabel und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt entspannt genießen. Zwei Toiletten, ein Badezimmer von guter Größe mit Dusche und Badewanne - perfekt. In den Betten haben wir gut gelegen. Alles war vorhanden. Das Parkhaus war nicht beengt oder überfüllt, der direkte Zugang zur Villa oder wahlweise zum Hotel ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht ausreichend funktioniert und so war es sehr warm. Bei nächtlichen schwülwarmen Wetter haben auch die geöffneten Fenster nicht viel gebracht.

• Elke (9/5): Overall my next Hotel when coming back to Berlin - The nicest people, wonderful location, room was big, breakfast in the hotel was wonderful, all the cows! I personally didn’t like the topper on the mattress, for me it was too hard, but I talked to the receptionist about it and they were very nice, I got an email from them acknowledging my concerns, I think this was the first time ever that a hotel responded to me personally and acknowledging this, whatever the outcome might be I thought that was wonderful

• Marcus (9/5): Bis auf die Fliegengitter sehr gut..... - wir hatten leider sehr viele Spinnen und Mücken im Zimmer, leider sind keine Fliegengitter angebracht, Auf der Info im Zimmer steht Frühstück bis 9.30 Uhr, finde ich sehr knackig, aber positiv war um 10 Uhr war der Frühstückssaal noch brechen voll, deshalb war das kein Problem....

• Ilka (9/5): - Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Spree, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß entlang der Spree und durch Parks erreichbar. Wenn man aus der lauten und trubeligen Mitte Berlins zum idyllisch gelegenen Hotel zurückkehrt, ist dies eine absolute Wohltat. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel und das Frühstück im Abion Villa sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen!

• Kruszka (10/5): Cudowne położenie hotelu, nad rzeką, gdzie wieczorami można spacerować. - Hotel nie serwuje śniadań w cenie pokoju, można dokupić dodatkowo, ale cały czas w foyer na dole cały dzień są wystawione francuskie rogaliki, kawa, herbata, owoce, a po południu karafka z winem i orzeszki. Wszystko za free. Wszystko było wspaniale.

• Daniela (9/5): Traumhafte Zimmer, schönes Ambiente und insgesamt guter Service - Das Zimmer war ein Traum, ich habe kostenfrei ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen. Allerdings habe ich auf dem Zimmer ein Bügeleisen vermisst, dieses und ein Bügelbrett ist für Geschäftsreisende sehr hilfreich. Ich habe bei einer so hochwertigen Zimmerausstattung damit gerechnet, dass so etwas zur Verfügung steht. Das Frühstück war super und insgesamt hat das Hotel ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Es waren zwar einige sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, jedoch auch eine Dame, die nicht einmal den Blick auf uns gerichtet hat. Alle 3 Reisende hatten ein Anliegen und diese Dame hat erst auf erneute Ansprache Regung gezeigt uns dann notgedrungen (das Gefühl hatte man) geholfen. Wir standen alle vor ihr, in unterschiedlichen Situationen und sie hat nur auf ihre Tastatur geschaut. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und serviceorientiert.

• Christine (8/5): Gute Lage, schöne Ausstattung mit gutem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis - Kleines Nebengebäude des Hotels – wenig Zimmer, sehr familiär. Gute Lage, S-Bahn in 6 min. Direkt an der Spree- sehr ruhig. Zimmer sehr gross, im 1 OG sehr hell. Neuwertig und gut eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Gute Ausstattung Zimmer: Nespressomaschine, täglich Wasser Ansonsten: eigener Fitnessraum (klein), Loungebereich mit Kaffee, Wasser, Früchten und Gebäck Für alle, die keinen grossen Hotelbetrieb mögen, top. Preis/Leistung top. Kaffeemaschine im Loungebereich war defekt – hat lange gedauert und auch nach 4 Anrufen von mir noch nicht ok. Erst als ich selbst im Restaurant Bescheid gegeben habe, wurde sie repariert. Reinigungspersonal ist trotz «please do not disturb» ins Zimmer gekommen. Im Bad lagen noch grössere Staubflocken.

• Jan (9/5): Schöner Wochenendaufenthalt in Berlin. - Die Lage war sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Supergroße Suite mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Spree. Sehr schöner Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoss. Einige wenige Möbelstücke wirkten etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• PETR (3/5): Never else - The location is fine. The villa is right on the banks of the Spree and the water is approximatly 1.5 meters from the windows. But this is only because your suite - is not a real suit, but the basement, effectively a parking area, rather then suite. The furnitures appears to be aged. The windows have screens with cobwebs and marks from pigeons. The sound proofing sucks, you can hear doors slamming and the neighbors showering. The receptionist assured us we'd have a great view from the windows. She should be ashamed, because the windows are tiny and you have to lean over to see anything. Plus, right in front of you the ships turn over and all the smoke from their chimneys blows into your windows. The room was smaller than was listed on booking. com. It definitely wasn't 45 square meters

The little touches like - bottled water every day, the pastries every morning and the one time use mini bar made our stay even more comfortable. Loved the quiet location and the view of the Spree. • Martina (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, deutlicher Unterschied im Personla und in der hochwertigen Ausstattung im Vergleich zu den neue - Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung, echte Möbel aus Holz, großes Bad mit großer hochwertiger Dusche, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Extra Services wie Wärmflasche kostenlos, kostenlose Begrüßungsgetränke in der Minibar, Tee und Kaffee kostenlos verfügbar. Marina-Zimmer sind im Untergeschoss mit leichtem Kellergefühl, da die Fenster eher klein und eingemauert sind. Dafür aber direkter Blick aufs Wasser.

There were spiders and spiderwebs inside and out the windows. I get that it’s right next to the river and that could be the problem but it would be nice if they were not there.

• Marco (10/5): Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, rundum zufrieden - Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Direkt an der Spree. Sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr schöne kleine Details, kleine Lounge mit Obstleiter und Kaffeemaschine die jederzeit genutzt werden kann. Frisches Obst und kleines Gebäck.

• DENISE (10/5): Eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista!!! - Non saprei da dove partire per esprimere tutti i lati positivi di questa struttura. Posizione eccezionale con parcheggio in garage comodissimo, e sempre con tanti posti disponibili (impossibile non trovare posto); Struttura molto bella, nuova, pulita, letti comodissimi, colazione minimal con croissant, frutta e caffè gratuita. Frutta, tè e caffè ed acqua sempre disponibili tutto il giorno gratuitamente. Noleggio biciclette disponibile in hotel e molto comode per girare la città. La struttura si trova a mio parere nella zona più bella e tranquilla di Berlino per alloggiare e arrivi in centro comodamente con il mezzo che preferisci. Nulla da dire di negativo!

• Jean-Claude (9/5): Absolut zufrieden. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. - Insbesondere das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage ausgesprochen ruhig. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Lediglich die wirklich laute Lüftung im Zimmer hat gestört.

• Annette (10/5): Top Lage, schöne grosszügige Suiten an der Spree - Ich liebe die Abion Villa Suites, die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Spree, die Suiten sind sehr geräumig, mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Aufteilung der Suite für Geschäftsreisende ist super, SZ und Wohnen getrennt, 2 getrennte WCs, sehr grosses Bad mit riesengrosser Dusche und Badewannde, Bademänteln etc., begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Betten herrlich bequem, viel Platz zum Arbeiten, Kaffeekapselmaschine vorhanden, Minibar inklusive. Besser gehts kaum. Das angeschlossene Restaurant an der Spree bietet hervorragende Küche, eine schöne Terrasse ist vorhanden. Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne hierher. Nichts.

• Guenther (10/5): Exceptional - It's one of the best places I have stayed in Berlin. The rooms are extraordinary -very spacious and well designed and if you get a view on the river it's spectacular. I also liked the pictures and names of the rooms. They are connected to the Straße der Erinnerung in Berlin in front of the building, featuring anti-Nazis, such as Georg Elser and others.
• Lippa (9/5): This is a great hotel option in Moabit, relatively close to train and trams. I definitely would retu - Well appointed rooms. I was in one of the suites in the villa complex and enjoyed the privacy aspect of it. There was a small seperate gym and sauna in the villa complex besides the regular gym in the main part. Very comfortable beds Awesome showers - good amenities Breakfast was good for a non gluten allergy person. As I’m allergic to gluten there was only one sort of bread. To be honest not much. I think some of the initial staff at check in weren’t trained that well, but after that I only had great customer service!
